They have started again!!! with this blame game on GEJ for their ineptitude!!! What a shame, first you say it is your own brain child. Now that it is flawed, you look for who to pass the buck on and instead you come up 8 months later blaming it on the past administration!!! This time Lai lai Mohammed hired his long time friend Soludo to do the talking cause he has already been branded has the best liar there is whom satan evens bows to. Then again, maybe he really doesn't want to come out saying gibbrish hence he got his brother in the lie. When will these guys wake up and smell the coffee that Nigeria's economy and Nigerians are in serious turmoil?? All you who voters these hippos in are to blame... |
The first probe is unsure and inconclusive and you want to move to another probe?? Well, I already foresee probes for the 4 years so this is no news. However, I would like to see how this government will handle the sale of Conoco Phillips' stakes in Brass LNG to Oando Plc (Tinubu owned Oil and Gas firm). Also, further tests of their sincerity would be tried when other APC chieftains are called in the oil & Gas scandals... These would be a plethora of true tests of their (anti)-corruption war... This administration has already failed their sincerity tests from current wars being fought. |
What is this man on about? One quick question, has MTN paid the fine that was imposed? Does it mean because he ordered clean up it has or will be done?? Why don't you wait and keep your tears till it is done by the people/companies he has ordered to do the clean up...? Sometimes I wonder for Nigerians... just because you want to be noticed, recognised, rewarded or for whatsoever reason, you wake up with the idea of crucifying people who gave the same orders years ago. Another question, did the spill start during Jonathan's tenure?? What did pre-Jonathan governments do to salvage the situation then? During GEJ's tenure if this Ittah or Attah would like to be sincere with himself, didnt spillage reduce drastically? Weren't pipelines fixed quickly for continuous supply of much needed petrol?? Didn't we have less vandalism?? I ask again, what is this man on about?? |
Diddyydiva:They should first go for Buhari and bring op as a witness you mean... |
LordAdam:The president should resign... honorably. Let's put the buck where it belongs... |
Ebukaobi:The question is why is his (anti)-corruption war skewed to one section of Nigeria? Think holistically! Think at all!! |
OgbeifunErom:If you think what you said is deserving of a new child, may all that you have spoken be your portion and lot from now on. May the woes you desire to come upon them visit your family without reservation and may your generations ever live each day with each breath to curse you. You think it is everything you speak erroneously about without caution? This is not the economy or the Nigerian nation... This is about private people living their lives and sharing the joy of bringing a new child into the world with both mother and child alive. It isn't everything you joke about. You need your head checked! and quickly as that... |
I earnestly wait to see the outcome of the blame placed on Sen. Enang the Special Adviser to the President on NASS matters for replacing the 'missing' budget with a new one... Let's watch this space in the unfolding 'Missing'/replaced budget drama... |
SillyeRabbit:You are making assumptions and when you assume without facts or accurate statistics, you make an 'ass' of 'u' and 'me'. |
Vanquay:Well, those you are busy hating and loathing will have either high BP or die of Hypertension cause he sure is going to get more accolades for just the simple act of maintaining peace in a time when war loomed... Today war looms in Nigeria in every facet and fabric of the nation and the current president doesn't even have a body language (which is the only way he uses to communicate with Nigerians when he is in the country) that the citizens can read... he's gone numb! |
If he (Fela) was alive... What do you think he would have been singing about today? Understanding that Fela always has the inside scoop with regards to the happenings in government and the nation; owing to his background and familiarity with the struggle for the Nigerian state and also, knowing that he speaks volumes and predicts the future through his music, what do you suppose his music and his lyrics would have been today? Very interesting to imagine... lol! We sure do miss him in these times cause he would have given meaning to so many unanswered questions and brought enough secrets to light... Rest on Fela! |
Diddyydiva:Are you this gullible?? Who else has the power to change a budget secretly or openly and resubmit or replace without the president's consent?? This persistent problem in the country's education sector has really dealt a blow to the aptitude and reasoning capabilities of Nigerians... What a shame! |
Quite interesting to see that a president who had the privilege of going to the best military training schools in the world (without a certificate) where they make gentlemen of senior military officers has no regard for the Rule of Law... In Nigeria today, the quickest and fastest way to obtain justice is if it is executed by oneself or a group of citizens without proving beyond reasonable doubt that the victim is guilty or without the intervention of the court of law. This has become the state of affairs at the federal level; a person who is a certified citizen of the country with fundamental human rights is abducted without any proof, placed behind bars, denied bail and presented to over 150 million Nigerians who are hungry and can eat human flesh to judge. And then, the FG uses the public's judgement when it suits them as a basis for continuous incarceration of citizens with human rights... Tell me how different this buhari style of justice is than the jungle justice witnessed in our market places, by the road sides, on our streets and in our communities and villages... please tell me... |
When two governments are at war what happens? The noise is about to commence as it did on the case of Dasuki on how the FG is looking for a citizen of the country the FG oversees... Media prosecutions and arrests are about to flood the airwaves just because this is the only language (outside of buhari's body language which is hurting the economy) the current administration understands; 'go to the media, hype it out of proportions, add some extra ajasa, spice it up with superlative and gargantuan words which can only be understood with the oxford dictionary by ones side', and so on and so forth... The FG knows where this guy called Government lives, they know his people, they know his house, how come it is now they seek to follow judicial process to arrest someone who is not as big and mighty as Olise Metuh? How come? Why are they telling Nigerians the éfforts made at reaching him? Did they ever do same for Olise, Dasuki, Patrick, and Nnamdi Kanu? Is the FG seeking for moral support to break the rule of law again in this case by sending in the military to destroy the Niger Delta just because they are in search of one man? Is it that they see Nigerians at the judge in the law courts? It really leaves a lot to wonder about... This demands on one to think what sort of people are at the helm of affairs and how far they will go with this media costume party they keep having... |
I had been observing all along to see how things would pan out relating the 'Missing Budget'. It had been known in the public domain that the budget had been retrieved in order for adjustments to be made cause of the myriad of errors that marred the document. Days gone by and the truth is beginning to emerge as the presidency seeks for a scapegoat to bare the brunt of them seeking to correct their errors in secret. All of sudden the budget is truly missing however, a new one has emerged from the special adviser to the president on NASS matters - Sen. Enang who had refused to comment on camera and states that the presidency and the senate are discussing on a resolution pathway regarding the issue... This leaves much to presumption and the rumour mill... Instead of apologising to Nigerians and taking responsibility for proposing a near impossible and non-implementable budget which would further aggravate the sufferings of Nigerians, the president who is meant to be an epitome of integrity could not look at the faces of over 150 million Nigerians and say the simple truth. Instead they have gotten the media to begin to hype the suppose attempt to arrest Government Tompolo in order to distract Nigerians from commenting on their high level of incompetence and ineptitude. I am surprised that the man that seeks to move Nigeria forward so dearly would want to do it in secret!? How can he achieve this It leaves me wondering what the motives are... If he has failed to present a wholesome budget a first time and needs to make adjustments to align with current realities and correct wrong calculations, assumptions and underlying corruption, he sholud have simply come out to say so.This has caused the nation serious national embarrassment; The Chinese television station on cable tv was stated as broadcasting the news of a 'missing budget' hours after the saga began... |
mohince:Why was GEJ blamed for every single issue in his administration? Don't you think what's good for the goose is also worthwhile for the gander? |
Rossikk:I do not agree on your perspective but I respect the right to your opinion. The station was useful until certain economic conditions changed which led them to the decision to close it (please read the write up again). However, who knows, if they have weighed the economics of scale which might have indicated a near zero or tolerable cost of running the service. The thought to hope to see Nigeria at this level is laudable and should not be chastised. Thank you. |
vault:I beg to differ on your view point. Importation is mostly done by igbos through the ports in Lagos, trading is mostly done by igbos through Lagos markets to other parts of the country, West Africa & Africa as a whole... The economic relevance of Lagos would be drastically reduced if the igbos were to be asked to live town and this is because they are sole importers, traders of many of our staple items and wares which are distributed from Lagos. Why are the Head offices of major banks in Lagos? It's simply because of the business life here. Today banks are focused on retail banking and the bank's that will thrive in this segment are the ones who are able to capture a sizeable chunk of the traders' market of which igbos make up 70-80%. I am not an igbo person but I think it is good to give credit where due. Bear in mind that if the sea ports in the East and South south are developed it would indicate less commercial activities in Lagos as other ports would take sizeable chunk of the ports business. I am sure you clearly know that most of our imports are not transacted by Lagosians... Let's learn to appreciate and value each other's strengths in order to chart a brighter course for our great nation. Stay blessed. Cheers. |
If she's a journalist why not place her in ministry of communication or information... |
You mean change complexion. Cause changing nationality doesn't stop you from being black. You'll just be a black nationale of that new country or race. Even if you change complexion sef, you'll be a bleached version of a black man Hahahahaha! ![]() Love who you be, God made you so for a purpose. |
lawydewy:Obviously it is good for Buhari but not for others yea? Ye ye dey smell... |
Demdem2:Continue in your senseless followership. I think it pays people like you... |
grafikii:You might as well hang yourself for government failures. Bornfool. If you haven't seen the breakdown then hang yourself! Senseless follower... |
This must be a joke! My o my! There's a problem here... |
Don't tell me his son was one of the beneficiaries of the pilot training offered to young Nigerians under GEJ'S regime. Who's deceiving who..? |
vedaxcool:Wailing APC! What won't you blame on Jonathan? Poor low lifers... |
May your soul rest in the bosom of the Lord. |
holaralph:I sorry for you.. you better pray for the scales to fall off your eyes... Northerners have been schooled to believe government is their birthright. Sidon dia... |
BIGERBOY1:Budget that would be funded mostly by borrowing (almajiri style - begging). Where would repayment funds come from From insufficient internal funds Or you borrow more to service existing loans (Fashola economics) which is where the west want you to be.. You can't cut your coat according to the size of material that you have? All because you want to keep deceptive promises... |
chxe:Hahahahahaha! Abi o... shameless lot! Smh |
