Marvel65: Hello Sir, my identity is not important now. It’s better you pay more attention to the message not the messenger. I will reveal so much when the time is right. I’m only here to help you guys and make everyone understand that there are still good persons in this country. Mr Tata is the Moses of your time.
If that lady/Gentleman has no access to the final list and have not seen the test and interview scores of the successful candidates as an evidence then to prove her claim then she isn’t sure of what she is saying. If you see the performance of the successful candidates you will be shocked and impressed. The recruitment was recorded as the most competitive.
It’s left for the house to find out whether the letters have arrived at their respective zones. Please have the letters of lagos zone arrived |

Marvel65: APL will continue to be distributed till next week. It depends on the zone and response from the successful one I.e if it’s difficult to reach them.
Yes, it’s a fresh recruitment. Start making plans from today if you have someone on the inside before they advertise. Cheers Sorry I asked if they have started contacting people officially ? |

Marvel65: Good morning guys,
I trust everyone is doing fine.
Firstly, I would like to congratulate those that have received their APLs. I wish you the best in your career with DPR. As the saying goes, “To whom much is given, much is expected”.
I have been following and viewing this thread silently since last week. A few things I talked about have finally taken place and confirmed but some persons didn’t take me serious and were more concerned about release dates while others used most of the information provided to their advantage. I posted something about a few persons that received APLs since last month. Well, I never expected some of them on this thread to own up and I won’t blame them for not doing so since the APLs were not officially released at that time. I don’t like to forcefully convince people to accept the info I provide but I knew some persons were aware of what I posted and they were not happy with the revelations. They did everything to confuse people and now these same persons have received their APLs and abandoned this thread. There’s one thing that can’t change in this world, the truth always win the battle in the end.
Sincerely, I’m not happy with the way the APLs were distributed. It’s not a big deal to send SMS and Emails to the successful applicants. There is no justification for this action taken and I don’t see any reason for the rush. Well, they know best. However, some that have received their APLs through their sponsors made it on merit. It’s just that they had someone in the system that helped them pick theirs. The majority that received were part of the stakeholders list. I want to reiterate that 80% made it on merit believe it or not. So don’t think what had happened these past few days was an indication that very few persons were selected on merit.
The successful ones that have no one will be contacted officially from the zonal offices provided the candidate’s mobile number on the portal is active and home address is correct just in case DPR decides to deliver it to your door step. I want to assure you that everything is in control. The letters are being dispatched in batches, so please be patient with them and don’t be discouraged. Those that will be contacted officially will testify on this thread soon.
Currently, there is a disagreement between Mr Tata and union members over the number of EH recruited and the negative effect it would have on the existing staff. The number of EH recruited were more than 150 and Mr Tata wanted to place them on levels that could hinder the promotion of the current staff. The agreement was to recruit more entry level staff considering the manpower deficit in the system. The union members have decided to confront Mr Tata to defend himself and ensure he slashes the EH number by half and replace them with more GT. I will provide more updates on this issue when the matter has been resolved.
Thanks @square62 and I greatly appreciate your time and effort.
Lastly, if you don’t make in the end just know that you were never meant to be there in the first place. There is still hope and a better opportunity awaits you.
NNPC recruitment loading....
Goodluck to Everyone!!! Thank you very much Marvel .......Please how much do we have to wait before APL would be fully distributed. Does it mean they have not officially contacted anyone. The NNPC recruitment that you mentioned, are they going to start a fresh recruitment or to take up from where they stoped in the last recruitment |

The truth of the matter is that the whole process was done inhouse. No one can even say anything concerning where the letters are ...that is whether they have dispatched it or the letters were shared to stakeholders in Abuja......Gentlemen, this is very very pathetic and i would loosely say that Shakurand his team lack empathy. |

Well, with the way that they handled the ending part of the recruitment just summarized everyone's opinion about the whole process. Even if the 80% merit as some people claimed got the job, would anyone believe they actually got it on merit. for me , it is really a bad signal for top govt parastatal like DPR to conduct its recruitment as they did. |

Crane1: Hello hopefuls, a lady Jez called me now, she applied for EH, and told me her friends working at DPR said the list for GTs are pasted at the HQ office, that one should go there to check and confirm.
Actually, the lady called her to know if she applied for GT so she can check on her behalf, but it was EH she applied for and the person said their is not ready yet.
From the conversation, I guess the EH stuff is the cause of the delay going by what have been said earlier and now this. They can snap it and post it.... Everything is possible |

Originakalokalo: This is what I posted on the 12th of June 2018.
Good morning guys.
Let me share my experience with you all.
I experienced this stress between 2010-2013 during nnpc recruitment. I started a thread on naijahotjobs that had more than 1000 pages.
After a long wait, the letters came.
It was a terrible experience as many did not get the job, that includes myself.
Pls do not put all your hopes in this, be ready to accept whatever comes.
Nnpc started the process well, the first two stages were on merit. Final selection was mared with serious corruption.
I guess they do that this days so that people will not complain about the process.
If you know anyone, pls follow up. If you don't pls pray.
Many people who comment here have talked to one or two persons about getting help.
When they finally get their letters, they won't tell you how they did it. If you have not, pls talk to God.
When the letters finally come, a lot of people will be shocked. I almost got hypertension because I didn't make it.
Looking back at my performance at the interview I cried like a child.
It was God that helped me...
This world is messed up already.
It is a place where slaves ride on horses while the princes walk .
God almighty,
Pls Let your kingdom come.
A word is enough for the wise.
I wish all the hopefuls success. Everything is possible drawing inference from FIRS recruitment but then we have to be positive until we get to the end of it...... |

Congratulations for Mr Tata is due, wasnt easy for him Please othee than Engineering guys, how did other people fare. Is it true that if your course is not related to the post applied that you won't be considered. Did additional certifications have any mark for GTs |
