How many of them have you actually seen in Nigeria. My aunty has a son with cerebral palsy and he is a very bright kid. He is the only one that I can truly say I have seen treated well. I went to primary school with a kid with down's syndrome and I remember that whenever you go to the toilets in school, he would always be in there playing on the floor.
