Toju200:At this point, it is obvious these guys are getting real time intelligence on troop position and movement. |
Can pepper, tomatoes and meat sellers pay for the high cost of living in Lagos? Are these businesses even taxable? Businesses that are always shifting addresses. |
I doubt if the winner of the election campaigned in more than ten institutions. This life |
The client is a money bag. The same Julius Berger is finding it difficult to complete the barely 20km portion of the Lagos Ibadan Expressway since August 2019 |
iamJ:That's not true. The underlying principle behind cellular communication is that your device must regularly send updates of its location within a defined tower collection. The process is known as ''Cellular Paging''. All known generation of communication, be it 2G, 3G, 4G and the new 5G all rely on this technique. Do a research on TAU (Tracking Area Update) in cellular communication an you would understand how mobile devices stay connected to a cellular network. In short, the mobile phone is not designed to make your location secret. The flaws in the SS7 protocols are deliberately left unattended to by the governing bodies in order to allow for spying for good or bad. |
SamuelAnyawu:It'll be foolhardyyto say this attack was as a payback for spying for the military. ISWAP is getting really strategic in their attacks. This particular attack is targeted at the food security of bornu and Nigeria as a whole. It seems the protection money the farmers pay to BH/ISWAP in order to access the farms isn't doing them much good as this hasn't stopped the military onslaught on their positions. The attack was strategic and carried out to get as much media attention. If the attack on farmers continue unabated, farmers might down tools and that wouldn't be good for the economy as a whole, including Maiduguri. We're really under a siege and need to act fast. Force is what deters these vermin's not negotiation RIP to the dead |
Okoroawusa:There's no misinformation in what he said. Tell communist party in China to close their border and see if the world's largest population will not implode in a month. China is not totally self sufficient. It only ensures its trade balance is tilted in its favour.I doubt if China can take the Mao approach again. China presently operate and economy that's more capitalist than the American economy. This is contrary to what we are made to believe in conventional social media. The level and pace of adaption of technology in China is way higher than the west, especially America. What it lacks is the freedom to air your speech. China is not comfortable with enormous influence that the west wields in mainstream media. |
Emiefele's JuJu economic trials has overstayed its welcome. Let the CBN float the currency and watch the droop like a sagging trouser. This policy is absurd |
Toju200:If Alpha jets can take off from kainji dam, why should a turbo pop aircraft be an exception. The senator probably didn't do a thorough research. Colombian drug dealers fly turbo pops from makeshift airfields Do tucanos require special airfield |
These south Africans are obsessed with lion cross breeding. Not impressed. |
JAMO84:Many of them are not properly trained on the basics and emotionally capable of handling a gun. A security officer who has an emotional disdain or phobia for a jeering crowd would most likely resort to the use of a rifle rather than assessing the situation. It takes an emotionally stable individual to discern when to resort to extreme measure when confronted with what looks like a provocation. |
emmadejust:He should find a way to work with them. NDDC is a cesspit of corruption. They have robbed the south south for years. |
Iran is no match for the US but iran goes down, Saudi Arabia goes with it. |
The democrats supported the emergence of this government. Could that factor work in the government favour? |
Humans are weird animals. |
Government of bad policy |
To be honest, Okada riders are becoming a public menace this days |
This government ruined the economy with archaic and retrogressive policies only to run around the globe borrowing money like a junkie high on octane. At this rate we'll be worse off than Greece after the financial meltdown. A government that rolls out fictitious social welfare worth a billion for the masses, only to turn around and impose VAT and fuel hike running into trillions at the expense of the same masses. Isn't this deceit? Like they say, you can't give what you don't have. |
Trump won in Texas. What's the fuss about. |
Official clown of the century |
Perfecttouch:The security system in this country lacks professionalism. This is because it's too bureaucratic and screwed in a way to discourage external input. |
If the NCS decides to outsource its primary duty to foreign firm because it lacks the wherewithal, it goes to show that the NCS recruitment should be questioned. Are we recruiting the right hands in the NCS or the entire operations of the Nigeria custom service is riddled with corruption. How can you purchase state of the art scanners at the major seaports only for you to outsource the job to foreign firms. We never learn in this country. It seems the P$ID saga hasn't thought us any lessons. |
Unik3030:Police officers are also been targeted by escaped inmates. The best the police can do is to find a way to form a cordial relationship with the public. The citizens can't sleep with their eyes closed at night and the police are also been targeted for reprisals. The criminals live among the citizens. It's's in everyone's interest to work together at this point This is not the time for blame game. |
The DSS, police, vigilante and intelligence officers of the correctional service should form a joint task force headed by the state government to root out these prison escapees. These guys are on reprisal attack as two officers were shot dead yesterday when the hoodlums attacked a divisional headquarter in igueben yesterday. Night raids would be appropriate and the public especially family members should make information that would help arrest them available. Identities might need to be made public but not sure if that's against protocol. |
As usual, another ill-conceieved policy. You are only going to end up with teachers who are non chalant at work. Teachers who perfectly understand the lecture but lack the ability to properly convey the message. Teachers who lack motivation because the financial needs can't be met. Throw the floor open and let the best hands fill the space. Those who have the passion and enjoy teaching irrespective of the renumeration. |
Gbam. The rightful owners of Nigeria has woken up. Constitutional standoff loading.... |
This unrepentant failure. Op are you on some sort of therapy? |
BabaOwen:It's painful that despite the 100% loyalty of the people of taraba to PDP in that state, the state has very little to show for it. A non Christian candidate will struggle in taraba. The personality in question as regards the APC senate candidate, Taraba South is a devoted Christian. One of the fallouts of the chairmanship of Comrade Adams Oshiomole. His removal was timely for APC before he pushed the self-destruct button |
Jerryjasper:I guess this is tight. The only reason the election isn't over yet is because votes are still trickling in. In most states, including the swing states, more than 97% have been collated. Over 5 million popular vote difference and 270 breaking vote met. The margin of 76 is no joke. It is going to be difficult to reverse. It has never happened in the history of American election and this will not be an exception. Trump is just scared of accepting defeat. He is making it look like he might never recover from the nightmare.
|
Why are trump supporters not talking about states like North Carolina where trump is leading by 73,000 and mail in votes are still coming in, though less than 15,000 or Florida where trump is leading by over 400,000 and more votes are still coming in by mail though less than 1%? Why is no one alleging fraud? Most states by law require recounts if the vote margin is less than 1% because it's a daunting task and in some cases you even have to pay for the recounts. Georgia in question has Joe Biden leading by 14,000 votes and mind you this is a republican controlled state for over 15 years. The recount in Georgia has political understone because of a senate run off coming up next year January. Georgia state secretary earlier defended the result as being fair but was pressured by the two republican senate candidates. If the recount falls within the 0.5% margin, the recount would have to be done electronically as against hand count, by law. Trump and his supporters are just making efforts to put the electoral system in America into disrepute. This I see as very unpatriotic and selfish. |
The able governor. Carry on, Edo citizens will support you 100% |
