The volume of loots that have been stolen from the coffers of government cannot be accounted for. They are way too massive. PMB knows himself that he can't just being down all these looters just like that. They will fight back will fight back with every single Dollar in their loots. At times,I imagine how adorable Nigeria would've looked had it been that all these stolen money were actually put to use as expected.

The refineries altogether were producing 40% of the nations total consumption at that time when their average efficiency was about 60%. Now that they have a production capacity of about 40%, they will produce lesser quantity that can be supplied.
The truth remains that those refineries have exceeded their useful life span.

Mtn had better get some sense and stop doing poo with people's data. 1GB consumption should deduct 1GB from one's data and not 1.5GB. Everyone wouldn't have the the privilege of opening a thread to complain here as Op did.
