When did u stop "Womanzing"? Please? |
This is the state where they had Gentle Man agreement a few months ago. I'm happy people kept to their Word. |
Please don't be misinformed. Lokpobiri wasn't allowed at the voting Venue yday and another Primary was conducted in the same Sagbama where Lokpobiri was declared the winner. So it is left for Abuja to decide. Btw for the Record Foster Ogola was Handpicked by Gov. Dickson. And Foster was the Chairman Bayelsa State scholarship Board. That held Students fees and stipend for 14 Months and with the help of his Boss Dickson refused to pay bursaries. I guess this is why He's been awarded. |
Wow today na today |

There was confusion today, as the Bayelsa West Senatorial district PDP Primaries which was conducted today, produced 2 Candidates. 1. Heineken Lokpobiri (incumbent) 2. Foster Ogola (Gov. Dickson's Candidate) NB. Foster Ogola was the past Bayelsa State's Scholarships Board Chairman, where his tenure was marred with controversies of owing stipends of students for over 14 months in Russia, None payment of Bursaries, and gross misconduct. Until his Resignation to pursue His Senatorial ambition with the backing of the Governor of Bayelsa State who is also from Sagbama LGA. Senator Lokpobiri on the other hand is from Ekeremor LGA, He was one time speaker of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly and has served two tenures @ the Upper Chambers of the House. " Chairman, Senate Committee on Water Resources, Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, representing Bayelsa West Senatorial District and former Chairman, State Scholarship Board, Mr. Foster Ogola, have laid claim to the Peoples Democratic Party Senatorial ticket for the zone. Lokpobiri and Ogola emerged winners in a parallel primaries conducted on Sunday by the PDP at Sagbama. At the end of the primaries held at the College of Education, Sagbama administrative office, Ogola led other aspirants with 69 votes, while Senator Lokpobiri scored zero. Announcing the result of the primaries, Chief Returning Officer, Mr. Oforji Oboku, said 116 delegates were accredited for the primaries out of which 113 voted, while three votes were voided. He declared that Ayakeme Whiskey had 27 votes, Dr. Stella Dorgu, the current member representing the constituency got three, Frank Akpoebi scored two, Capt. Matthew Karimu had 12 votes, while Senator Heineken Lokpobiri scored zero votes. Lokpobiri was not at the venue when the primaries started until he came towards the end of the exercise to challenge the propriety of the exercise. When he got there, he went straight to the Returning Officer, Oboku, who was then about to announce the results of the vote and shouted, “My friend, what do you think you are doing. Will you stop that nonsense?” The development threw the delegates, including Governor Seriake Dickson, into confusion as people scampered for safety. Top security operatives had to prevail on him before he left the venue for their own primary at Community Primary School, Sagbama. At the parallel primary, Lokpobiri emerged winner with a total of 93 votes while Whiskey scored three votes and Ogola, Dorgu and Karimu got a vote each. The parallel primary in which Lokpobiri was announced winner was conducted by Peter Bokumo as returning officer at Sagbama Community Primary School II. Dickson, who voted at the primary that produced Ogola as flag bearer, urged members of the PDP family to work together to ensure the emergence of credible representatives that would give effective support to the re-election bid of President Goodluck Jonathan. While congratulating the contestants and delegates on their maturity and peaceful conduct, he also called on the political class across the country to listen to the voice of the people to ensure quality leadership." http://www.punchng.com/news/bayelsa-pdp-parallel-primaries-produce-lokpobiri-ogola/
