kfrosh: How far you nau........ .......
Saying this your statement with all authority. Kilode gan!
Reference letter should come from PA alone. Every other thing can sort themselve out. You see, I decided to reply you just for the benefit of others. In trying to stamp your authority on this process, you clearly did not get my advice to Op. Some months back, someone on an earlier thread reported that she/he got an ADR for spouse work reference and I think even pay stubs, even though the spouse was not the PA and employment was in Personal History. The VO wanted to ascertain that the spouse could come up with such amount for POF and the only way to do that was to verify his/her work experience that was clearly placed in personal history. Back to my advice to the Op, and I hope you'll be calm enough to not miss it this time. If a large chunk of their POF would be from the spouse, it's advisable to include his work reference letter. |

Susizo: Please people, I got an ITA in this last draw and currently filling the application. I would like to know if it's compulsory my spouse needs to submit reference letter from his employer. I am the PA while he is a dependant.
Another question does my spouse need references for any employment indicated in personal history?
Epp a fellow naija It is not compulsory to submit his work reference letter, but it is advisable to do so especially if a large chunk of your POF would come from him. |

njbybrthnly: Bonjour à tous (ou bonsoir - c'est à vous de choisir)
In the course of studying for the TEF, for section A of l'expression orale, I found it very difficult to find about 10 relevant questions to ask for each given ad (on top the french itself wey I still dey battle with). Thus, I've made a compilation (if you can call it that) of sample questions that one can ask for some ads I've come across for easy reference while studying. They were gotten from different sources - the TEF books, YouTube (Enseignement du FLE, Propulse Training) and some documents I found on Scribd.
I'm in an abnormally good mood so I want to share this, maybe you can even make some corrections and provide other possible questions one can ask. Donc, click ici to download it.
It's not exhaustive...I'm open to corrections. Bros, sorry to bother you. Please I have been searching for where you posted a link to all the TEF books including the Schaum series. Thanks. |

Baden18: Hi All,
I took the IELTS exam on Oct 27th for the first time and below are my results:
Listening: 9.0 Reading: 9.0 Speaking: 9.0 Writing: 7.5
I spent less than 5 hours in total preparing for this exam and I focused only on speaking & writing as I was told those were the difficult sections.
I only watched YouTube videos and recommend the IELTS videos by Jay for writing & IELTS videos by Liz for speaking.
Also for writing make sure to use FANBOYS (For/As/Nor/But/Or/Yet/So) in addition to the complex words Jay will give you.
Good Luck!!! What a wow! Kindly give a bit more details on how to use FANBOYS. |
