Politics › Re: Pictures Of Oyigbo Township Roads In Rivers State by phantom(m):
rubbish thread........
we all know oyigbo roads are bad and amaechi himself has admitted many times that his govt has failed in oyigbo BUT he also acknowledged the fact that some of the roads are being worked on.

.....and for the record, amaechi and fashola are the best we have. QED

its official....nigeria is a country of irrational and deeply emotional people.
behind your 'big grammar-laden' epistle up there,i see a christian fundamentalist who is filled with emotions.
he said he would try to be rational but to be honest,i dont see it.for example he said no confirmation was done to check if the foundation wasnt able to carry more floors. i agree! but he also didnt prove the foundation was able to carry more floors.

Car Talk › Re: Nigeria’s New Auto Policy Drops import By 20% by phantom(m): 12:33pm On Oct 20, 2014
another problem we have is the inability of our government to see policies through and through.
why isn't this same FG and its ministries using made in Nigeria official cars? the same thing with the state govts.
why should an individual go for innoson when he's government doesn't ?
Car Talk › Re: Nigeria’s New Auto Policy Drops import By 20% by phantom(m): 12:28pm On Oct 20, 2014
assembling here will create more jobs for our people.
but the full impact of this policy will never be felt as long as poor power supply is an issue we are still grappling with.

thieves...all of em and yet some I.diots will come on here to defend this mad man and his boss in abuja because 'they are our brothers'.....rubbish.
yet in neighbouring rivers state,a governor is trying to give his best to his people.
if Dickson doesn't know what to do with 33.8 bill, he should give amaechi a call.

how many secondary schools of a 100 million each can that sum get? 300+ solid schools.
how many health centres can it build?
how many roads and bridges connecting the different islands can it build?
what of waterhuh
God will punish these people.

indices of a sane nation. a nation built on solid foundations and principles. a nation where the people know and UNDERSTAND what it takes to have good leadership.
I bet you this 22year old has in his head things our idiotic Nigerian leaders have no clue about.
congrats to the young man!

If 450,000$ Is converted at current exchange of approximately 170 per dollar the sum total is 76,500,000naira but theres a tax deduction of 25%, his take home pay after tax is 59,500,000 naira per year.
that's about 5million/month meanwhile,somewhere in Nigeria,a country whose GDP is 1/34th that of the US,a senators take-home is 29.5million/month.
Nigeria is a huge joke!!
Politics › Re: Ghana Broke Closes Embassies by phantom(m): 6:08pm On Oct 16, 2014
but we Nigerians should face our own problems.we have serious issues abeg.
the last I checked, oil prices are in free fall.
I see terrible days ahead for Nigeria, since our govt has absolutely no backup plan in place.
with good policies,Ghana can recover quite easily.corruption is not as big a problem there as it is,here.

Nigeria is currently in a very terrible vicious cycle.
making a saint president of Nigeria will not solve our problem.
bad leadership, corruption, tribalism and ethnicity now have great grand children in our country. in other words our issues here compared to Ghana's, is like comparing a very basic calculator to a scientific one.

Nigerians, embarrassing themselves since time immemorial.

only in Nigeria will this sort of thing happen and our president hops on a plane, flies to Lagos only to be seen on national TV condoling with TB Joshua.
in saner countries, their presidents wouldnt be caught dead being seen in the same room with TB josh.
they wouldn't touch him with a 20 feet pole because they would be filled and overflowing with shame and sadness.

its so sad that one was unfortunate enough to be born into this dump fit for sewer rats and roaches.

arresa:
That was self explanatory. Few roads means few roads in Uyo and this is all you people can show us, nothing more.

First or second term, it makes no difference, it's still uncompleted and instead of your ignorant garbage, feel free to show us the completion and commissioning.

The stadium holds 30,000 and that's 10,000 less than FIFA's minimum 40,000 capacity regulation.

Bottom line. A state with the largest state budget in the whole of West Africa has less than 5 projects on the table and they are all uncompleted.

A state with the largest state budget in the whole of West Africa didn't build on single hospital.

A state with the largest state budget in the whole of West Africa didn't build one single new school.

A state with the largest state budget in the whole of West Africa basically has less than 5 projects on the table and they are all uncompleted. Not a single groundbreaking or visionary project, none.

Where are the new schools, where are the hospitals, where are the skills centers, where are the parks, where are the maternity centers and clinics where are the state institutions?

The crooked man budgets billions for Ibaka seaport, but even the bush around the so called project site is yet to be cleared, not even fencing sef.

The few roads he built were built years ago and he's yet to commission any project since, so where is the largest state budget in West Africa with just 5 million people going?

8 years with the largest budget in Nigeria and not a single major project completed beyond the same flyover and roads.

Again, keep quiet about that scumbag..
bros the thing tire me. in 8years,its the same flyovers and roads, stadium, tropicana and library yet we no go drink water keep cup.

amaechi built a stadium, he didn't make noise even though its a smaller stadium.
he didn't work in his second term just because he doesn't go round PH on his power bike examining projects like he used to.

abuloma-woji-akpajo road is a second term project.
iwofe and elioparanwo roads though concieved in his first tenure are officially second term projects.
rumuagholu road project is a second term project
the andoni -opobo unity road is a MEGA project and is still on.in fact many states can't afford to do the unity road.
psychiatric hospital road is a second term project
Politics › Re: The Sorry State Of Owerri/ph Road (Imo state Axis) Ohaji to be precise by phantom(m): 2:50pm On Oct 14, 2014
OP, hold on for Jonathan's fans to explain this.

the PH axis was done by the very same governor they have been insulting here. the rivers state govt is YET to be refunded for it.

the rot is too much yet sane Nigerians capable of using their brains have SWORN to return this man in 2015.
the federal govt can't even construct and maintain the two roads leading to their cash cows

apapa road and eleme-onne road.

NUPENG just ended a strike in PH protesting the terrible onne road and the consequent loss of lives.

when we begin to vote out of sentiments,we are in trouble.
Politics › Re: Tourist Attraction! Monorail That Covers Only A 50naira Distance In PH City by phantom(m):
Amaechi is second only to fashola and even that,is debatable.
the monorail is one of MANY projects so why the fuss?
we should be insisting on the next admin. continuing it.
let's face facts, this project on its own is a good one. the only issue is that its ill timed. its kind of silly to go on with such a project in a city where just constructing ring roads and flyovers is more important and more than enough to free traffic bottlenecks in many parts.

my worry is that Nigerians are willing to crucify even an angel who turns PH to heaven in 8years if they have no religious or ethnic attachment to him...
I didn't vote Jonathan in 2011.why? because he had nothing to show as deputy and governor of bayelsa.
what has he put on ground?nothing!
like amaechi asked the Kalabari people,"what has GEJ done for you"? "GEJ is not my brother. I am CRA."

for those who are quick to call that con-man in akwa ibom, you have no idea what governance is about.
