Makinde is very intelligent. Nigeria is the only country in the world that tries to amend a Constitution imposed on them by the Military. Who does that? Military Constitution are always thrown into the trash bin and a new Peoples' Constitution is made immediately a Civilian Government comes to power. No one amends the Military Constitution and thinks the country would move forward with such a useless document.

Why is this Makinde playing politics with LAUTECH destiny? The labs are practically empty, the varsity is grossly understaffed (forget the accreditation results - they play games to pass), no infrastructure on ground. All the government does is payment of salaries.
