This doing well in exam is what I am yet to relate with. Other than those with special circumstances, was there anyone who didn't meet the cut off bench that they contacted for interview after aptitude test. So except for those with special circumstances that they opened their portal afterwards, everyone did well in the test

All you have to do is to spool the results into excel sheet, filter and sort according to the criteria.

That's not true. The head of corporate services and his team has been in Abuja for two weeks now. He went to Lagos briefly when Senate and house reps committee visits. Even MD Ladan was in Abuja on Thursday and Friday. Get your facts right.
This statement didn't call for an argument. Afterall no one knew the time that they met with FCC and concluded OND recruitment. If they urgently need us which I am not sure they do, they would have expedited action and concluded it since. Please let's be calm and hold on for them.

I have just confirmed the joint meeting did not hold yesterday. My source could not confirm the reason for the postponement. Everything is happening now in Abuja. All the big bosses are there. My source said the bosses will not live Abuja till the recruitment is over. Let's keep praying. The importance of prayers at this stage can't be over emphasize.

And even though there's so much pressure from all angles especially the stakeholders, most of the applicants are chosen on merit. Wishing everyone including myself the best of luck.
Thank you for the information. At least your information is always giving us hope every now and then. However, I can't relate anything with the Bosses being in Abuja.... Are they security men? Are they guarding the list? Don't they have other jobs to do? Is the recruitment going to take forever? Are they no other person that would issue certificate of compliance except the chairman of FCC....I can't find answers to these questions I just mentioned above.

Total number of ONDs taken are about 110.
About 300 will be taken for both EH/GT.
Most of the 300 are GTs. EH are less than 100.

And yes, there's is going to be second batch. Not fresh recruitment, they will be selected from the pool of those who've already applied. No date fix yet for batch B., but it's going to be this year.

Hi everyone,

1. The recruitment is highly competitive, so many candidates have the same score classification.
2. Top candidates with the highest scores would be considered in each state
3. For each job role, top candidates would also be considered then...
4. There would be a careful selection of each of the selected candidates to make sure FCC standards thrive.
(I would not specify the number of candidates for good reasons).
5. In each state, two candidates cannot be recruited from the same local government.
6. For states having numerous DPR staff in service, they might not get that many slots.
7. Amongst the 3800+, there are several applicants that missed the interview.
8. Class of degree would be a yardstick for shortlisting.
9. Selection is still ongoing but the process is rigorous due to many factors.


10. APLs will roll in between now and March.
11. Relax and pray.
12. The recruitment would be merit-based, it's being monitored closely.



Please do professional certification and additional degree have marks for Graduate Trainees

In February, 2015 before the general election, Phillips Consulting Limited sent text messages to successful candidates for the final interview. As such, NNPC sent a letter to Phillipa Consulting Limited to put the recruitment on hold which they did immediately.

As a result of the delay and the successful applicants were kept in limbo without any feedback from NNPC Group not Phillips Consulting Limited. Some creative applicants had to create twitter account in order to follow up with NNPC Group or Phillips Consulting Limited to ascertain what is delaying the recruitment process which was remaining the final interview.

After different tweet using the twitter handle @nnpcrecruitment, Phillips Consulting Limited responded that they were asked to do a job and they did it. As a result, we should ask NNPC Group about any question Concerning the recruitment.

The applicants have been asking NNPC Group questions about the recruitment but they have never responded for once about what happened to it or why it is being stalled.


They have made attempts to send correspondences to Dr Baru-GMD NNPC, Dr Ibe Kachikwu APC Nigeria and PMB all to know avail.

On behalf of the 2012 NNPC Group applicants, we appeal to Nigerian Senate and the National Assembly to look into why the recruitment has been stalled and why there has not been any proper feedback by this new management of NNPC Group and the present government to the applicants.
