*ThE OcToPuS* The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has said that the nation’s health system is struggling to cope with the increasing number of coronavirus infections daily. The centre warned that the nation would pay in January for disregarding the health protocols. Speaking at the briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 on Tuesday, the Director-General, NCDC, Dr Chikwe Iheakwazu said, “We just faced the worst week since we started responding to this outbreak. We had more cases in Nigeria last week than in any other previous week since the beginning of the outbreak. “January will be a tough month, no doubt about it. So, we have to brace ourselves for the consequences of the activities that we have decided to carry out in December.” https://punchng.com/january-will-be-tough-spike-in-covid-19-infections-imminent-ncdc/BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE! |

The Financial Times of London has described Nigeria as a country going backwards economically and plagued with terrorism, illiteracy, poverty, banditry, and kidnapping and risks becoming a failed state if things don’t take a drastic turn. The UK-based newspaper said this in an editorial on Tuesday titled, ‘Nigeria at Risk of Becoming a Failed State’. It said the abduction and subsequent rescue of over 300 schoolboys in Kankara, Katsina State, revived memories of the 276 Chibok schoolgirls abducted in Borno State in 2014. https://punchng.com/nigeria-close-to-becoming-a-failed-state-says-financial-times/

PETERiCHY: FOOD 4 THOUGHT
Put a frog into a vessel fill with water and start heating the water.
As the temperature of the water begins to rise, the frog adjust its body temperature accordingly.
The frog keeps adjusting its body temperature with the increasing temperature of the water. Just when the water is about to reach boiling point, the frog cannot adjust anymore.
At this point the frog decides to jump out. The frog tries to jump but it is unable to do so because it has lost all its strength in adjusting with the rising water temperature.
Very soon the frog dies. What killed the frog? Think about it! I know many of us will say the boiling water.
But the truth about what killed the frog was its own inability to decide when to jump out.
We all need to adjust with people & situations, but we need to be sure when we need to adjust & when we need to move on.
There are times when we need to face the situation and take appropriate actions.
If we allow people to exploit us physically, emotionally, financially, spiritually or mentally they will continue to do so.
Let us decide when to jump! Let's jump while we still have the strength We EXIT the market COMPLETELY on Nov 12th and posted the above on Nov 23rd WAHALA for THOSE that are not PROACTIVE

Instead, the meeting ended with three of its heavyweights—Russia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE—holding different opinions as to how to handle things going forward. The meeting with OPEC+ was set to resume tomorrow, but a late—and a rather surprising—announcement came in the afternoon saying that the meetings had been rescheduled to December 3 as more talks are needed. https://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/OPEC-Forced-To-Reschedule-Meeting-As-Disagreements-Persist.htmlThere is fire on the mountain Run! It's well Oil facilities owned by Shell/Agip were attacked on Wednesday by unidentified people in a sign that militant activities may have resumed again in the oil-rich Niger Delta region of Nigeria. Several explosions were heard in the facilities located at the Ikarama community in Yenagoa Bayelsa forcing Shell to shut down the facility. Nigeria faces a precarious economic crunch that cannot afford to be worsened by militant on oil facilities. According to media reports tracked by Nairametrics, a spokesperson from Shell, Michael Adande, confirmed the explosions admitting that the facility was shut down to minimize the impact. https://nairametrics.com/2020/11/26/shell-agip-oil-fields-explosion-how-the-community-battles-air-pollution/LOCO you are no longer in touch with REALITY better go and beg your VILLAGE PEOPLE

Toluway: No vex Sir Emanuelewumi, just digressing. Prior to 2008, you would just buy a stock and go to sleep, without fear that players would have dumped on you before you sign into your account the following morning. In 2008, it took two weeks before i knew i had made over 200 percent profit on gtb and zenith, and i had no problem. But today, you have to stay glued to your stock trading platform while someone is running a commentary on updates. The system has indeed undergone a radical change, making it difficult to pose as a gentleman investor. This is not to say that you cant still contend yourself as a dividend investor though. Since converting one's PAPER PROFIT to CASH is now a CRIME. What happen to the 200% PAPER PROFIT you made on GTB & ZENITH by the time you realized there was a GLOBAL MELTDOWN |
