Impotence: What every man should know

It was a meeting filled with men above the age of 40 and it was to celebrate Valentine’s Day. It was strange seeing them gathered to partake of the fun of the lover’s day considering that Valentine’s Day was more of a youth affair.

Many people often feel uncomfortable and embarrassed about expressing their sexual difficulties, even to a medical professional, and the problem continues and becomes worse, even to a point of endangering their marital relationship.

Nevertheless, at the Valentine’s Day celebration organised by Pfizer, a drug manufacturing company, emphasis was that though impotence is a common problem, at the same time, it need not be a problem a man must live with because of ageing process.

Most men will have an isolated erection problem at some time in their lives, but for others, it happens more frequently. If a man’s inability to respond naturally to his partner has become a recurring problem, such a man may be suffering from a treatable medical condition called erectile dysfunction or impotence. The term impotence has, however, been abandoned in favour of such terms as erectile dysfunction.

Why love protects against heart diseases
Valentine’s Day has just come and gone and many enjoyed love to the fullest. However,
ensuring that these lovely relationships continue to thrive no doubt has its many health benefits that lovers need to tap fully.

There are different theories backing up the fact that having a loving relationship benefits the whole body, especially the heart. Most of the theories are related to the fact that people who are married or who are in close, healthy relationships tend to be less likely to smoke, are more physically active and are more likely to have a well-developed social structure. Such are more likely to have lower levels of stress and anxiety in their day-to-day lives.

This is based on the promise that people who are in loving relationships are more likely to experience some hormonal changes that have positive effects on the body, including their heart and blood circulatory system. Basically, there are certain hormone produced in the body in amounts that are dependent on how much of stress and anxiety an individual is passing through at a time.

Inadequate sleep lowers resistance to common cold

Getting a good night sleep is supposed to boost individual’s resistance to infections, such as cold and other diseases.

This is not just an old wives’ tale. In fact, there are some evidences backing up this theory. The theory postulates that individuals who did not have adequate sleep may end up with lower resistance to illnesses such as cold.

Studies have shown that sleep deprivation impairs some immune function. According to background information in an article, those who sleep approximately seven to eight hours per night have the lowest rates of heart disease, illness and death.

The finding of a study that examined whether sleep duration and efficiency in the weeks preceding viral exposure is associated with cold susceptibility was that the less an individual sleeps, the more he or she may develop cold.

According to the report in the January issue of Archives of Internal Medicine, individuals who get less than seven hours of sleep per night appear about three times as likely to develop respiratory illness following exposure to a cold virus as those who sleep eight hours or more.

Hello!
I am concerned about your sharp pain in the heart. I would usually recommend that my patients proceed to the emergency room with such a complaint, but in your situation, I would recommend going to see your doctor again ASAP. You may need a lot of tests including chest x-ray, ekg, labs- especially cardiac enzymes.
thanks 4 ur response, the pain has stopped again but I'll report immediately it returns.

Hello Naijaking1, happy new year to you and everyone on this thread.
My condition is still the same but I beleive I'll lose more weight soon.
The problem now is that I usually have sharp pain in my heart that extends to the back.
It first happened some years ago and the doctor I complained to recommended I check the blood pressure of my eyes(forgotten the medical name), I did and there was nothing wrong with my eyes, later it went away and recently it's back again and even lasted for up to two weeks.
What can be wrong this time?

Why did u send me a link 2 this thread na?!?

this is obviously d remix of "faze independent or tuface gras to grace" thread!!

wats d point?

We did nt agree then nd we stil wnt agree now!!!!

Its jst basic!!!

love him or hate him- 2face is a LEGEND.

If u dnt agree- Google nigerian music/artist nd see how many times 2face's name wd come up!!!!

Come to think of it, 20/30 years frm now, how many of d current hit songs wd u rememba??

, but 2face wd be remembered nd named among d great artists of this age nd time not because of his songs, but because of al his ground and barrier breakin feats,

And faze, wd probably jst fade away!

Afta al, how many peeps can rememba d names of silver and bronze medalist!!
Who says faze will fade away?
Songs like Faze alone, Kolomental, Kpokpodikpo, letter to my brother,The almighty ORIGINALITY will never fade, u can quote me years later.

The fact that some few songs spoilt his last album doesnt mean it's not good at least tuface too got some rubbish songs on his album.
tayo_ast:
I believe Faze tried his best but its so unfortunate that the album "Originality" fell below expectation. I atually got my hands on the album but to me only d originality and spend ma money tried. play boy was up there too but I believed his performance on independen raised people's expextations When compared with 2 Face's, U av 2 note that If there is a nigerian artiste that has been consistent overtime, its 2 baba. His Songs might not be that groovy, but always gives u smth 2 think about.

Another thing is, 2Face knows his way around things, the track "See It Coming'
which featured Wyre will surely go a long way within the continent. There are other mind blowing tracks like can't be w/out U, free, So Proud, go Down There, Appreciate it & Feeling You.
But people, U've got to listen carefully to 'FLY", it's lyrically choking.

4 me, my fav. is Feeling You.

Jah bless 2 Baba, Na So!
And fly is the only outstanding song on the album but why must he use the style faze used in 'story of my life'? Copy Cat

"why do people keep sayin what they don't realy mean

don't let this result into insults, I just told u what he needs to be free from IMO, and if anyone even doesnt want his progress, it's not certainly faze. U can keep posting lyrics, I'll keep posting my opinion, chikena!!!

mr_me_too:
@pheesayor

Don't worry keep listening to the album and u'll keep appreciating it more. For me, my fav right now is "Oh Papa" thats a fantastic song. Anyway I wasn't trying to knock down whatever faze has achieved but the fact is there is really no room for comparison. Just the buzz from 2face's album is deafening, something faze has always lacked. As for the songs, 2face's songs on this album are different from the usual Naija club-banging oriented sounds, he took it to the next level like he always does, as he said "Jungle Don Mature"
U r right about the buzz, and thats what is working for him till today. For the first time I'll agree with you. You'll have different favourites at different times. It happened to me with Originality. Anyway, I've been feeling the track FREE, the sound to me is GREAT!!!

And FYO, there is room for comparism, I wont agree with you on that

I Think I should add this too, FREE is my favourite on the album. To me it's the best and it's from a local producer. No one is stopping him, abi anybody try hold am down before. If there is anyone he should be free from, it would be from his margaret thatcher wife, pero, who gives him trouble all the time. Dont ask me for link cos he stays very close to my house in Festac.

Faze fans need to admit they need 2face to hype their guy, faze's album has been out a couple of months and got no buzz whatsoever. They're now using 2face's album as an opportunity to bring the dude to the limelight. U guys r like a guy that dated a very hot girl in high school and can't let go although she has moved on to bigger and better things. The fact is these guys are not on the same level, 2face has taken off while faze is still trying to find his feet. people created brand new profiles for 2face. U guys have to admit 2face is KING!!!
Independent went platinum, Originality is also platinum now and so will most albums but judging the success of an album in Nigeria shouldnt be solely on album sales due to the amount of cd's in Nigeria. In alaba it's as low 60 naira so almost everyone can afford to buy every album that is released so get that into ur head.

I'm not hyping Faze, I havent even met him before despite the fact that we both stay in Festac, I'm just a fan and not just for the fun of it but because his does good music. I listened to the album well today and it's not bad as I said earlier(I should apologise for that) but it's not as tight as Grass to Grace, everyone will agree with this. The fact that he did duets with Rkelly and Chakademus & Pliers and Melissa Briggs doesnt make him the best. Be honest to urself and others and you'll see that Grass to Grace is better.

On Faze, for the market, Independent is better but for GOOD MUSIC, I mean GOOD MUSIC I pick Originality anytime anyday.

And to tosin who claims he bought the album because of me no vex ooo, I only recommended good music to and maybe you immune to good music thats why u r not feeling the album.

To everyone, I'm not a tuface hater, I will state here clearly again. Back in the early plantashun boiz days, I used to be inspired by their songs and I even wrote songs from that but thats history but I still love them all, I just prefer faze and it will forever remain that way no matter what anyone says.

I dont think I should include this but I will, start judging with the result of the poll, I'm sure there's no multiple voting.
