here we go..
here we go..
its really tough. maybe tougher than i presume.. but the center of all this rest on how u do or will choose to perceive life. psychology is like a paradox of who we turn up to be or who we choose to be.. i will always prefer the later, as its the only aspect i believe i can alter especially when the developmental harm has been done. how u proceed from here and who you turn out to be will depend on the spectacle with which u will choose to see your past, present and future..
you have to find that peace within yourself. cause you wont get that anywhere.
i know u may be the big bro.. but you need to cut yourself some slack from family issues and responsibility say for some month and try meeting new people. then after start a relationship built sole of communication. it will amaze you the magic love can do.
you must learn to communicate well in whatever relationship you may choose to go into. its your only lifeline considering you already have too much stored charges
forgive your parents and tell them plainly your dissatisfactions anytime you feel it, you are a man already and stop worrying over some seemingly trivial issues. maintain peace with yourself
make sure you try piling up some financial savings no matter how hard it may seem. savings give some sense of security. on the other side economic turmoil is a strong trigger of stress, which wont go down well some of the risk factors you already posses.

always remember this that the they are people out there with bigger issues, fending maybe better.. and that you are always better than a dead man.
wishing you the best. i hope this benefits you and others in similar shoes.
HealthRe: Save Lives First In Emergency - Adewole, Health Minister To Hospitals by PipSurgeon(m): 7:57pm On Apr 01, 2016
dominique:
I'm talking about emergency cases as stated on the topic. A doctor once nareated how some accident victims were rushed to the government hospital he where works and none of the hospital personnel touched them (victims) because they were not paid for. As a result a lady died. How would you feel if someone close to you was refused basic first aid in an emergency situation because of money?
it will be saddening.. but wait the sentiments ur are trying to elicit here doesnt rule the hospital, logistics does. life is about feed backs.. if ppl end up later paying and not bailing then mayb the gesture might have continued.. sentiment aside, try paying a visit to the ER sometimes.. sometimes you stick your neck out to borrow from the pharmacy, its not as if the thing used lie around freely.. gloove sef na problem sometime and The Hosp. Mgt and Leaders DONT CARE. Maybe a NHIS coverage of all RTA emergency Scheme may help.. but the Stupid law makers are using ppls life to play Ludo.. i give up on Nigeria

The above lines did it for me.

It's a very instructive poem, just like 'mine'. Loved it. Thanks.

IF" RUDYARD KIPLING
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: “Hold on!”

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son.

here u go..

Noooo...it wouldn't take becoming somebody in life to see a Doctor at a public hospital dear.

I believe getting a card in a public hospital wouldn't take more than N1000. That means, with that amount, you can at least see a Doctor, and hear what he has to say. #In fact, there's a General Hospital close to where I work, which issues cards free. Although, you may be asked to go for further tests, I believe having a Doctor examine you will make you a bit calmer. And then, if you're asked to go for further tests, you can start making plans towards raising the money. I feel all these are better options than just allowing your mind roam endlessly on the issue.

It is well. Take care.
God bless you dear.. most ppl stay back ahome in d name of money until condition becomes unbearable and would still end up in a hospital paying multiple of what it would av cost. not forgetting the agony and hopelessness of the complications they present with.. at least hear out what is wrong with you first. u can decide to run away afterwards.

its Gynecomastia.. but we have to be sure from what cause..
take a stroll to a hospital and get urself properly checked
this include hormonal Assays. testosterone Oestrogen and mayb prolactin.
mayb a ultrasound abdominopelvic so it rules out you not being partial female.. not kidding..
and mayb Karyotyping of ur chromosome to rule out Klinefelter syndrome

treatment may just be mastectomy if hormones are normal..
or u start swallowing pill to block the hormones or augument the other..
some drugs can cause it those, but lemme assume u r not on any of such drugs.. quick recovery..

how will Nigeria ever move forward with this kind of attitude her citizens posses? it appears most have retrograde amnesia concerning what has happened so far.. and why we have to make some choice and some though sacrifices.. the only ones regretting are those who saw then as a messiah nation building is a gradual stuff. forget about most campaign promises, y'all were fed what you wanted to hear.
lets go back memory lane..
corruption prosecutions; court process stalling it. since we don't want him acting tyrannical as he is democratically elected;
economy; i support his stands of Dollar limitations, Foreign reserve and so others. but would have preferred his is more diplomatic about voicing his stance in public. the crude oil price wasn't of intrinsic cause, we have to survive this drought harshly since we failed to save t=during the raining days. mind you the panic that would have followed a crashing foreign reserve would have been more catastrophic..
boko haram; am impressed.
Biafra; am impressed also.
power; am disappointed grossly..
fuel; grossly disappointed..

a long lasting solution should be put in place for Fuel and power issues.

alternative to tooth extraction, if the hole is not deep enough u can try a temporary refill and if it helps, u do a permanent one.. try it early before its late. and tooth extraction isn't that though if a seasoned dentist does it, used to have that erroneous believe. u should know that swallowing analgesic anyhow have their implications. from ulcers to possible kidney damages.. you'll should learn to take drugs ONLY when its needed.. stay healthy

Hello guys!
Ur brother needs help and advice. I did tooth extraction like a month ago. After 2 wks d dentist adviced I shld stop salt-water solution. And d pain reliever. And after a month I went bk to complain dt d pain is seldom and dt it is still swollen. So he said dt I shld keep calm, dt it is a result of d difficulty dey had while removing d tooth(drilling d bone).
Unfortunately that night I mistakenly bite on a piece of bone while chewing. And since den d swelling and pain has rapidly increased.

I have started to use diclofenac and cac-1000. But as I type ds am in serious pain I can't sleep.

I need ur help on our to reduce d pain n d swollen part ?
a month is too much for the pain to persist even after withdrawal of pain medications.. i think you should seek a second opinion.. mine took 4days for everything to resolve.. sha it may depend on the extend of the tooth damage, if it affected the mandibular bone or not, or an abscess has formed due to breach of aseptic protocol of failure to use antibiotics.. ask for a honest review or try a second opinion. before it gets work.. kpele.. ndo..

This woman has been through a lot......her fortunes have changed over night and she is probably depressed. Hence the direction of her story. I will explain (medical personnel would have a better understanding of what I am about to say)
1. Kidney transplants are the treatment modality recommended for Chronic kidney disease and not usually recommended in Acute kidney injury (unless the AKI has gone on for so long to become chronic.....which is not the case in this instance, going by her story)
2. She has required repeated transfusions over the past few months. Anaemia is more common in CKD than in AKI

This woman most likely had a background kidney problem which now manifested itself after the stress of her pregnancy/surgery. Besides she never disclosed to us the cause if her secondary infertility(huh).
Its a bitter pill to swallow. And I really do have sympathy for her. And like I said I understand the nature of some if her utterances. Depression and disappointment can cause that.
But from the way I see her story, those guys @ LUTH may have saved her life. But only few on this thread will be able to comprehend that.
nice point of view.. the way some ppl jump into conclusion is disappointing. besides it was an emergency cs not an elective one per say, who knows wat warranted the emergency?? sha may God help us all..
HealthRe: I Have Sold Everything Including My Wedding Ring Just To Stay Alive. by PipSurgeon(m): 8:25pm On Feb 27, 2016
quacks everywhere.. and dont think am talking about the main surgeons dat did the cs, av not heard his/her own story, i mean the private physician. how does making incisions affects the protruding abdomen (even drains r optional)? its normal after some few days post cs to have problem moving the legs(epidural).. for both kidneys to fail its likely not a surgical error(cutting the wrong tissue), its likely a management one, say untreated acute kidney injury most likely due to shock from loss of too much blood during d operation or any other cause.

what has happened has happened. may God intervene to restore her health.. amen

HealthRe: Swollen Testicles: My Right Egg Is 3 Times The Size Of My Left Egg, Help by PipSurgeon(m):
let me state this here clearly.. wish i was on front page.. its best when ever you get such pains you see a doctor IMMEDIATELY at such scenario its best to expect the worst which is losing your testicle.. Testicular Torsion it take roughly 4hr hours of such onset for irreversible damage to occur following testiclar torsion( winding of spermatic cord and blood vessels) cusing ischaemic which usually present as severe testicular pain, associated nausea and vomiting. they usually is and initial swelling then days later associated regression of the size and pain.. other mild possible cause may be Epidymoorchitis and hernia or hydrocoele but the severity of the pain is lesser and are manageable and usually gradual in onset.. before one doctor goes around pumping you wit antibiotic and painkiller its best the rule out Testicular torsion first and if unfortunately its late and the testicle can not be salvaged, is best to prevent similarly occurence in the remain testis but doing orchidopexy and orcedectomy of the damage one. preventing Sympathetic orchidectomy.. All men should please take note of this thankx.. noth=eworthy one normal testis can still perform excellent function cool cool take ur health seriously iamexcelblog take note
