rusher14: Dangote had already started building his refinery.
He had already received loans from his banks.
The government is right even the USA would buy Innosons ventilators, so what is he waiting for? Dangote didn't just start, he got govt backing which is very good. Do you know how many times CBN and other senior officials visited his site? This is how a country should run. You don't expect Innoson to run to a bank and take 4billion loan just on HOPE that govt will buy, who does that? |

Imagine this response coming from FG spokesman to Innoson. Comparing a private company to a govt funded institution. Bayero University, Kano started producing ventilators without waiting for anyone to ask them to. I am sure nobody will stop Innoson Motors from starting the massive producion of the machine, especially at the moment when its market is much more profitable than that of motors’. https://mobile.twitter.com/BashirAhmaad/status/1246139083966935041

nwachinemel: Good evening everyone, I want use this opportunity to say a big thank u to all and sundry who commiserated with us over the painful death of my cousin and his immediate family members. It is a colossal loose, one which we don't know how to over come particularly his parents who he bears like his children at this old age, that guy was a real son in every sense of it to his aging parents. The story goes like this. Ike we call him was in ALOR on Monday, stopped by @ my maternal home where his car(his school bus, because his own private car,a highlander has broken down severally and he opted to park it and use the bus)was parked and was going through repairs by his mechanic, when the bus was not forth coming through,he called a Reverend father friend of his who sent him a salon car in which he drove back to his parish that night so as to celebrate morning mass for the parishioners in the morning and return back to fix his school bus the next day being Tuesday, little did he know he wasn't going to enter his premises that night, he died in the field before the gate into his compound. You will also notice from the video making round that he threw up it's yet a mirage because he doesn't eat outside, my aunt said he didn't eat in their house before leaving them that night, so we are confused. His mother confirmed he had been through series of attack in that town, she has been trusting GOD for him to be transferred before this incident.
The reverend father he took over from was killed with a club (stick)in that town, because he wouldn't let the practice some orchestration in the town.
The entire town is covered in wickedness of the highest order. Fact is that Rev Fr Charles Ikechukwu Okeke-odogwu is gone,to the great beyond. The Bishop of Onitsha Archdiocese and his entourage shall be in ALOR on Saturday for further deliberations on his interment, once again GOD bless us all So sorry for your loss, I pray he rests in peace. It's however very wrong of you to exonerate every other possibility of cause of death coming from his homw town but turn around to blame the town where he died, are you a doctor, police or God? |

I hate these kinds of baseless stories that continue to tarnish the image of the poor in rural areas. "Always Somebody said". Before you know it, someone in Nollywood will pick it and make it look like a norm. How come all those that built their mansons in the village are not dead yet. I grew up in the village and know that bulk of these stories are baseless and fear driven.

He may surprise you and pay on time otherwise, take your time and meet the bank. I advice you meet the bank now to pre-inform them of your suspicions and your cousin's life style. They will pay special attention to him very early and mitigate whatever he may be planning
If he defaults, Always make yourself available to the bank, if you do they may delay confiscation till a better solution is found.
I believe you wouldn't lose your house but whatever happens, don't fight the bank. Meet the manager one on one. If you aid their recovery process, your house might be saved, they are humans too. |

GoTV:
As a born again Christian who is meant to speak the truth at all times, i think this amoketun issue is being hypocritically blown out of proportion to expand hatred for other tribes especially the Fulanis. Why must we Christians be the brain behind the vast support for Amotekun when the Nigerian constitution is clear about the roles of the armed forces and police in the security of the country? Why must we form an ethnic militia to target fellow Nigerians when the constitution guarantees freedom of movement and doing business nationwide as long as we are Nigerians? What we fail to realize is that the south east cheering on Amotekun sees its as a synonym for their biafra agitations and they will rather support anything that will disband the relative peace and unity of Nigeria. The IPOB sympathizers will be the one to cry wolf when Amotekun starts targeting their tribesmen who commits various crimes in the south west. MURIC recently condemned the killing of a CAN pastor and sympathized with we Christians, how many Christians will condemn the killing of an imam or Muslims? Instead we rejoice when tragedy strikes them forgetting we are all humans before religion. Instead of emulating our Muslim brothers who have remained silent on this issue of Amotekun, we Christians are disturbing the cyberspace with hypocritical comments. Amotekun will never see the light of the day as long as we remain one Nigeria. It's a bad policy and a tribalistic security outfit aimed at persecuting other Nigerians. On behalf of we Christians, i condemn Amotekun. Let's learn to live in peace and harmony You are very confused and fearful. You absolved the Fulani of any fault on Amoteku and heaped the blame on South East and IPOB yet claim to be Born again. Why are your kind always afraid and slaves of the North? |

The obvious truth is that this program is unsustainable in the long run and a poor way to manage resources. If the entire sum these people were paid over this 2-3 years were given as lump sum to half of them as loan or grant to start their business, it would have paid them more and the economy too. Many of them would have started employing others by now. The govt only fed them for 3 years and wants to keep feeding more people. Same applies to NYSC |
