Am not supportive of anyone based on party affiliations. I dont belong to your class either - a bunch of blind and myopic cows being led by the class of blind Fashola and co. Fashola is an elitist person with no feelings for the common man. Apart from cosmetic road construction in highbrow areas where he has vested interests and renovation of flower gardens, what record of achievement can we credit him with ? For 8 years, he built no new schools, old ones are dilapidated while roads in hinterlands are impassable. Left to Fashola, the children of the poor have no right to education. He even had the effontery to say that he built no low cost houses because he wasn't elected by the low-income people. Stop wasting your time, the people of SW are astute thinkers with regards to elections and a ticket that carries Fashola's name will be a hard sell. If you doubt me, ask Obasanjo - he was our own, just delivered from Abacha's gallows whom we also hated, but we rejected him on principle. I dare say the SW people will vote for no other ticket that does not carry GEJ's name. ND people have suffered enough for this country and its payback time. Its highly disappointing that Fashola wasted billions of naira just to add to the nightmare of users of that road. It is a classic case of ineptitude par excellence. The newly constructed bridges cannot accommodate two vehicles simultaneously unlike the old ones. Much consideration was given to flowers than human convenience. The entire project defiles logic. Contrary to widespread misguided notion of Fashola being good for president, i've always held the notion that deepdown, he is not. A mere proper resurfacing of the old road coupled with adequate traffic control would've served the people better than this whitewash.
