TUITION DEPOSITS - If you will be self-funded (paying from personal finance), please find attached guidance on various payment options for your tuition fee deposit of £2,000.



SPONSORED / SCHOLARSHIP - For those who will be on sponsorship / scholarship, please make arrangements to send us your sponsorship letters as soon as you have your results.



HAVE ALREADY PAID DEPOSIT – If you have already paid your tuition deposit of £2,000, please make arrangements to:

1. Take your TB test - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/tuberculosis-test-for-a-uk-visa-clinics-in-the-gambia/tuberculosis-testing-in-the-gambia



AND



2. Get your bank statements ready containing the total amount of your tuition fees plus £9,135 for accommodation and living expenses. The funds should have stayed on the account for 28 days. Use OANDA - https://www.oanda.com/uk-en/ - as the platform to convert currencies as this is what UKVI use for currency conversions.

Wait and let's see the outcome of the whole thing as it might be positive. Do not give up on your dream university. You will know more by July dont yet change your choice. I hope you also win either the £8000 (Vice chancellor scholarship) or £5000 ( Global scholarship).

If Aston university will sponsor Tier 4 visa for September admission and thereafter put only online theory lectures in first semester and all practical aspects in 2nd semester where there will be face to face teaching and visitation to renowned industries and exposure, then give it a go and attend the university. Then you can thereby graduate and go for post study visa as I hope you will be eligible. Just let us wait and see. Patience, Patience and dont panic. July is just next month.

Like I always say read your offer terms and conditions. Secondly read up your school emails. Finally, read or listen to UK news.

Its not that difficult don't wait for someone to tell what to do.

By June 21st the country will start to open up including air space.

This is why I was telling everyone here not to commit anything and wait till the end of July before making informed decision.
But some people are so impatient that when we tell them the truth they will say you do not want them to come to the UK and that we are jealous of their prospect. Typical Nigeria mentality who hate to face the truth and will eventually be outsmarted and scammed.

The school do not even know about CAS issuance? Every school are depending on UKVI. Wait till the CAS review before you make your decision.
The current guideline says student studying online and by distance learning cant be issued Tier 4 visa. What if another wave of coronavirus epidemic come by February? What is your motive of studying? Do you need Tier 4 visa to be eligible for Post study visa? Do you really love online class that you are willing to spend millions for what can just be obtained for £50 in cousera, udemy e.t.c?

Also, no guideline about post study visa yet. Everyone have different motive of wanting to study overseas and you all deserve to know what is expected and then make your decision. UKVI office in Nigeria is still closed and no current info about it opening. I do not know where you guys are just rushing for. I do not want any lamentation here after this is over.

That is the million pound question.. it's still unclear and time for CAS is almost at hand if schools are to open in September normally...fingers crossed

Hopefully, by end July, things will be clearer..in my opinion..for those whose programs can be deferred to January start, have that option B in mind, so that you can utilise it, otherwise you might have to defer to next year September...

Living in bondage breaking free as a sequel is OK not bad but ok. In a year or two years time we won't remember it because it was ground breaking neither was the story ground breaking or original tho.
The good aspect of the movie
1) acting : the acting in the movie was good each carried their role effortlessly but what do you expect nothing challenging cos they were all in their comfort zone just like the acting in lion's heart. The lead actor tho didn't wow me in his acting I felt the role was too big for him so it didn't leave me with that satisfaction you get from someone's acting.
The other good thing about the movie is the production which includes location, cinematography, editing, sounds etc excepts the ferrari part it was horribly done.
The bad
Predictabliity and originality tho I won't blame it is a sequel.
Is it worth the hype hell no it isn't but we have been fed with bad movies in recent times so every average movie looks like a Knight in a shining armour in our eyes.
In comparison with King of boys well both are over hyped tho but I think kob edges lib simply cos of is storyline tho not entirely original but it was like a breath of fresh from the usual senrenre movies we have seen of recent.

Got a 3k international commitment scholarship and 4k housing scholarship out of 23k, with possible offer of GA and tuition waiver in the later at WIU.

Also got i20 and admission letter, I have seen people pay for embassy interview despite the closure of the embassy. Is it advisable to go ahead with my interview with this offer or defer? secondly, for those who paid, were dates given and what dates were available.

I got conditional offer @ RGU since March

Am thinking deeply, bcus i don't want to pay the 34% of tuition fee (2.3m). Nd due to this pandemic.. they'll now be asking me to attend class online from Nigeria.
Someone should please advise me.. should i go ahead nd pay my tuition fee or i should still wait? My program meant to start September 7th but i got an email stated that it has been shifted to 28th of September.

I also got admission @ University of Regina Canada for Postgraduate. I want to consider UK to Canada bcus getting Visa to UK less stress thank of Canada.

The earlier the better .. pls advise me.

My advice run the two at same time which ever one gives you visa you go, if both gives you visa then u weigh pros and cons then choose

I just got admitted into St. Mary’s University with a 2.2. 3.0 CGPA to be precise. The requirement was at least 70% in the last 60hrs.

I read the comments of some gurus here but I kept saying to myself “my case is different” and I trusted God.

I’d say if you can spare the application fee, package your SOP and give it a shot. You never know.

I’m really excited and I look forward to guidance from everyone on my visa application.

The decision to pay the deposit is up to you but if you've made up your mind and you know that you won't change it, proceed. This is because if you change your mind and your school is to refund, it will be minus Administrative fees.

I think some schools don't refund until evidence of visa denial is showed I maybe wrong tho...
