Properties / Lagos State Introduces Amnesty On Building Approval, Don't Sleep On It. Urgent! by Pelaiye2703(m): 8:43am On Apr 21
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has advised property owners in the state to take advantage of the amnesty window granted by the state government to perfect their building approval documents, saying relevant authorities will mark buildings without approval for demolition at the expiration of the amnesty period.

The governor who stated this yesterday during the presentation of the tools at the Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa, deployed tools, comprising ICT devices to the Physical Planning and Automation Department and Lagos State Planning Information Centre (LASPIC), in the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development for automation of all physical planning activities in Lagos State, marking a new era of innovation and efficiency.

Sanwo-Olu who was represented by the Special Adviser to the Governor on e-GIS and Urban Development, Dr. Olajide Babatunde, said the tools will simplify the process of building plans and enhance the ease of doing business in Lagos.

He said, “Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu in his bid to deliver quality services to the people of Lagos State decided that from the comfort of their homes, they should be able to visit LASPIC online and get certified true copies of approvals that are missing and apply for a building permit online. In Lagos, we have so many buildings without approvals. Lagos State Planning Information Centre (LASPIC) and the Physical Planning and Automation Department have been able to document all those within Lagos State who have approvals.

“We have up to five million properties in Lagos but we have less than 500,000 properties in the land registry. So, we have less than 10 percent in the land registry. It is only when you have land documentation that you can apply for building approval. That showed that the total number of people who don’t have building approval in Lagos is about 90 percent.

“The commissioner for physical planning and urban development has said that we are going to give amnesty. So, with amnesty, then comes documentation. So, if we say we are going to give you amnesty because you don’t have building approvals, then the best thing is to take advantage of the amnesty that has been announced.”

Attached is the proof and also a few on the publication in regards to the amnesty programme which will only last for 3 months starting from May 2nd, 2024. I'll implore you to not only key into this opportunity but also to get a building approval/planning permit for your existing property. I'll be looking forward to entertaining your questions in regards to obtaining your planning permit.

Kindly consult me, a registered Town Planner, and also a property consultant for any of the under-listed services.

That's cool, most Solana tokens are traded on Raydium, once you open your phantom wallet, click dapp, connect your wallet then buy. You will have to follow this thread so whenever a new post pops up it's either a signal or update on the signal or message from anyone. You can also send me a mail.

Thank you for your swift response, I appreciate you. The messages you send here are not instant and may take a while for me to read them. I will send you a email as suggested. Thank you

Okay, that's cool, what you need is lesson on how to run research to get the right coin to invest into. I would suggest you check YouTube for videos on how to run a research, I'm only here to drop my bias and coins people can make money from, I have pre recorded videos from my past trainings but I'm not here to sell anything to anyone, just to drop Solana plays and probably base plays too, but I'm open to questions here.

That's good to know, I'm just getting familiar with the decentralized exchange platforms, I will get familiar with Solana and revert. For the time being, how can I get along with you? How do I monitor your signals and the like?

Nothing much, I just need someone to shed more light on this crypto journey, I am not a newbie, but still looking forward to being able to trade independently and buy some coins for profit. I am into a few airdrops etc.

Good evening to you all,

I am a silent follower please I'd like to know the exact email the status of your ongoing application would be sent to. Is it the confirmation email they sent the acknowledgment receipt to after Biometric, or the one being used when registration? I have access to the email, Application number, and UCI number but don't know the password used during the registration.
I have been trying to track the status of my application to no avail. I did my Biometrics in early January. I look forward to a reply from anyone here.

I was in Ikorodu, I have to trek from Ikorodu garage to Sheriff junction down to Oriwu before I saw bike that eventually dropped me at Igbgbo.

The turn up was far above the expectation but I'm disappointed from what I saw today.

You said you're mourning someone or protesting for the justice , yet tens of those that are mourning were full of illicit act. From smoking hard substances to drinking of alcoholic liquor to sharing of sachets gin

You're mourning and you blocked the commercial roads, stunting the bikes and flipping the tricycle as if the mourning is a sport

What I saw at Ayangburen palace in Ikorodu and Ita-Elewa in the name of mourning is nothing to write home about

Only few of the mourners are serious the rest are extremely idiots with the way they constituted nuisance today

Well, they've been warned prior to the protest that they should refrain from such unworthy acts. Trust Nigerians and "aseju" especially those youths. I wasn't expecting them to abide by the rules to start with.

Well, I saw this coming and he'll learn the hard way. If you're in Ikorodu today, you'll feel the love people have for Mohbad. I was stunned to see ladies in numbers wallowing in grief and couldn't hold back their tears. May God rest his soul. Rest in Peace Ilerioluwa 💡

I was surprised when I saw same. Some persons think they could just write and misled people.

1. You want to become a bug bounty hunter and don't know programming, I smile how to you want to debug and identify bugs in a code, except you are speaking of being an App Tester which is a Quality Assurance(QA) role.

2. You made declaration that Husspupi coded Wanna cry a ransomware. Oga, I please check your fact right before posting jargons.

3. You need a degree or at least training in cybersecurity field to be able to understand your path. While I agree you do not need to be an expert on the field of choice, that fundamental knowledge is key.

Like someone said, no company would trust you with their network cos one wrong move could bring the network down which could affect operation.

Abeg lets be guides about what we post out there as many persons just take some writeups and believe it's correct.

Even to be a programmer, you need to be trained amd must have done some projects to guarantee you know what you are doing.

Cybersecurity is not like moimoi that you just wake up and say you are a cybersecurity specialist, professional or expert.

Lets be guided abeg. Except you want to end up like UBER CISO.

20 bottles for you too. You've said it all. 👏

Firstly, Hutchins is an exception, he stopped a global cyber threat which is a feat not any random Joe can achieve and uhm, he completed community college which a form of a higher education.

"... WannaCry was coded by Hushpupi" kindly share your source.

Every member of the IBM Xforce have some form of academic degree. It's apparent that the one that's not up-to-date is you sir.

Lastly, Let me put it this way. I'm not saying you need a degree to be an expert. What I'm saying is, a degree is the bare minimum for any organization to even consider you for a role or trust you with their network. You guys need to stop selling this "you don't need a degree to enter this IT field"

I still stand on the fact the Cybersecurity is NOT an entry-level role. It'll take you years of experience to be an expert.

Ten bottles of any drink of your choice on my name. I'm still surprised when we try to lure people to believe some I.T jobs are that easy. Like are you kidding?
Cybersecurity na ur mate??
