This is not his first good performance, Emperoh so he's showing a bit of consistency. His skill is not in doubt, what we all want him to improve on is his negligible goal ratio. Honestly, it'll be a miracle if he scored up to 10 goals all season. As for me, he may not score but if he makes 15-20 assists, I'll gladly overlook him not scoring enough.
About the goalkeeper situation, like I said before, I'd go for anyone who leaks the least goals. I hope SAF avoids the Caroll/Howard Comedy by Turn routine where one gaffe and the next keeper comes in to make his own gaffe. Bring on Chelsea! VDS for 8 weeks? that's not exactly too bad news. Ben Foster needs to get games, That he will now that VDS is out of the way. I really don't want a case of changing keepers every match. Anyone SAF decides to field should be allowed to be No 1 till VDS comes back and if he does so well enough, be allowed to continue VDS fit or not. It's the bells tolling for a change in that department and we better heed it. I dread the days of Carroll/Howard swapping and having a Play-As-Your-Rival-Goofs competition. It's time to decide on our second choice now and fast. Foster is good enough but is he confident and focused enough, ditto KitKat? Who would you rather have as permanent replacement?
