Ain't we all? In our minds we want to think we are safe and secure but we seek the vulnerability of others out of our subconscious curious mind. Looking over ATM users shoulder to guess the passcode is a step away from hacking.Pondering over your boyfriend's shoulder as he punches his password into that phone.

Hacking itself is born out of curiosity. So, ain't we all at one time or the other curious about these things.

Most organisations in Nigeria foolishly migrate to wireless based networks with poorly guarded vendor network equipments with vulnerability flaws widespread all over the internet.
With mordern day keyloggers, to inject and compromise most of these wireless networks, you don't actually need users complicity because it's already compromised.

Speaking from experience

Politics › Re: PDP Is Dead, I Pray Nigeria Won’t Be Like It – Obasanjo by persius555(m):
Remove the likes of obasanjo from the old PDP and we would have had a saner PDP. The PDP we see today is part of obasanjo's creation. All he is doing is preaching rhetorics and seeking pity from the populace.
In the minds of Nigerians, we all know obasanjo played a huge role in destruction of our nationhood. We can only pray that god never allows any man in the calibre and spirit of obasanjo step into the mantle of leadership in the country again. #Objneveragain

Car Talk › Re: Why Nigerians Are Not Buying Innoson Cars by persius555(m): 7:30pm On Mar 01, 2017
If innoson fails as a brand, it should blame itself. The Chinese are doing more branding and advertising of their cars than innoson is doing.
Over reliance on govt patronage won't do the brand any long-term good. Nigerians are a people with taste like op said, IVM seriously needs to up its game.

sinkhole:
This OP is super high! I listened to BBC radio and those who were interviewed as Nigerians in SA only spoke thick Igbo accent, do we then conclude that only those set of Nigerians leave in SA?
Amazingly the more intelligent he tries to sound the more hateful and vengeful he appears to be. Nigerians irrespective of tribes are being attacked in a foreign land and all you can do is draw a parallel between the attacks and that which occurs in your country.
How sick can one get on the internet. He is really super high on Zulu weed.

myplaydiary:
the problem with Nigerians is that they are okay with the status quo as long as they are not affected or when Igbo's are the ones affected, you refer to other countries and their tension or racial discrimination, yes true it occur every where but the question begging for answers is are they encouraged there, the answer is no they nip it in the bud immediately if it is established that they was any form of racial abuse, discrimination or whatever in those places mentioned. Now coming to Nigeria everybody wants to act like there are no issues instead of drawing the lines and making these crimes and offenses punishable under the law, you speak of Nigeria you speak of unity now tell me your position on Igbo presidency. It should not be all well when the going is good for you and not your brother, you should speak against injustice on all for unity to truly exist in Nigeria. I am no tribalist I simply believe in sincerity no matter whose is ox is gored.
Just as I suspected. You are a btribal bigot. Your first statement gave you out.
Your type is why this country refuses to overcome its challenges. FYI, I got Igbo childhood friend who is married to an ibira lady. Both recently relocated to SA and I am in prayers that they don't get caught up on this senseless skirmishes. You should learn to look at issues with humanity in focus than wound up on Nairaland with a heart filled with tribal hate. It will do you no good.
Politics › Re: Xenophobia: See Why South Africans Do Not Want Nigerians In Their Country by persius555(m): 11:55am On Feb 28, 2017
All I can deduce from op's comment is that he has deep hatred for certain tribes in Nigeria. I am neither Hausa, Igbo nor Yoruba. I do not support on nigerians who go out there to tarnish the image of Nigeria. But as a Nigerian (irrespective of which tribe you are), the best you should be doing is encourage Nigerians to desist from taking laws into their hands and find their way back home. Instead, you delight yourself in highlighting the differences we have as a nation. FYI, most third world countries have tribal differences but when issues that affect every national arises, they resolve it better as one not by division. Even in the US, they have racial tensions but that won't warrant any sort of racial division when it comes to matters concerning its citizens. If that to you is hypocrisy then find another country out there to call your own.

Politics › Re: Alarming! Africa's Trillions Dollars Sustaining Rich Countries by persius555(m): 6:51am On Feb 25, 2017
We Africans and our leaders lack the balls to take the bull by the horn. The west know this and that is why they shortchange us and leave us with peanuts. Most times, we are either to greedy or too lazy to think.
Take a look at Asia. Compare what it use to be after world war II and what it is now. They grew balls and took their destinies into their hands.
For the west to continue to exploit us, they need gullible followers and selfish leaders and that is what we are.

Onechancearmy:
Even more stupidity from the Buhari regime that is always helpless whenever there is lawlessness. MTN Nigeria is incorporated under the laws of Nigeria. 95% of its workers are Nigerians.

Not that many South Africans actually work in the junior and middle management of the company in Nigeria.

If this stup.id administration is not careful, at the end of the day Nigeria will lose both ways:

1. The deaths of Nigerians in South Africa will go unpunished;

2. The South Africans will divest and pull out billions of dollars from our economy not to mention thousands of jobs lost.
Pull out and divest to where exactly? The African telecom market is already over saturated. There are more than a hundred globally recognized telecom companies in the world that would gladly fill MTNs place if they eventually leave Nigeria.
I don't support this action but when push comes to shoven, expect the unexpected.

This is counter-productive. You de-list a company from your books without informing the company of your intentions. And some fools are here praising CAC. They should take a cue from the banks. They send a text warning you of impending actions.
Another step backwards as usual. God help this country.
