If you have ever delivered a multi million naira package to a client , you will understand how to manage a difficult client and a VIP.

Sometimes putting delivery in the hands of people without delivery targets has issues. If the bolt driver had a sales or delivery target and bonus target , his approach would have been so different. Infact he would have been so nice to the Senator with promises of delivering his package better another day. Such is life.
