Even though she performed best, I saw that she was not taken. Let her take her unhealthy ego off our facility. It's about 4months now and the boy has no sign of leaving. I have made him at home and he sees the peace a physician can give.

Resently a PharmD refused to sit with other Pharmacist in the NYSC dispensing cubicle. His greviance was that he should be with the Doctors scrutinising rationale for Doctors prescription. All the Ds in this title will definitely cause professional disharmony. A NurseD will tell u she won't take orders to do dressing.

However, with all due respect, even if records start a Doctorate of 9years, MBBS still remain the king and any effort of upgrade other courses will lead many frustrated. I won't add a penny to the salary of my Lab Scientist even if he brings Consultant MLSD-PHD. These rubbish is only geered towards the Civil service.

Even a student in 300l knows widal isn't a diagnostic tool/test for typhoid fever. And that for diagnostic purpose there has to be a 4 fold rise in titre (this I lecture doctors for free who upon seeing a titre of 1/80 will load the patient on ceftazidime - poor management).
