Am hoping to get some answers guys pls

PV max current is 60A and my configuration is 40.5A max
So on Sunday I went back as early as 8am to observe I also contacted Mustpower company about the issue which they told me that it never happened before but as well render some assistance so I was able to resolve it after running a factory reset and setting battery full charge to 58v which match the AGM in the manufacturer manual
There was no cut in charge again so I decided to monitor the process all Sunday
As am speaking the client told me he run on AC all night

Hello, what is the maximum input current for the inverter(pv section, we know d max pv voltage is 145v, u need to know d max input current too)?
Go back there and start with 3*2 config and see what happens. If it works fine, go to 3*3. My guess is, maybe 3*4 config current is high for the pv input of d inverter. Good luck.

Read the manual of the inverter very well, likely you are either missing the PV voltage range or the setup of the inverter is wrong

The PV voltage is range 64-145v for 48v system which am installing
I have gone through the manual the only thing I couldn't find is where to select battery type as it's on SLA by default and am using AGM battery
I even brought another inverter same product from my shop n test it in the same client house it still cutting off charge from solar array
The electric charging system is perfect but something keep disrupting the mppt system
I have contacted Mustpower factory in China but I have to wait till Monday to get assistance from them

Anybody here installed or using Mustpower PV3500 series before here?

Installation I commissioned yesterday went today to find out that anytime the solar system try to charge it will be cut off n on n off at Interval resulting to non charging
The system is a 48v system and the solar panels re connected in 3 strings 12pcs 300w panels connected 3*4 with 8pcs 200A batteries
So the inverter display indicates 96v n 1.6kw from solar arrays but cut off n it shows 120v n 0kw indicating the battery not charging
The inverter is 5kw MUST Hybrid Inverter pls is there anything am missing or does it mean the inbuilt mppt controller cannot convert the access voltage? Pls I need help

Truly what I needed is 4pcs 2000A or 8pcs 6v 220A for a 500w mining rig but honestly I can't afford complete set now so I want to go in half first n the remaining later
Like you advice I will have to go for flooded n get ready to face maintenance work after sometime since AGM batteries cannot be compromised if not bought together since all I needed is backup of 4 to 5hrs since I run on grid n generator
All these excuses na money cos am thank you once again brother

Makavele is right. The corect and easy way is to wait and buy all four batteries at a go.

It will be very easy to charge them fully and commission them for service that way.

If you buy 2 now and 2 later, IT SHOULD STILL WORK especially within 3 months BUT you may be faced with challenges balancing the old and new batteries and may face all sorts of horrors bringing them together to act like one well-matched giant battery as they ought.

Depending on how aggressively you have discharged the old batteries and so many other factors, adding the new set may become a breeze or the wrongest decision ever.

If you must buy and commission the batteries piecemeal then Flooded may be your best choice because you can perform a full charge and equalize cycle on the Flooded and hopefully be good. On the other hand are you ready for the regular checks and watering, corrosion management and other duties that maintaining a Flooded battery bank requires? I recently dumped my US Battery Flooded bank when they began to require as much attention as my Madam after their first year in service even though they were still performing well.

Quanta is a solid AGM battery - literally plug and play - but it cannot tolerate over charge or equalization at high voltages. For your scenario it will make for a simple and compact installation (12v vs 6v) and nearly zero maintenance or management - but you should definitely buy all four batteries you need at once if you want to go with Quanta - except you are willing to gamble with your investment.

My current inverter cannot charge flooded batteries but I have about 1500w Solar panels and mppt controller

Honestly am looking for someone who have used both batteries to testify cos I don't give a damn about manufacturers competition battle
Meanwhile if I can't get Trojan 6v 410Ah I will go for US battery

Trojan has made its name over the years and a bit more expensive than the other . all info about cycles , battery maintenance et al is clearly stated online .. our satellites alignments re vertical not horizontal as this lnb holder re for pple in Europe or you must re-construct it vertically. The multi grade lnb is still the best for Africa.

All if you re in western Nigeria forget it because you may need more than 4m dish to get badr 26",remember that JSC is encrypted but can be open by the new decoder aka queen. If you re in warri,calabar,Uyo and the rest of south south you will get the signal with 1m dish. North Nigeria may need 1.8m and above strange??

Ikiriye where u able to hit hotbird in ph with any of the lnb's? Moreover the lnb test was suppose to end with a 2.4m solid dish,pls u guys should bear with me on my late comment.
Odilibe these lnb looks good,I hope they can perform well, looking at their wide bottom. There is these lnb I found out long time ago that performs magic,I think I have introduce it to ikiriye the performance is like magic even in offset dishes,the name is samsong,these guys here where abusing it on offset dishes cos the lnb will give u +10 of what any lnb can give u in offset,I have tried to convice the importer to import it again but he said its only when he travelled again but I manage to get limited quantity from him. Ikiriye I hope it was included in ur test? And I wonder how u conducted lnb test in ph without me am still the same.

While i was converted to the dark side of fta,the light side still seem the best,i can remember those days that no day will pass without me having something to post here,now because fta has gone darker i left and join the bad gang.I have seen the extreme side of both dark and light and i ll tell you guys that the true fta enthusiasm is in the light side of the fta cos this where the fighting spirit is.
