sweetcocoa: I'm a woman but can we leave sentiments aside for a minute and try to be realistic?
Having read both sides of the story and now kinda confused because everything is still not clear, I must say that, the OP must be very very verbally abusive, she doesn't sound like someone who respects people at all.
Yea, she's hurt and all but is this how to vent? Why all the names calling? I don't remember the OP calling her names in his thread, he wrote that she deserved the slap(which is wrong) because she wouldn't stop with the insults and she's here proving him right.
I'm not supporting the dude o but this babe no try at all. Thanks for your objectivity I find it amusing that gender is excused by females as being tenable for rudeness or being uncouth I can slap you I can cuss you
You can't but take it from us
Because we are women... Bullshît |

Too late The die has been cast Insults have been said Blows have been thrown The guy is not as buoyant anymore The lady is not respectful We are witnessing the last sparks of the flame that was. MizMyColi: That said...@OP and Macdoks...please....if you can, avoid these kind of scenarios (Thread opening I mean). And if you can't then bring it on. Some of us, like me, are willing to offer unsolicited help if we can. [/font] |

You are not being clear with your points
Which right are you referring to...
Are u saying it is right for a woman to have a right on non existent assets
So if I divorce my wife today and she becomes a billionaire in ten years time I have a right to that money
Read before you answer

Shame we are at the end of it but hopefully if he can stay fit and consistent along with the other performers like santi, coq, kos. then its a real chance we have to end the season on a high. UjSizzle: Guys, when Stefan turned into the ripper the first time, who brought him back? Elena or Damon?
We know Stefan is Caroline's emotional switch which is why she wanted him to turnoff his humanity too. But if he's asking Elena to bring him back, then it mean he's still got feelings for her, right?

akinsadeez: Yes, I remember the time you guys were seriously under fire and I disagree with those people. I don't think you guys should consult us everytime you are to take decisions. putting tehn in charge implies that we have trust in your ability to take effective decisions. You should update us regularly though on the decisions you have taken and the current state of affairs.
That's d point. No matter which option you take there will still be disgruntled people. If you use the money for another project some people will say they donated specifically for Djdola's case. If you use the balance to set up d mom, some will still say they didn't donate their money for d family. Asking for our preference will not change that. It is inevitable.
I don't have a preference. I trust you guys to sit down, consider the issue from all angles and pick the best option. Whichever option you guys go for will not stop me from donating if another case comes up and I am willing and able to donate. You guys are doing a great job btw. Thanks for your confidence Trusting tehn was the norm before but this case experienced a level of second guessing, rancor and bickering I had not seen personally even to the extent cab fare for transportation was queried We had to forego the stipends for case workers in this case because of this same animosity. We had discussions on what to do but being conscious of the issues means the approach was to table before the people lest another series of controversies start. Bear with us and thanks for your trust |

Akinsadeez
Yet you r aware that when some people attack tehn when decisions are made seemingly without any consideration from the people I used seeming because all decisions are well thought out yet our integrity as called into question by some here
If an option had been provided to the house to roll over some or all of the balance for another project, some people will accuse tehn of diverting money
We considered carefully the ramifications of each option before tabling to the house.
If your preferences is for tehn to roll over the funds to another case..state it

esere826: @r231
Only those who donated money through your organisation should be the ones to make decisions on the money and the weight of individual donation should be the weight of their authority in this matter
this might sound harsh, but the donors provided money for Djola and not to religion, clerics or any relative whether poor or rich they also trusted that TeHn would use the money sensibly for Djola
so it falls back to the donors to decide, and for TeHn to step in and exert closure if the donors are not able to decide Thanks for your suggestion and confidence in tehn This was considered TeHN decided to bring up this issue to Nairalanders to decide upon so that accusations of inpropriety, diversion and fraud will not surface again. |

veave: I'm sure there are other existing family members. They can rotate abeg. If you must get married, then provisions should be made for such instances. If mama is sick and needs special attention, I can understand. But packing your things and comfortable living with a newly married couple is what I do not understand. Let the girls mother come and join them. Let her even stay the whole year Without knowing the specificities of this case, all you can do is make assumptions |

veave: Honestly, i don't know why a man would want to subject his wife to such kind of mental stress. If his mother and sister do not have a place to stay, he should rent an apartment for them abeg. Somebody will marry and cannot enjoy her husband. Na wa oh! Have you considered he may not be able to afford alternative accommodation |
