A girl who could not hold her sexual urge has forced her younger brother to have s*x with her repeatedly at knife point. A teenage girl has shocked her community by forcing her 14-year-old brother to have s*x with her at gunpoint. The girl sexually assaulted her brother several times at knife point. In a report by The Chronicle , the 17-year-old girl threatened to accuse her brother of r*pe if he refuses to have s*x with her after revealing that she was pregnant. When he couldn't do anything, he had s*x with her at knife point severally. However, things got exposed after the frightened boy ended up confiding in his teacher after the teacher noticed that his grades had dipped drastically around the same time. The girl from Zimbabwe was arrested by the police and arraigned before a court. The girl pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated indecent assault claiming that she heard voices that ordered her to have intercourse with her brother. Regional magistrate Mr Chrispen Mberewere condemned the girl’s behaviour. He sentenced her to five years in prison, which he suspended on condition she does not commit a similar crime in the next five years. Prosecuting, Mr Simbarashe Manyiwa said that sometime in June at around 9PM while the boy, who is doing Form Two was sleeping, his sister went into his room carrying a knife. “She placed the knife on his neck and ordered him to UnCloth. The girl caressed her brother before forcing him to have intercourse,” said Mr Manyiwa. “He didn’t report the matter to anyone but resolved that he would inform his teacher at school. After a week she told her brother that she was pregnant with his baby and she wanted to tell her mother that the boy had raped her.” The court heard that the girl made her brother promise to have intercourse with her if he did not want her to make the rape report. “She continued visiting her brother’s room and seducing him several times before forcing him into having intercourse. The girl’s shenanigans came to light after she forced her brother to have intercourse with her twice on July 17,” he said. “The boy went to school and told his counselling teacher that there was something troubling him. He then revealed that his sister was in the habit of forcing him to have intercourse with her. The teacher made a report which led to the girl’s arrest.” http://www.firmtech1.com/2016/08/abomination-girl-forces-younger-brother.html?m=0

A 58 year old man has disclosed why he attempted to jump into the lagoon from the Third Mainland Bridge at Oworoshoki area of Lagos State. The man, who introduced himself as Mr. Joseph Onweji, said he had been ill for over 36 years. He said the illness used to make him uncomfortable, restless and sleepless. Sick and tired of being uncomfortable, with no solution in sight, he decided to end it all. He was about to take the plunge into the lagoon when officials of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS ), grabbed him. Onweji, who attempted to take his life on July 24, spoke with New Telegraph in his home, at Iju – Ishaga , Lagos, on Monday. He said he had been sick for long. According to him, he became afflicted with the mysterious illness after he visited the site, where he was building his house. He said: “I have been sick for a long time. This illness started when I was just 22 years old. I was building a two – bedroom flat at Ibadan. On one occasion, when I visited my site, I noticed that unknown people abandoned plywood in front of my doorstep. Later that day, when I was taking my bath, I felt a burning sensation on my body. I felt really hot. I couldn’t sleep for days. Since that day, I have been feeling restless. I can’t even sleep. ”Onweji added that he spent two months at a Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, where he received all sorts of treatments. He said that the doctors were unable to cure him of the illness. When asked why he picked that particular day to kill himself, Onweji said: “On that Sunday, about noon, I went to the Third Mainland Bridge. I was about to jump when RRS men saved me. They took me to Alausa, Ikeja. In an official statement signed and released today by the state governor’s Chief Press secretary, Sam Onwuemeodo, the Imo state government has officially reduced the working days of some civil servants in the state, as workers are now to work for three days in a week, while they can spend the remaining two days on their farms. According to DailyPost, the state government introduced a policy tagged: “Back to Land for Agriculture”, which is meant to enable the state workers engage and invest in agriculture for self-sustenance, and assured the workers that the new policy will not affect the salaries of workers. The directive takes effect from Monday August 1, 2016. The statement reads; “Against the backdrop of the “Back to Land for Agriculture” Programme, the governor directed that public servants in the state would now work from Mondays to Wednesdays, and use Thursdays and Fridays for agriculture (farming) while Saturdays can be used for ceremonies. And the directive takes effect from Monday August 1, 2016. “However, the governor exempted public servants on essential duties like the teachers, nurses, doctors and people involved in Internally Generated Revenue drive. Political appointees are also exempted from the three-days working periods. “We shall try this programme for the period of one year, starting from 1st of August 2016 and hopefully this will help. Let me make this emphasis before it is misconstrued or misrepresented, that this does not in any way affect the salaries of the workers. “Workers will get their full salaries as been the practice. So the policy does not mean that there will be a cut in salary rather let us now find a way for our workers to supplement their salaries”. “For this reason the issue of annual leave and casual leave is hereby cancelled. Resumption time for work has changed from 8am to 7.30am in the morning and ends by 4pm. Any worker that is not found on his or her seat between7.30am and 4pm on the days concerned will be summarily dismissed. “Everybody must go back to agriculture. Every political appointee must own a farm. The youths would also be encouraged to take to agriculture. Schools including Universities, Polytechnics and Secondary schools in the state must own farms. The Community Government Council (CGC) must be strengthened for the sake of this agricultural programme. “Two billion naira (N2b) has been set aside at the micro-finance bank for the purpose of this Back To Land For Agriculture policy so that those willing can access it. And time is gone again when politicians and some Imolites will come to government in the pretence of farming and collect loans and use it to buy cars and marry new wives. “Again, the June and July Salaries would be paid this week. We are making sure that our workers are comfortable and our pensioners are happy because this is one area the whole nation is having a serious challenge. “Our problem is not being unable to pay salaries but paying over-bloated salaries. We are also making effort to pay our pensioners once the harmonization is over. “I also want to announce that government has appealed to families and those who organize burials on Mondays to Wednesdays to please change and have their burials on Saturdays so that we can concentrate on the government’s work and on the agricultural programme. “Everything that has to do with agriculture no matter what shape it comes, government will support it. So many countries are going through economic crisis because of the fall in oil. “Our nation is also going through very difficult moment. We have taken responsibility as leaders and we are not blaming anyone. Wise nations and leaders save for the rainy days. “There were periods the oil price was in our favour. But those in charge then blew the money. They made no savings. Today the oil price globally has crashed and here we are. And we must fall back to agriculture as the panacea.”

There are certain things guys tend to look at first when they meet a woman and these are some of those things. It shouldn’t come of any surprise to ladies that men are initially attracted to women via their physical appearance, but that does not mean all men are looking for the Tyra Banks super model type. Different strokes for different folks. Some men do like thick women, some like them curvy, etc. But it’s the first five minutes that count the most. That’s the time you have to use your physical appearance first and then your personality to “reel him in.” Here are some characteristics that men say they tend to notice when they first encounter a woman. 1: A woman’s shape. Relationship guru Dr. Paul Dobransky says men look at curves and shape. And he won’t hide it, either. So don’t be surprised to catch him looking you up and down when you enter his space. 2: A woman’s attitude. Men love a woman with confidence. Her posture, her ability to look him straight in the eye and her air of confidence are all traits men will be attracted to. 3: Her smile. Subconsciously, men are drawn to certain smiles. Some like sweet and genuine, while others like a mischievous look. 4: Your girls. Oh yea. He is checking out whom you hang with. He will be intimidated by a large group of women, but will approach a lady in a trio. If he’s rejected, at least he knows the giggles will be at a minimum. 5: A woman’s hair. They like well kept hair that smells good. So make sure your weave is fresh! In fact, research shows that men notice your hair before they notice what you are wearing. 6: Your makeup. Keep it light and natural looking. And wear lipstick. It doesn’t (and shouldn’t) be bright red, but he will notice moist shiny (yet natural) looking lips. 7: The butt and the bust. Yea, you knew that was coming. But be cool about it. That doesn’t mean you should wear spandex or a shirt that leaves nothing to the imagination. Do leave something to the imagination. And remember, some guys like a handful, while others go for the melons. 8: Your bag. Yep. He will check out your purse. If you are lugging around a big ol’ bag, no matter if it’s Gucci or not, he will take that as a sign that you are high maintenance and that you are also materialistic (that you need a lot of things). So when it comes to bags, bigger is not better. So ladies, look your best and show that smile, whether you are going to the super market or out with your crew. You never know when you are going to encounter “the one.” http://www.firmtech1.com/2016/08/ladies-take-note-these-are-8-things.html

While speaking at a town hall meeting in Enugu on Monday, the outspoken Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has disclosed that the change promised by the President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressive Congress (APC) is real even though the party is now the subject of mockery among Nigerians. According to a report by TheCable, the minister who stressed that the change promised by the APC is 'already here', indicated that part of the change being witnessed by Nigerians is the prosecution of treasury looters and the entrenchment of accountability in public service. “Many have said they are yet to see the change we promised. Many more have called the promise a ruse. In fact, they are now mocking us. But we remain undaunted because we know that the change we promised is real. In fact, the change we promised is already here, and it is manifesting all around us. “Before now, public officials simply opened the public till, took as much money as they wanted and walked away without consequences. That explains why funds allocated to the military to fight Boko Haram ended up in the piggy banks of many unscrupulous Nigerians. “Today, all those who looted the public treasury are being made to answer for their actions, as impunity gives way to accountability. Many have offered to return their loots, and many more are facing charges,” he said. Lai Mohammed further noted that the government was actively diversifying the economy, such that a great percentage of the N500 billion realised from the federal accounts allocation committee came from the non-oil sector. “We promised to diversify the economy away from oil, to ensure that other sectors are able to significantly contribute to sustainable development. “In June 2016, for the very first time, about 70 per cent of the more than N500 billion raised from the Federal Accounts Allocation Committee came from the non-oil sector, while 30 per cent came from the oil sector. “It was the first time in 2016 that the Federal Government shared more than N500 billion among the three tiers of government,” he said. http://www.firmtech1.com/2016/08/many-are-now-mocking-us-but-lai.html?m=0

If you are in a relationship and these things are happening, then realize that you do not fit in his life. If you are the one forcing yourself on him, sorry girl, you need to read these signs that he doesnt loves you. 1. He won’t make plans. When you guys are together you have a capital G GREAT time together. But when you’re apart, you get radio silence. If you casually suggest a Saturday hangout, he’ll agree. But come Saturday you’ll be waiting around until 9 or 10 to hear from him. Don’t waste time on a guy who can’t be bothered to give you notice. 2. He’ll talk to you about other girls. In new relationships it’s normal for you both to unpack your exes. It’s our histories, however tumultuous, that make us who we are and sharing that is natural. But if he talks about his ex and his struggles to get over her, he isn’t over her. If he spots a cute chick and points her out to you, he’s long ago relegated you to buddy material. I also think that how a man talks to a woman about other women is proof of his intentions. 3. He’ll have s*x with you, but you won’t talk about it. s*x means he likes you, right? Wrong. s*x means he wants to climax, that’s it. You guys can have s*x all the time. The s*x can be fine, good even. This doesnt mean he loves you. Infact, not having s*x with you implies he wants a future with you, he wants more than your body. 4. He’ll never make you feel truly comfortable with him. If you’re an adult woman and you find yourself worrying about what to wear around him, if it’s okay to take off your shoes, if your hair looks okay, how to put your arms, he doesn’t like you. If a guy likes you, he’ll do everything within his power to make you feel comfortable. If that means risking some funky foot smell because you’ve been wearing ankle boots all day, so be it. Love is building up to that day when you’re comfortable enough to fart in front of each other, not tiptoeing around him at every turn. 5. He’ll never initiate contact. You have fun together, your text exchanges are brilliant and inspired, but when they start it’s only ever because you’ve pinged him. If a guy likes you, he’s going to reach out. If he doesn’t, he just straight up won’t do it. http://www.firmtech1.com/2016/08/ladies-don-be-deceived-if-he-does-these.html?m=0

BY FRANCIS IGATA ENUGU - The Movement for the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, Sunday, lash out on the Federal Government and the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta who are currently engaged in a dialogue to end renewed bombing in the oil-rich Niger Delta describing their condition to free detained Director, Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, as laughable. MEND had in a statement weekend through its spokesperson, Jomo Gbomo, said that it proposed to the Federal Government," the release of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, on the condition that he renounces the agitation of Biafra Republic" as resolutions to end the revolts in the south-east and south-south geopolitical zones. But frowning at the resolutions from MEND, the Leader of MASSOB, Uche Madu,in a statement signed and made available to newsmen in Enugu yesterday, insisted that the agitation for Biafra Republic was hinged on self determination which has become a spiritual movement that cannot be quenched by any force. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/07/massob-slams-fgmend-conditions-free-nnamdi-kanu/ |

The National Agency for Food and Drugs
Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has
apprehended a Chinese, Zhao Chum, and a clearing
agent, Christian Ohia, for allegedly smuggling
unregistered and controlled chemicals into the
country. According to Punch, the Ports Inspection Directorate of NAFDAC got information that the substance (Urea Formaldehyde Resin powder) was smuggled into the country in two containers through the Lagos Sea Port. The substance was then transferred to Chum’s furniture company in Ogun state where it was impounded and brought to NAFDAC office in Oshodi, Lagos. NAFDAC handed over Chum and Ohia to the Lagos state police command. Chum said that the substance is used to hold furniture together. “This glue is from China. Everyone can buy it. I am not an importer. I gave this job to an agent. The agent did not tell me anything. NAFDAC people came to look for the agent. After arresting him, they arrested me too. You can come to my factory and see what I use the substances for. It is to hold furniture together,” he said. However, the acting Director-General of NAFDAC, Yetunde Oni said that the substance was impounded because its importation is controlled and can be use to make explosives. “The substance is now in NAFDAC’s warehouse. The director of the company, Zhao Chum, and his clearing agent, Christian Ohia, have been arrested. They are assisting NAFDAC to unravel the supply chain,” Oni added. An Edo High Court on Monday sentenced three people to death by hanging over the murder of a three-year-old girl. The convicts, Betty Stephen, the stepmother, and the two teachers- Johnson Ogbeide and Nancy Aiwuyor, committed the offence on February 24, 2009, at Erhiborhibo village, Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo. The judge, Justice Geraldine Imadegbelo, in her judgment said the prosecution proved its case beyond reasonable doubt. She said the prosecution proved that the stepmother gave the three-year-old girl to Ogbeide, who in turn handed over the baby to his colleague, Aiwuyor, to be sold for ritual purposes. Reviewing the evidence placed before her, the judge said the child was left in the custody of her stepmother by her parents who went to farm on the day the child was killed. “When the victim’s parents returned, they could not find the child, only for the stepmother to confess that she stole the child to the two other convicts,” she said. The judge also said that the prosecution established that the victim was sold for N1.5 million, her nine fingers cut off, her hair shaved as directed for the ritual. According to judge, “seven years after the victim disappeared in the hands of the convicts without being found, the court was safe to hold that the child was dead. The acts of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd accused persons which caused the death of the deceased were unlawful,” Mrs. Imadegbelo said. The court also sentenced the convicts to 14-year jail term each for the offence of child stealing. http:///2a2vhzH

A reliable source in INEC headquarters in abuja, has revealed that the document issued to Uche Ogah as a certificate of return for the governorship election in Abia State is an invalid document. According to the source, the election that produced a governor in Abia state in 2015 was the supplementary election of April 25, 2015 and not the April 11th election which INEC declared inconclusive. The source pointed that Ogah’s certificate of return bears the date of April 11th, which failed to produce a governor. “recalled that INEC declared the April 11 governorship election in Abia state inconclusive despite the fact that Ikpeazu of PDP was leading Otti of APGA with a wide margin. “INEC called for a supplementary election election in about 8 canceled LGAs in the state on April 25, which Ikpeazu also won and was declared winner. And INEC issued him with a certificate of return as winner of the election after the supplementary election. “So what Ogah has is an invalid document that can’t make him governor. He can’t lay claims to the governorship of Abia State on the basis of an inconclusive election.” http://www.firmtech1.com/2016/07/abia-crisis-uche-ogahs-certificate-of.html?m=0

Relationships can be really exhilarating but they can also be destroyed by immaturity. These are signs that your partner is immature. Most guys have a childish side to their personality and like to be the big kid sometimes, but some men take it to the extreme. At first, you might find his immaturity quite endearing, but that childishness can wear a bit thin after a while. Don’t get caught out dating a guy who can’t seem to take life seriously at all and look for these signs that you are dating an immature man. 1. Immature man hates being depended on One of the most obvious signs of an immature man is that he absolutely dislikes being depended on. When things go wrong, the immature man won’t be there helping you out. The men-boys of the world will do anything to avoid being the one that people depend on. He’d rather ignore problems and hope that they go away. 2. He can’t hold a serious conversation Another sign that your man has yet to grow up is his inability to hold an intelligent and meaningful conversation. Communication will not be on his list of skills, he would rather make a joke of things and move on to a lighter topic quickly. 3. He’s never had a proper girlfriend before Next one of obvious signs of an immature man is that he probably never stayed in a meaningful relationship before in his life. That doesn’t bode well for you, because this lad has a lot of learning to do and you are going to have to be the teacher. Starting a career in teaching is probably not exactly what you had in mind when you met him. So you might want to think twice about staying with this type of guy. 4. Immature man has no idea what he wants for the future If your man is immature then it is quite likely that he doesn’t plan much beyond tomorrow, let alone for the next ten years. Living day by sound like a great idea, but a mature man will, at least, have some idea of what kind of future he wants for himself. 5. You’re only his girlfriend when that fits on with his plans If your man only goes out with you, when it suits him and is willing to cancel, at the drop of a hat, to go out with his buddies instead, then this is a definite sign that he needs to do some growing up. A real man will show some commitment and be willing to make you his priority. 6. Immature man can never make up his mind Another one of clear signs of an immature man is that, alongside his lack of commitment will be a lack of ability to be decisive too. You’ll probably find that it’s you who are making all the decisions for him and making all the running in the relationship. Just like a kid, he will be perfectly happy for someone else to take all the tough decisions. 7. He probably can’t hold down a job either An immature guy will probably find it hard to take a job seriously, and so he flits from one job to another, if he even has a job at all. He finds work dull and boring, and all that getting up early and being serous is too much of a drag for him to be putting up with. 8. Nothing is ever his fault Next one of obvious signs of an immature man is that, just like a petulant child, he will never take the blame for anything, he will never accept responsibility for his actions and he will certainly never say that he is sorry. He will always have an excuse, or blame someone else, just like a naughty little boy would. 9. Immature man can be really spiteful Another trait of an immature mind is the ability to be spiteful and cruel. He probably doesn’t really mean to be really hurtful, but he’s not mature enough to realise when he does. If a man really loves you, he wouldn’t want to hurt you; an immature man doesn’t take life seriously enough to even worry about things like that. 10. He eats nothing but pizza and beer You can always tell an immature man by his shopping list. Mr Man-child is likely to have nothing more than frozen pizza and beer on his, and his idea of sophistication will be drinking his beer from a glass. Fine dining certainly won’t be on the agenda, when you date a man who has yet to grow up. Source: http://www.firmtech1.com/2016/07/ladies-be-careful-these-are-10-warning.html?m=1
