Xisnin: Yes, some donkeys and cows are more hard working than humans. That isn't a controversial statement.
Not necessarily. Naira and Kobo has no intrinsic value. Work can be measured in food and accommodation as is the case with some apprentices and laborers.
By your definition, the richer a person is, the harder they must have worked.
If I invest my money in treasury bills and do nothing after, am I still working hard? Then we can all agree than the northerners are more hardworking than igbos. |

IamAtikulate: Go check JAMB statistics for Medicine, Law and Engineering since 2018.
Edo has better stat than SW Oh the ipob stats that jamb and Wawc have denied? More than 70% of universities in Nigeria are in Yoruba land? Who attends them? Ghosts? You are exposing your stupidity the more. From only 7 Yoruba in the north to hausas dominate Yorubas in ict. How low can you go? |

IamAtikulate: In Kano, in Katsina, in Kaduna I have met only 7 yorubas.
3 are roadside mechanics from Oyo, 1 is a Medical Doctor from Kwara, 1 is a teacher from Kwara and the last is a banker, state unknown.
The last one is a student and I don't know his state.
All are Moslems and carry themselves as Northerners, behaves like them and dresses like them. There are more Yorubas in Kano, sokoto and kaduna than igbos. |

Xisnin: Your question is irrelevant and you are derailing the thread just as the OP.
No one is disputing who works "hard" here, Mexicans work "harder" than Americans, but that is not a true measure of economic prosperity. Okay. Northerners are hardworking than southerners altogether. |

IamAtikulate: Yorubas should learn to travel.
I have met only 5 yorubas in the entire North.
Yorubas are nothing in Kano. Hausas, Igbos and Fulanis run that town and a lot of Hausas are making it legit.
It was in Kano that I know that Hausas get money and they don't make noise about it You must be a slowpoke. There are more than 5 million Yorubas in the north. You just exposed yourself as an Igbo man. |

Xisnin: Hard work could mean different things but in this context, the definition can be implied from the OP's comment. When people talk about hard work in relation to Northerners, they are referring specifically to jobs that require the heavy or long-term exercise of muscle.
Examples include pushing carts and clearing bushes.
If it involves more of moving muscles and little of brainwork, then it is hard work. The northerners engage in hard work because they are not educated and not trained in any work. This they beat everyone including the igbos. Do you want to argue that? |

You seem lost in your tribal bigotry. Come to ondo state, it’s les than an hour from benin. Come to our markets and see the number of 9/11 trucks taking goodstuffs and timber planks to the east. |

Let's stop fighting ourselves Happy Easter I’m not fighting anybody. I’m stating facts. We also supply the north with palm oil, plantain, yam during their off season and we also supply them with timber. |
