That bank is rubbish. 80% of their so called full staffs staff were trained by those contract staffs staff. Yet their effort is not valued. 95% of the contract staffs staff have Bsc certificate and experiences yet they employed fresh graduate yearly as full staff puting age limit to on the cateria to avoid the internal staff applying. Indeed is that's an act of wickedness.
