This is a big scam. One of my dad's employees is from oguta and he went for the exercise.
he isn't a terrorist. according to him, all the people who came there are just ordinary law-abiding citizens who heard about the exercise, saw the potentials vis getting monthly subventions from the government and getting trained in any skill your choice in Nigeria or overseas. they bought guns and went to government house. though, according to him, only about 40 people were successfully registered before chaos overtook the exercise and a fight broke out.
