I totally concur with you. I get your point. it's just sad that a lot of men(christians especially)don't know their worth because they always get attached to a woman and see her as their entire life and indispensable which is a characteristic that makes men look weak and make women treat them like shit. women are much more than ready and responsible men in population but some men have used low self esteem to ruin their personality and relationship. when some muslim men are marrying 4 beautiful and educated wives and those women still feel lucky. its not like those muslim men are particularly rich o but they are very confident and see women as dispensable,so you don't go about chasing a woman if she doesn't want you as there are thousands of better women that want you. that's how we Muslims role. in Islamic culture,men always have self worth,a man is the head of the family and his wife/wives,you don't see yourself as inferior to a woman. That's why kneeling down to propose to a woman is not Islamic at all,in fact its a sin,we don't use wedding band and all that too. Muslim women understand all that and they respect we Muslim men. that's why Northern marriages are always the most successful in Nigeria.
