All those places and others related will help you to go out more and meet new faces more. I must tell you before hand that building real relationships takes time. I am also in the journey. Search for 'Cal Newport: Quit Social Media Tedx' on YouTube. He made a really nice argument about reasons to quit. Good luck breaking out of your shell, gracias!
