Not really. Not all CCTV cameras support them. A few models of medium grade CCTV support built in facial recognition. This is preferred while some video storage system just take footage from dumb cameras and process on a pre-installed DVR/cloud service.
The latter is not recommended for lack of hardware/software compatibility issues.
The facial detection industry is not well standardized for now.

We actually consume 57.2million litres per day, for a population of 200million. Benin has a population of 12million and it is vastly dependent on Nigeria. How much fuel is smuggled into Benin republic. If so much fuel is smuggled into the country, why are they still selling at such extremely his price compared to Nigeria.
