Some of those conferences are audio conferences. Agents are desperate and most times deceitful, so they re ready to cook up things just to get money from u.
Pls leave conference and go as a tourist.

I don't even know why u guys use agent for application that is very easy for u to apply by urself. Una go still give am big money o and still the agent go dey lie lie give u about ur application. Biko u guys should give me 30% of the money u give agents and I go run everything for una completely and even give una access to una application o unlike una agent that won't give u access to ur application

I submitted an application for a visitor's visa on the 4th of September 2023 and my Biometrics is yet to be updated.
I had applied for SOWP (my spouse is a student in Canada) in May 2023, but got Refused on 11th August, so I have valid Biometrics and Medical Exams.
I’ve sent emails to request for Biometrics to be updated but nothing has changed on my application status.
Please any information on what I can do will be of great help…

My second application took a month and 25 days before they updated my biometrics as completed.
So relax and stop sending webforms on that

Thanks I really Appreciate. I have told him let’s exercise patience till whenever they deem it fit to get back to us.The processing days timeline has reduced to 471 days so we are still on point.

That processing time they put there does not work. Just exercise Patience. They will definitely process ur application and get back to u.

Please I did my biometrics at Abuja in April and it was through the old portal through which my agent applied for me but till date when I enquired what’s the status from him, he said it’s still processing that’s what it’s showing. He called me this morning and said that if nothing happens by this month that my next month he will cancel the application and apply for me through the new portal. Please I need your advice should it be cancelled or I should still exercise patience cos from what he said that applications through the new portal the processing period is faster. Don’t know how true this is. Thanks.

Me am already here thats my wife application, we actually applied together, mine has been approved since may 6,hers was delayed till date,only for us to wake up.yesterday and see the procedural fairness,i think what they need is explanation why she dis not declared her Us refusal,i quess we were lucky for that,i believe she should have been refused at the instant, we are already working on the letter we will respond to back to them today

It's not oooo. They denied and said I didn't tell them that usa denied me visa. And it was a long time ago. I even forget. So what should I do now. Write to them and explain myself or re- apply.

Did they mention USA in particular? or that u did not say truthfully about the history of ur previous visa denials to Canada and any other country?

Put your mind at rest tonero. If you have ordered GCMS notes before you will know better. For a first timer, it's imperative to disclose your refusals but during your second Canadian application, disclosure of your previous Canadian visa supercedes every other. If you disclosed the previous refusals during your first application, it will still be on record.

Declaring only ur Canada visa application refusal does not supersede anything. It's necessary u declare all visa refusal especially US and UK after Canada
My first application was refused because I didn't declare my US visa refusal.

She didn’t declare her UK and US visa refusals. She claimed she didn’t remember seeing any questions relating to visa refusals.

As a result of this, I asked her to withdraw the application and then reapply.

Claiming she didn't remember seeing any question relating to visa refusal will be seen as falacious and an act of insincerity by the VO.
That was what I did in my first application and I was denied even after sending webform to them but still they ignored me then.
But who knows, her case might be different. Let her not stop believing anyways.

Good day, house! My sister-in-law made a mistake on her application, and she sent a webform message on August 17 to IRCC Nairobi and Lagos to withdraw the application, but there has been no response yet from IRCC.

Application submitted on July 26
Biometrics done on August 15.

Is it proper for her to submit a new application now, or should she wait for IRCC to withdraw the application or close her account before she submits a new application?

What was the mistake she made?

Ok. Thanks. I was denied US visa 2014 and Canadian visa 2015. But where they asked about being denied a permit or visa previously,I ticked yes but only state that I was denied Canadian visa 2015. Is this a problem and how do I email them for correction.

Not stating that of US too is very risky to the approval of ur application but u can send them webform on that but someone here said she sent webform on this ur same matter but was still denied on that same reason. But u gat try cos ur case may be different.

I was denied may 2023
I used old portal in my first application and there was no space to indicate ur previously denied visa application.
It's only in the new portal that u can see that and it's not specifically for US but generally.

Is ur own biometrics not showing completed in the tracker?
If it's showing completed, did it take some days before showing completed or immediately after u did biometrics?

Pls after a month and 25 days I submitted my application, my biometrics which was showing in progress started showing completed in the tracker but not showing when I check my application normally. But the eligibility still shows not started both in the tracker.

But my passport will expire by 31/ 05/ 2024.

Please house, can I renew my passport in order to extend the validity ? Before the expiration of 30 days ( starting from today) IRCC want me to submit passport for visa stamping

Will IRCC be able to reconcile my passport number with the new one I'm about to do?

Always try to get information from people with experience and not what someone concluded in his or her mind and then displayed it online.

Please my brother tried to use his credit master dollar card from Gtbank that has 144 usd which is more than 185 cad to pay today for visa and Biometrics but it declined. Please does it mean network is bad or the 144 usd is not up to 185 cad or is it from the card?
Note: He paid Sweden visa recently for someone with the same card
