The roads are bad in warri and it environs. The buses selects particular locations to drive, everything is almost upside down in delta state; and Nigeria is not better. I have seen a case where an arm robber is been lyched and set ablaze in Aba around year 2000 with the polcie standing and watching doing nothing. You can't tell me that for how many hrs thes beating took place no one invited the police.
