MOST COMMON REASONS FOR MISSED PERIOD

If you are having your menstrual cycle regularly, this means that you are in good health. This is not something that every woman can relate to because some have problems with missed periods. In this article, we will look at some of the most common reasons for missed period.

Women have eleven to thirteen menstrual cycles on an average each year. This number can decrease or increase under certain circumstances. A menstrual cycle normally lasts for twenty-eight to thirty-five days. You have to determine the cycle that is normal for you.

Please note that menstrual periods can have irregular cycles in the first few years following the start and then again during the menopausal years.
Most Common Reasons for Missed Period

ceased menses 3

Hormone Imbalance: Women experience different physical changes during different stages of life because of the interaction between hormones such as progesterone and estrogen. Menstrual bleeding happens when uterine lining sheds, triggered when a released ovum is not fertilized by a sperm.

hormone balancing

In the event that progesterone and estrogen levels are higher or lower than normal, the processes such as the uterine lining thickening, the ovum releasing egg, and so on, are likely to be affected adversely. This imbalance in hormone levels can cause the menstrual cycle duration to change and various other symptoms might appear. If you have been diagnosed of hormonal imbalance, click here to read about a natural way to balance your hormones.

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) : is a hormonal disorder and can cause abnormalities in the menstrual cycle. This condition develops when small cysts grown inside the ovaries. PCOS cause some women to have prolonged periods or no periods at all for a few months. When the time for their cycle comes around, they might experience premenstrual symptoms such as cramps without the bleeding. Click here to read about a natural solution for PCOS

Menopause: The menstrual cycle generally stops when a woman reaches menopause. You can experience perimenopause before menopause starts. As you age, you might stop menstruating and ovulating.

Stress: This is definitely one of the most common reasons for missed period and many physiological problems. If you think that stress is causing you to miss periods, you need to find ways to relax. You can also click here to read about how stress can cause infertility here.

Work Schedule: A change in your work schedule can also cause you to have problems with missed period. This often happens for women who work in shifts, especially when the schedule changes from night to day or vice versa. The shift changes will disturb in the functioning of your biological clock. This is why it is important to get enough sleep and rest.

Weight Issue: You can be affected by a hormonal imbalance if you are obese or overweight. This condition can trigger a shift in your menstrual cycle. Alternatively, your period can get delayed if you are underweight. Excessive weight gain or weight loss within a short time period can also be one of the reasons for your irregular or missed periods. Click here for a natural weight loss remedy.

Medication and Drugs: Your period can be delayed by a change in your medication. If you have changed your medication or medicine recently, then you should talk to your medical doctor to know about the potential side effects. Female Infertility is sometimes caused by the use of birth control pills and it can also attribute to irregular periods. The birth control pills are known to cause this condition because they contain low amounts of estrogen. Pills with only progesterone can also cause you to miss periods.

Miscalculation: The average menstrual cycle is twenty-eight days, but this differs from one woman to the next. If you have a history of abnormal or irregular periods and you know when you are ovulating, you can count fifteen days after your ovulation to know the exact date for your menstrual cycle.

Excessive Exercise: Most women, especially athletes, have problems with missed periods because they are exercising rigorously.

Health Problems: Most times, an illness can cause a woman to miss her period. Whether it is a long or short illness, it can still interfere with the regularity of your menstrual cycle.

Thankfully, this is often a temporary problem that will go away on its own and you don’t have to use any form of medication. If your problem is not caused by the reasons above, you could be affected by health conditions such as thyroid, tumors, pituitary, and ovaries. These conditions are rare, but you still need to take good care of your overall wellness and health.

Pregnancy: Of course, you cannot mention the causes for missed period without mentioning pregnancy. A blood or urine pregnancy test can be done to confirm if you are pregnant or not.

Breastfeeding: You can also have problems with missed period if you are breastfeeding. Your menstrual cycle will return to normal as soon as you stop nursing your child.

These are the most common reasons for missed period. If the above reasons are related to your problem and you are missing your period for about three months, you need to do something about ASAP. Health14 Factors That Affect A Woman’s Fertility by planbwellness(op): 6:56am On Jun 05, 2015
Most people know that a woman’s fertility decreases as she gets older, but even during her most fertile (and otherwise healthy) years, lifestyle choices and external factors can affect a woman’s chances of getting pregnant.

Women who want to increase their chances of getting pregnant often don’t know the best things to do or what to watch out for. So, below are some of factors that do (or don’t) affect a woman’s fertility, and what you can do about them if you are trying to conceive;
Obesity

Carrying around extra pounds can affect hormone production and make it more difficult for a woman to get pregnant. The more weight a woman gains over her healthy weight, the more she tends to experience decreased ovarian function. A 2009 study published in Fertility and Sterility found that women who were obese at age 18 were more likely to develop polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and have problems with infertility. PCOS is the most common hormonal disorder among women of reproductive age, and the leading cause of infertility.
Being Underweight

Just as excess body fat can impact fertility, so can not having enough of it. That may be because women who have very low BMIs are deficient in leptin, the hormone that controls hunger and feelings of satiety. Having low leptin contributes to the absence of menstrual periods, according to a 2009 Harvard University study. Maintaining a healthy body weight—one that falls in the normal BMI range and that is reached through a healthy diet and moderate exercise—is one of the most important things a woman can do to increase her chances of getting pregnant.
Age

When a woman reaches menopause, usually in her 40s or 50s, she no longer ovulates and is unable to get pregnant. But even in the decade or so before menopause officially occurs, she may experience fertility problems as her ovulation becomes less regular and her egg count declines—a time known as perimenopause.

There’s no official age when fertility begins to take a dive, but many doctors say that it often becomes increasingly difficult to get pregnant after a particular age. This age is different for every woman, though; some may go through perimenopause earlier, while others remain fertile through their 40s. That’s why it’s important for women of any age who are having trouble conceiving to see a specialist sooner rather than later.
Your Mother

Ask your mom how old she was when she went through menopause. If she started on the early side, then you probably will, too. Women are born with a certain amount of eggs and there are certain genetic factors that might make you born with more or less eggs than usual, or that may make you use those eggs faster than other average women. But you certainly aren’t doomed to relive the same exact scenario your mom did. External factors that don’t necessarily affect you could have impacted your mom.
Household Chemicals

Exposure to pollutants, pesticides, and industrial compounds can decrease a couple’s ability to have children by up to 29%, according to a 2013 study published in Environmental Health Perspectives. Additionally, a 2015 Washington University study found that 15 common chemicals were associated with early menopause. These chemicals include nine PCBs (which have been banned since 1979 but still exist in older products), three pesticides, two forms of plastics called phthalates (often found in personal care items and beauty products like perfumes and nail polishes), and the toxin furan, a byproduct of industrial combustion.
Smoking

Smoking can hurt a developing fetus, but lighting up can also drastically affect a woman’s chances of getting pregnant in the first place. Smoking causes up to 13% of all infertility cases (One 2014 study even found that a woman’s smoking may affect the fertility of her sons).

Cigarette smoke disrupts hormones and damages DNA in both men and women and it doesn’t have to be heavy smoking, either. Even women

HealthNatural Uterine Support For Women With Fibroids by planbwellness(op): 7:48am On May 27, 2015
Approximately 3 out of 5 black women have uterine fibroids. Uterine fibroids are extremely common these days. In fact, hundreds of thousands of black women have hysterectomies (a surgical procedure to remove the womb) every year because of complications caused by uterine fibroids. But did you know that research shows that only 10% of hysterectomies are medically necessary?

Having a hysterectomy is major surgery, sometimes requiring a month or more of recovery time. In addition, a complete hysterectomy induces premature menopause with symptoms like hot flashes, weight gain, and mood swings. In many cases, natural therapies can be explored as an alternative in order to help the uterine area normalize naturally.

This article is going to discuss the top ways to improve uterine health for women with fibroids. It explores gentle diet approaches and whole herbs, which you can discuss with your physician or natural health practitioner.

What are Uterine Fibroids?

Uterine fibroids are growths between the sizes of a walnut and orange that appear on, or within the uterine walls. Most fibroids are not cancerous, and, according to some estimates, have less than 1/2 of 1% chance of becoming cancerous before menopause. In fact, most fibroids go away after menopause.

Further, uterine health can be supported by making simple diet changes including specific whole herb formulas.
Natural Uterine Support for Women With Fibroids

Follow a low fat, vegetarian diet –. Italian research reported inObstetrics and Gynecology shows while eating red meat doubles the risk of developing uterine fibroids, eating plenty of vegetables cuts fibroid risk in half. Eating a plant-based diet can relieve symptoms by reducing inflammation and enhancing metabolism.

Reduce caffeine intake – Caffeine can aggravate fibroids by increasing estrogen production. (Estrogen receptors are higher in fibroid tissue.) HealthPregnancy – 5 Steps To Decreasing The Chance Of Recurrent Miscarriages by planbwellness(op): 12:50pm On Apr 27, 2015
PREGNANCY – 5 STEPS TO DECREASING THE CHANCE OF RECURRENT MISCARRIAGES

If you are someone who has experienced miscarriage(s), you will know that having a miscarriage is really, really hard. Not only would you have to deal with the feeling of loss, confusion, and sadness, but also would have to work through the resentment towards your pregnant friends that would “fall” pregnant every time they sneezed.

Today, I want to share with you five steps you can take (and have been shown through scientific studies) to decrease your chances of having another loss and prevent miscarriage by creating a healthy, baby-friendly body. But before we dive into the therapies, let’s take a look at the causes of recurrent miscarriages so you can understand more about what could be going on…

Causes of Recurrent Miscarriages

There are many possible causes of miscarriage, the most common is a random genetic problem with the developing fetus, which the body rejects since the baby would not be a viable, healthy person. There is nothing that can be done for this type of miscarriage as it is natures way of creating healthy human beings. Many women experience this type of miscarriage and go on to have a healthy, uneventful pregnancy later.

Recurrent miscarriages on the other hand are when someone has had two, three or more miscarriages in a row. Below are the most common causes of recurrent miscarriages and following are the steps that can be taken to avoid and prevent miscarriages in the future.

Common causes of recurrent miscarriage:

Anatomical Causes

This sometimes looks like a misshaped uterus, a weakened Cervix, large Fibroids, or dramatic scarring within the uterus.

Genetic Causes
Sometimes recurrent miscarriages are due to genetic defects in either the egg or the sperm. Women and men over 35 have a greater chance of this problem occurring as the eggs and sperm may not be as healthy as they were in their younger years. Most western doctors will say there is not much you can do about this, but we disagree. While we can not affect all genetic causes, we have seen changes in sperm and egg health of our clients after they changed to a healthier, nutrient dense, natural fertility lifestyle. This included specific supplements and therapies to help protect the egg and sperm DNA as well as provide the ingredients for a healthier reproductive system. We will cover all of this later in this article.

Blood Clotting
Blood that is overly thick or has a tendency to clot (like in the case of a blood clotting disorder) can cause a miscarriages.

As small blood clots begin to develop in the uterus, the placenta can be cut off; leaving the fetus void of the oxygen and nutrient supply it needs to survive. This can induce a spontaneous abortion, otherwise known as miscarriage. In the event your pregnancy develops past the 24th week before the clotting develops, a stillbirth or premature birth can result. With no tests available to check for these clots and no other warning signs offered by the body, the danger often remains unseen until it is too late.

High Homocysteine Levels
If you have suffered at least one miscarriage, or your doctor has indicated that you are at a higher risk for miscarriage than most women, you may want to find out what your Homocysteine levels are.

Homocysteine is a common sulfur-containing amino acid found in the body. While it is not harmful in normal levels, when those levels get too high (especially during pregnancy), it can cause a condition called hypercoagulability. What does this mean? In general, your blood clots much more easily than it should. Not only can it put you at a higher risk for a heart attack and stroke, but it can put your baby in danger as well.

Immunological Disorders
For reasons unknown to doctors and scientists, the body sometimes will attack the fetus or sperm; sometimes caused by elevated natural killer cells or HLA incompatibility. This is called a immunological disorder or immune system based miscarriage. In the past the only options available for this were the same treatments and medications organ transplant patients receive (which most doctors won’t even perform), but thank goodness there are natural therapies that offer some hope in this area that have been shown to be successful through human studies.

Hormonal Imbalance
There are many links between hormonal imbalances and recurrent miscarriages. The hormonal system is an intricate orchestra of hormones that run on a very specific schedule. If one of these hormones is out of balance, it can affect the rest of the cycle, possibly impacting early pregnancy. Some of these imbalances may be:

Low progesterone
Progesterone is necessary for pregnancy for many reasons, but one of the main ones is that it preserves the uterine lining so the new embryo can attach and be nourished while the placenta is being formed. If progesterone is low the lining will shed, causing menstruation to begin.

High Estrogen
If estrogen levels in the body are high, this can cause many issues but specifically it can cause low progesterone.

Elevated Prolactin
Prolactin is a hormone in the body that is abundant during lactation. But beyond promoting milk flow for the new mother, it also may repress ovulation.

Insulin resistance (PCOS)
Insulin resistance causes a hormonal imbalance because the body is always in fight-or-flight causing the hormones to become out of balance. High estrogen, elevated testosterone and low progesterone. It also has been found that women who are insulin resistant are also 4-5 times more likely to have a miscarriage. Imbalanced insulin levels due to PCOS make it difficult for the embryo to attach properly to the uterus.

Thyroid Disorders
Undiagnosed and untreated thyroid disease can be a cause for infertility, recurrent miscarriage and second/third trimester loss. You can easily get testing done to determine if hypothyroidism is causing your miscarriages.

Luteal Phase Defect
The luteal phase is the time period after ovulation in which the embryo is making its way down the fallopian tubes and implanting itself into the uterine lining. If this phase is too short for the embryo to implant and attach properly, a miscarriage could occur. Many women will not know this is happening unless they do fertility charting and can tell how long their luteal phase is.

5 Steps to Decreasing the Chance of Recurrent Miscarriages

Natural therapies are a great option for helping to support your body and prepare for pregnancy. Preparing ahead of time for your pregnancy is also important for decreasing the chances of a miscarriage, these steps must be in practice for at least 2-3 months before you become pregnant again. If you are currently experiencing a miscarriage contact your doctor or midwife right away.

1. Prepare for Conception

The first step is to prepare your body with fertility cleansing. Fertility cleansing helps to support the liver in cleansing the body of old toxins and excess hormones while encouraging the uterus to cleanse itself of ‘old’ contents, increasing uterine circulation and tone.

2. Eat a Nutrient Dense Fertility Diet

The next step is to nourish and build up your body to be a healthy, baby-friendly body. This can easily be done through eating a nutrient dense Fertility Diet. What you eat has an impact on:

The health of your eggs
Your hormonal balance
Creates a healthy placenta
Decreases chances of a miscarriage
Builds nutrient storage for baby
Creates healthy reproductive system

You will want to make sure you are eating a fertility diet consistently for at least 60-90 days before you begin trying to conceive for your best chances of creating a healthy pregnancy.

3. Build a Healthy Foundation

One of the major foundational steps to increasing your changes of having a healthy pregnancy is to take some basic vitamins and...read more on http://planbwellness.com/pregnancy-5-steps-decreasing-chance-recurrent-miscarriages/

HealthWhat Causes Low Sperm Count? by planbwellness(op): 3:26pm On Apr 23, 2015
WHAT CAUSES LOW SPERM COUNT?

Low sperm count means that the fluid (semen) you release during climax contains fewer sperm than normal. A low sperm count is also called oligospermia. Your sperm count is considered lower than normal if you have fewer than 15 million sperm per milliliter of semen.

Having a low sperm count decreases the odds that one of your sperm will fertilise your partner’s egg, resulting in pregnancy. Nonetheless, many men who have a low sperm count are still able to father a child.

The production of sperm is a complex process and requires normal functioning of the testicles (testes) as well as the hypothalamus and pituitary glands — organs in your brain that produce hormones that trigger sperm production. Once sperm are produced in the testicles, delicate tubes transport them until they mix with semen and are ejaculated out of the penis. Problems with any of these systems can affect sperm production. Also, there may be problems of abnormal sperm shape (morphology), movement (motility) or function. Often the cause of low sperm count isn’t ever identified.

Medical Causes Of Low Sperm Count

Low sperm count can be caused by a number of health issues and medical treatments. Some of these include:

Varicocele -A varicocele (VAR-ih-koe-seel) is a swelling of the veins that drain the testicle. It’s a common cause of male infertility. This may prevent normal cooling of the testicle, leading to reduced sperm count and fewer moving sperm. The treatment of a varicocele often improves sperm quality and overall male fertility.
Infection -Some infections can interfere with sperm production and sperm health or can cause scarring that blocks the passage of sperm. These include some sexually transmitted infections, such as chlamydia and gonorrhea; inflammation of the prostate (prostatitis); inflamed testicles; and other infections of the urinary tract or reproductive organs.
Ejaculation problems -Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen enters the bladder during orgasm instead of emerging out of the tip of the penis. Various health conditions can cause retrograde ejaculation, including diabetes, spinal injuries, and surgery of the bladder, prostate or urethra. Certain medications also may result in retrograde ejaculation, such as blood pressure medications known as alpha blockers. Some men with spinal cord injuries or certain diseases can’t ejaculate semen at all, though they still can produce sperm.
Antibodies that attack sperm – Anti-sperm antibodies are immune system cells that mistakenly identify sperm as harmful invaders and attempt to destroy them.
Tumours -Cancers and nonmalignant tumors can affect the male reproductive organs directly, or can affect the glands that release hormones related to reproduction (such as the pituitary gland). Surgery, radiation or chemotherapy to treat tumors can also affect male fertility.
Undescended testicles – During foetal development, one or both testicles sometimes fail to descend from the abdomen into the sac that normally contains the testicles (scrotum). Decreased fertility is more likely in men with this condition.
Hormone imbalances -The hypothalamus, pituitary and testicles produce hormones that are necessary to create sperm. Alterations in these hormones, as well as from other systems such as the thyroid and adrenal, may impair sperm production.
Sperm duct defects -The tubes that carry sperm can be damaged by illness or injury. Some men are born with a blockage in the part of the testicle that stores sperm (epididymis) or a blockage of one of the tubes that carry sperm out of the testicles (vas deferens). Men with cystic fibrosis and some other inherited conditions may be born without sperm ducts altogether.
Chromosome defects – Inherited disorders such as Klinefelter’s syndrome — in which a male is born with two X chromosomes and one Y chromosome instead of one X and one Y — cause abnormal development of the male reproductive organs. Other genetic syndromes associated with infertility include cystic fibrosis, Kallmann’s syndrome and Kartagener syndrome.
Celiac disease -A digestive disorder caused by sensitivity to gluten, celiac disease can cause male infertility. Fertility may improve after adopting a gluten-free diet.
Certain medications -Testosterone replacement therapy, long-term anabolic steroid use, cancer medications (chemotherapy), certain antifungal and antibiotic medications, some ulcer medications and some other medications can impair sperm production and decrease male fertility.

Environmental Causes Of Low Sperm Count

Overexposure to certain environmental elements can affect sperm production or function. Specific causes include:

Industrial chemicals -Extended exposure to benzenes, toluene, xylene, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, painting materials and lead may contribute to low sperm counts.
Heavy metal exposure -Exposure to lead or other heavy metals also may cause infertility.
Radiation or X-rays -Exposure to radiation can reduce sperm production. It can take several years for sperm production to return to normal. With high doses of radiation, sperm production can be permanently reduced.
Overheating the testicles -Frequent use of saunas or hot tubs may temporarily lower your sperm count. Sitting for long periods, wearing tight clothing or using a laptop on your lap for long periods of time also may increase the temperature in your scrotum and reduce sperm production. The type of underwear you choose to wear is unlikely to significantly impact your sperm count.
Prolonged bicycling – Prolonged bicycling is another possible cause of reduced fertility due to overheating the testicles.

Health, Lifestyle And Other Causes Of Low Sperm Count

Other causes of low sperm count include:

Illegal drug use - Anabolic steroids taken to stimulate muscle strength and growth can cause the testicles to shrink and sperm production to decrease. Use of cocaine or marijuana may temporarily reduce the number and quality of your sperm as well.
Alcohol use -Drinking alcohol can lower testosterone levels and cause decreased sperm production.
Occupation -Certain occupations may increase your risk of infertility, including those associated with extended use of computers or video display monitors, shift work and work-related stress.
Tobacco smoking -Men who smoke may have a lower sperm count than those who don’t smoke.
Emotional stress – Severe or prolonged emotional stress, including stress about fertility itself, may interfere with certain hormones needed to produce sperm.
Weight -Obesity can cause hormone changes that reduce male fertility.
Sperm testing issues -Lower than normal sperm counts can result from testing a sperm sample that was taken too soon after your last ejaculation; was taken too soon after an illness or stressful event; or didn’t contain all of the semen you ejaculated because some was spilled during collection. For this reason, results are generally based on several samples taken over a period of time.

Risk Factors For Low Sperm Count

A number of risk factors are linked to low sperm count and other problems that can cause low sperm count. They include:

Smoking tobacco
Drinking alcohol
Using certain illegal drugs
Being overweight
Having certain past or present infections
Being exposed to toxins
Overheating the testicles
Having a prior vasectomy or vasectomy reversal
Being born with a fertility disorder or having a blood relative with a fertility disorder
Having certain medical conditions, including tumors and chronic illnesses
Undergoing cancer treatments, such as surgery or radiation
Taking certain medications
Performing prolonged activities such as bicycling or horseback riding, especially on a hard seat or poorly adjusted bicycle

Complications Of Low Sperm Count

Infertility caused by low sperm count can be stressful for both you and your partner. Complications can include:

Surgery or other treatments for an underlying cause of low sperm count
Expensive and involved assisted reproductive techniques, such as in vitro fertilization
Stress related to the inability to have a child

Millions of men in Nigeria today are suffering from low sperm count and a good percentage of infertility cases in marriage in male-related. If you have been diagnosed of low sperm count caused by any of the aforementioned causes, you can find succour in our natural male infertility treatment.

HealthCan Fibroids Grow Back After Surgery? by planbwellness(op): 6:34am On Apr 22, 2015
CAN FIBROIDS GROW BACK AFTER SURGERY?

Yes and No!

NO: Because once fibroids are removed by surgery, they do not grow back. So technically, a woman cannot experience a fibroids recurrence.

Yes: Because new fibroids can grow in the same place or on other parts of the womb.

How Likely Are Fibroids To Grow Back?

There have been various studies which have researched this question. One study indicated that

if myomectomy surgery is performed for one single fibroid, 11 percent of patients would require repeat surgery within the following 10 years.
If multiple fibroids were removed, the repeat rate was about 25 percent.

Another study investigated the success rate of uterine artery embolization (UAE) and found that 17 percent of patients needed further treatment within 30 months. As most ‘recurrences’ occurred within 2 years, the researchers recommended that patients be monitored with transvaginal ultrasound for at least 2 years after UAE surgery.

What Makes Fibroids More Likely To Grow Back?

Age: The nearer a woman is to menopause, the less likely fibroids are to grow back. Under normal circumstances, it would be very unusual for a woman over 40 to need a repeat myomectomy for example.

Over-Looked Fibroids: Some fibroids are so small they may be missed by the surgeon, but over time they can grow larger and become problematic. One study found that as many as 29 percent of women had fibroids left behind after myomectomy. However, not all these women will require repeat surgery as the fibroids may not grow bigger or cause problems.

Amount of Fibroids Removed: The more fibroids you have removed, the more likely new ones are to grow, indicating a possible genetic cause.

Childbirth: One study found that women who gave birth after myomectomy were less likely to develop new fibroids than women who did not. New fibroids appeared in 16 percent of women who gave birth compared to 28 percent of women who didn’t.

Lupron Treatment: Hormone therapy using the drug Lupron is sometimes given to women to shrink the size of their fibroids before surgery. However, sometimes it can shrink the fibroids so small, the surgeon fails to spot them. One study found that 63 percent of women treated with Lupron still had small fibroids left over after surgery compared to 13 percent of women who didn’t take the drug.

The danger of fibroid re-growth has made a lot of women to undergo surgery several times with each one having negative consequences on their health and reproductive system.

Therefore, it is important that you search for an alternative means of treating fibroid in a natural form and which will ensure a total cure of fibroid and naturally block a new re-growth of fibroid masses. If you need such alternative, click here to read about a better and natural way to get rid of fibroid and also improve your fertility.

HealthGetting Pregnant With Fibroids And A Blocked Tube – Is It Possible? by planbwellness(op): 12:31pm On Apr 20, 2015
This is a question we get asked often by our online followers as it affects millions of women nationwide. So, today, we will be doing justice to it. Below is an email sent in by one of our followers online who’s bothering about such situation…

''I enjoyed your article and I have learnt a lot from this, may God bless you & strengthen d works of your hand. I had my 1st baby naturally with one fallopian tube after 2 ectopic pregnancies (I thank God). I am finding it difficult 2 get pregnant again after my 1st child which is (3yrs 7mths now), I was diagnosed of fabroid last year, my question is: can I get pregnant again with ds my condition? Or what shd I do? Thanks.''

Please note, this is not a case of someone with both tubes blocked. This is a case of someone who has just one of her fallopian tubes blocked and at the same time have fibroids.

The answer to the question of whether it is possible to get pregnant with a blocked tube and fibroids is actually a resounding YES. It is possible. We are saying it is possible not because theoretically we know so, but because it has happened and still happening to some of our patients.

However, there are medically different factors that come to play in this kind of situation, especially when fibroid is present. It is possible for 2 women to have fibroids and one will get pregnant, carry the pregnancy to full term and still have a safe delivery while the other will not be able to conceive not even to talk of delivery.

Biologically, only one fallopian tube is enough for a woman to get pregnant. The possibility of having two tubes is naturally to increase a woman’s chance of conceiving. So, in cases of one tube getting blocked for one reason or the other, a woman can still get pregnant with the other tube provided it is in good condition too.

When you have a patent tube and can still not get pregnant, you may need to look elsewhere for the cause. The fact that one of your tubes is blocked doesn’t mean the other won’t be useful for you as far as getting pregnant is concerned. However, you have to be sure of this via a reliable medical diagnosis.

For fibroids - Uterine fibroids are benign, smooth muscle cell tumours that affect reproductive-age women and are particularly prevalent among black women. If you have them, you want to know if they can affect your ability to get pregnant or if they can affect your pregnancy after conception.

The medical name for fibroids is “leiomyomas.” These tumours quickly undergo degeneration that can fall into any one of four categories: Fibroid, calcific, hemorrhagic, adipous, or (exceedingly rarely) neoplastic. By far, the most frequent type is fibroid; hence, the common name “fibroids”.

Each woman’s situation is different, and having uterine fibroids doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll have trouble conceiving. There is no consensus on how fibroids may interfere with conception, but recent studies have begun to shed light on this controversial topic.

One should start by saying that not all fibroids are biologically identical: Depending on their genetic make-up and their degree of natural degeneration, fibroids may secrete different local hormone-like substances that interfere with the ability of the uterine muscle to contract, as well as with critical messages traveling between the uterine lining and the embryo. If such molecular communications are altered, the embryo may not implant successfully or stop developing, leading to miscarriage. That is why some women with fibroids do not have difficulty conceiving but experience recurrent pregnancy loss.

Even if we know that different fibroids may have different potential to do damage, we have no way to clinically assess that. Therefore, we currently work on the assumption that all fibroids have the potential to disrupt the reproductive process, and we counsel patients based on the size and location of fibroids instead, as assessed by radiologic imaging.

If a fibroid is almost completely on the outside of the uterus (called a subserosal fibroid, as “serosa” is the name for the outer layer of the uterus), experts believe that it has little chance to impact embryo growth. Clearly, size is an important variable in such cases, as very large subserosal fibroids may bring about a degree of pelvic anatomy distortion that can have later obstetrical and medical ramifications.

When fibroids are located mostly within the uterine wall (called intramural fibroid, from Latin “intra murum,”inside the wall), it’s another story. A fibroid there may distort the shape of the uterine cavity itself and leave less room for an implanting embryo to develop. The fibroid’s demand for blood supply may also interfere with...read more on - http://planbwellness.com/getting-pregnant-with-fibroids-and-a-blocked-tube-is-it-possible/

Health5 Ways To Promote Regular Ovulation by planbwellness(op): 8:52am On Apr 18, 2015
Regular monthly ovulation is a critical event that needs to happen each menstrual cycle in order for a woman to become pregnant. Sadly, ovulatory dysfunction or anovulation happens regularly for many women, making it one of the leading causes of female infertility. There are however five simple ways to promote healthy regular ovulation and they are as follows…
1. Eat a Clean, Whole Food, Nourishing Fertility Diet

Fertility Diet is about supporting your body in its reproductive efforts; meaning eating real, whole foods, a variety of fruits, vegetables and whole grains, moderate amounts of lean (organic/grass-fed/free-range) meats, seafood and dairy, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats. Consistently, research has shown that following a Fertility Diet is one of the most influential ways to support regular ovulation. You might be surprised to know that consuming adequate amounts of Vitamins D, B12, Iron and Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) all can play a part in healthy ovulation.

2. Exercise Daily

Regular, moderate exercise helps maintain a healthy body mass index (BMI) or weight, which in turn supports hormonal balance and healthy insulin levels both important for fertility and ovulation.

3. Create a Stress Reduction Plan

While a bit of positive stress can be healthy (known as eustress), stress due to infertility is typically experienced at higher than average levels which may quickly run the body down. Consistent, very high levels of stress can cause normal functioning systems of the body to “shut down” (even if temporarily). This “shut down” may affect the function of the heart, lungs and nervous system; negatively impacting the overall health of the body. One of the body systems readily affected by stress is the reproductive system.

Stress is known to trigger the body to make excess stress hormones, one of which is cortisol. Cortisol inhibits the body’s main sex hormone gonadotropin releasing hormone or GnRH. By inhibiting GnRH, some women experience the loss of desire to participate in sexual activity, hormone imbalance and even anovulation.

4. Support Hormone Balance with Herbs

Several herbs have been found to encourage ovulation by having a positive influence on the hormone processes that regulate the menstrual cycle. Some of these can be found here…

5. Consider Natural Therapies

When there is stagnation within or lack of circulation to the reproductive system, fertility is impacted. Lack of circulation can result in menstrual cycle irregularities anywhere from having a light period to not having a period at all including disrupted ovulation.

One of the most effective natural therapies for increasing circulation – increasing the flow of fresh, oxygenated blood – to the reproductive system is Self Fertility Massage

Self Fertility Massage combines Chi Nei Tsang, deep tissue massage, Myofacial release, acupressure and Reflexology, and when performed on the lower abdomen impacts the function of the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, liver, stomach and intestines.

In conclusion, eat well, exercise, manage stress, and consider herbs and natural therapies to support and promote regular ovulation. They are steps that are relatively easy to adhere to and important for anyone on their fertility journey.

HealthHow To Get Pregnant With Only One Fallopian Tube by planbwellness(op): 12:29pm On Apr 17, 2015
If you have only one functioning fallopian tube perhaps due to blockage, read this write-up to find out about variousways to increase your fertility with only one fallopian tube.

Women with only one fallopian tube are not condemned to infertility. There is more than one way to increase fertility with only one fallopian tube and conceive.

You can lack one fallopian tube due to various reasons, or have it blocked, but it is not necessary to have them both in order to get pregnant. Practically looking at the matter, having only one fallopian tube actually reduces your chances of getting pregnant by 50%, but technically, there are ways to improve this prognostic.

Women must learn the circumstances of not having both tubes and to understand the anatomy of the reproductive system. Learning that, they will understand that having only one fallopian tube doesn’t have to be the cause of infertility disorders, but can sometimes interfere with the desire of pregnancy.

However, before you attempt to get pregnant, tests should be done. They will show if there are any damages at the other fallopian tube too. Here are 3 steps for getting pregnant with one fallopian tube.

1. Consult A Gynecologist Or A Fertility Specialist

Assisted reproductive technology may be the answer since it is always better to talk to a specialist in fertility disorders when needed. The causes behind infertility may be different than you think and the missing fallopian tube may not be behind your failure to conceive. A woman having a history of tubal pregnancy is more likely to repeat it and early pregnancy monitoring is strongly advised. Taking some diagnostic tests can be vital for developing a healthy pregnancy. Tubal infertility will be treated with conservative methods at first and with some more aggressive fertility treatments if this doesn’t work.

If one fallopian tube is missing or is blocked, but the other one is healthy and well-functioning, pregnancy is likely to occur naturally. If the remaining tube is also affected, more dramatic approaches will be taken

2. Fertility Drugs And Supplements

These synthetic or natural fertility boosters can provide the kick start necessary to ovulate successfully and so, they can help even women with one fallopian tube to become pregnant. Some examples of treatments for fertility in women with one fallopian tube are...read more on http://planbwellness.com/tubal-blockage-get-pregnant-one-fallopian-tube/
HealthCancer-causing Foods You Should Avoid by planbwellness(op): 7:50am On Apr 14, 2015
The statement “everything causes cancer” has become a popular hyperbole, and one that some people use as rhetorical fodder to excuse their own dietary and lifestyle failures, particularly as they pertain to cancer risk. But the truth of the matter is that many common food items have, indeed, been scientifically shown to increase cancer risk, and some of them substantially. Here are 10 of the most unhealthy, cancer-causing foods that you should try as much as possible to avoid:

1) Genetically-modified Organisms (GMOs)

It goes without saying that GMOs have no legitimate place in any cancer-free diet, especially now that both GMOs and the chemicals used to grow them have been shown to cause rapid tumour growth. But GMOs are everywhere, including in most food derivatives made from conventional corn, soybeans, and canola. However, you can avoid them by sticking with certified organic, certified non-GMO verified, and locally-grown foods that are produced naturally without biotechnology.

2) Processed meats

Most processed meat products, including lunch meats, bacon, sausage, and hot dogs, contain chemical preservatives that make them appear fresh and appealing, but that can also cause cancer. Both sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate have been linked to significantly increasing the risk of colon and other forms of cancer, so be sure to choose only uncured meat products made without nitrates, and preferably from grass-fed sources.

3) Microwave popcorn

They might be convenient, but those bags of microwave popcorn are lined with chemicals that are linked to causing not only infertility but also liver, testicular, and pancreatic cancers. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recognizes the perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in microwave popcorn bag linings as “likely” carcinogenic, and several independent studies have linked the chemical to causing tumours. Similarly, the diacetyl chemical used in the popcorn itself is linked to causing both lung damage and cancer.

4) Soda Pop

Like processed meats, soda pop has been shown to cause cancer as well. Loaded with sugar, food chemicals, and colourings, soda pop acidifies the body and literally feeds cancer cells. Common soda pop chemicals like caramel colour and its derivative 4-methylimidazole (4-MI) have also specifically been linked to causing cancer.

5) ‘Diet’ Foods and Beverages

Even worse than conventional sugar-sweetened soda pop, though, is “diet” soda pop and various other diet beverages and foods. A recent scientific review issued by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) of more than 20 separate research studies found that aspartame, one of the most common artificial sweeteners, causes a range of illnesses including birth defects and cancer. Sucralose (Splenda), saccharin and various other artificial sweeteners have also been linked to causing cancer.

6) Refined ‘white’ flours -d Refined flour is a common ingredient in processed foods, but its excess carbohydrate content is a serious cause for concern. A study published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Mile Markers, and Prevention found that regular consumption of refined carbohydrates was linked to a 220 percent increase in breast cancer among women. High-glycemic foods in general have also been shown to rapidly raise blood sugar levels in the body, which directly feeds cancer cell growth and spread...read more at http://planbwellness.com/cancer-causing-foods-you-should-avoid/

HealthCauses Of Premature Ejaculation by planbwellness(op): 1:11pm On Mar 30, 2015
CAUSES OF PREMATURE EJACULATION

Millions of men experience premature ejaculation. Some experience it only occasionally, such as during times of stress or relationship tension, while others find that the issue follows them throughout their sex lives.

Many people do not realize how common premature ejaculation is. Nor do they know why premature ejaculation occurs. Truthfully, the medical community isn't 100% sure either, but they do know of several factors which can contribute to the condition. However, each man's mind and body is unique, so deciphering what is causing premature ejaculation requires doctors to carefully examine men on a case-by-case basis.
Here are some of the most common factors that can cause premature ejaculation:

Early experiences with masturbation and sex
Many men grew up in homes where sexuality wasn't discussed. Or worse, perhaps they grew up in homes where sex was viewed as dirty and shameful. They might have even been scared or shamed away from touching themselves as children, and hence when they later hit puberty and had feelings of desire and arousal, they were probably very frightened and confused. They might have experimented with self-stimulation but done so in a rushed, frenetic manner due to fear of being caught or just because they didn't even want to think about what they were doing.
Years later, it's easy to see how all of this can play into a man's sexual response. Even as an adult, he might have a hard time undoing all those years of shame. He learned how to speed up his sexual response as fast as possible in those early years, and that can be hard to undo even decades down the road.

Simply communicating these issues to your partner or even talking about them with a therapist can go a long way in undoing those learned habits. The best way to resolve these matters is by discussing them, and most men are relieved to know that is far from an uncommon issue. Sadly, it happens quite a lot, but by being open and honest, men can undo the hold of the past.

Physical issues
There is also a physical side to premature ejaculation. For years, doctors thought that premature ejaculation was all psychological, but now they know differently. There are many physical culprits that can interfere with a man's sexual response.
These include out-of-whack hormones, thyroid conditions, and inflammation or infection of the urethra or prostate. Many doctors believe that there is even a genetic side to premature ejaculation, so it could be something completely related to the genetic environment that men simply inherit.

Researchers believe that many men have hypersensitivity of the penis - that the nerves in the penis are particularly sensitive to sexual stimulation. You should talk to your doctor about your sexual symptoms, as well as any other issues you might be experiencing. Discuss any possible factors that might relate, such as a new medication you recently started taking or even a medication you recently stopped taking. Ruling out physical causes and having your hormones and your thyroid tested can be a good first step.

Relationship Issues
Sex doesn't happen in a vacuum. Whether your relationship with your partner is off-track or you are experiencing major stress at work or at home, your sexual response can be thrown off-kilter. If your premature ejaculation is relatively new and seems to have begun around a time of stress or tension in your relationship, this could certainly be the cause for it.

Talk to your doctor to find out if any of these causes might be contributing to your premature ejaculation. You might even consider keeping a notebook and jotting when it happens. Having a record of frequency and knowing the time and day that it happens can be a valuable part of figuring out what could be causing your symptoms.

Lifelong Vs. Acquired Premature Ejaculation
Lifelong premature ejaculation means that the problem has always existed since puberty, whereas acquired premature ejaculation indicates that someone started suffering from it at some point later in his life.

Causes Of Lifelong Premature Ejaculation
Psychological issues are more common with men who have lifelong premature ejaculation than those who have acquired premature ejaculation later in life:
• Some men may have conditioned themselves to ejaculate quickly in their adolescence (to avoid getting caught)
• Some men may have become overly anxious with sex, because of a childhood trauma related to sex
• There may be a cultural aspect too, especially if sex is considered inappropriate or shameful

Causes Of Acquired Premature Ejaculation
This type of premature ejaculation can be caused by both physical and psychological issues.
Stress and depression are common causes of acquired premature ejaculation just like relationship issues, conflicts and performance-related anxiety.

Physical causes of premature ejaculation include: conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problems and prostate disease as well as binge drinking.

Some serious illnesses, such as multiple sclerosis can cause premature ejaculation, as they can result in nerve damage.

If premature ejaculation is making you not to enjoy your sexual life, there is a way out. Learn how to get rid of premature ejaculation and male infertility generally here.

Health10 Natural Ways To Address The Root Cause Of Your Infertility by planbwellness(op): 5:18pm On Mar 26, 2015
10 NATURAL WAYS TO ADDRESS THE ROOT CAUSE OF YOUR INFERTILITY

Infertility is an alarming modern epidemic affecting more couples now than ever. 1 out of 6 couples today experience difficulty getting pregnant. What was once seen as a woman’s problem is now known to affect men equally.
Below Are 10 Strategies You Can Immediately Implement To Boost Fertility Naturally;

The natural approach to treating infertility solves the root causes of infertility by addressing all body systems, rather than just focusing solely on the reproductive system.
Many couples that can’t become pregnant suffer from a combination of sub-clinical conditions. These conditions can’t cause infertility on their own but -- in combination -- they can substantially reduce a couple’s chances of conceiving.
For example; a gluten intolerance alone cannot cause infertility; however, the resulting inflammation in the gut can minimize your nutrient absorption and lead to deficiencies in nutrients you need for optimal sperm, egg and hormone production and a healthy pregnancy.
Exposure to heavy metals, radiation, and toxic chemicals in some foods, drugs and other products can damage DNA. Recent Nutrigenomic (a study of the effects of nutrients on gene expression) research suggests that what we eat can influence our gene structure and expression.
1. Minimize your exposure to toxic chemicals

Exposure to environmental toxins (in the form of industrial chemicals) both in utero and neonatally may dramatically affect adult fertility. Most chemicals used in everyday life do not go through the same checks medicines do. Consequently, poisonous chemicals end up circulating in our environment, food supply, air and water.
The strongest evidence of heavy metals and environmental pollution adversely interfering with healthy reproductive function in women has been found for lead. Other compounds that can alter hormone function and result in adverse reproductive health effects include:
• Ovotoxicants: can disrupt or even stop ovulation.
• Endocrine disruptors: can interfere with hormone function and cause endometriosis and PCOS.
• Phthalates: in plastic food containers, cling wrap, IV bags, medical supplies, vinyl flooring and packaging at high levels have been associated with miscarriage and testicular toxicity. At low levels they disrupt hormonal balance.
• VCH chemicals: used in rubber tires, plastics and pesticides.
• PAH: released from cigarettes, car fumes and road tar
Men are not spared!
Sperm seems to be more sensitive to heavy metals and industrial pollutants than eggs. Many sperm abnormalities have been linked to these toxins. The majority of these chemicals can be found in the atmosphere, on the ground in cities and in the waterways.
They have also been termed “reprotoxicants” for their negative effects on sperm development and maturation. Studies confirm male sperm counts are declining, and environmental factors, such as pesticides, exogenous estrogens (Xenoestrogens), and heavy metals may negatively impact spermatogenesis (formation of sperm).
The top 6 environmental toxins to avoid:
1. Pesticides: found on non-organic fruit and vegetables, meat, dairy and unfiltered tap water
2. Formaldehyde: found in air fresheners, deodorants, floor polish, upholstery cleaners
3. Bisphenols: found in plastic containers and can leach into food and water.
4. Organic solvents: petroleum based liquids found in household products, electronics, car repair, health care, photography, agriculture, printing, construction and cosmetics and many more.
5. Dry-cleaning chemicals
6. Paint fumes
Occasional exposure to one or the other toxic chemical is not of concern. What is of concern is accumulation of these chemicals over a long period of time.

2. Don’t Drink Unfiltered Tap Water

Our waterways are constantly being polluted by industrial waste and by-products, pharmaceutical drugs, pesticides and herbicides and commercial cleaning products.
There are many companies polluting the water regardless of the country you live in. Either there is no environmental law at all, or there are loopholes in the law or there is no law for the XYZ chemical getting into the water.
Heavy metals are the most common of the reprotoxins reaching our water supply through industrial waste, jet fuel exhaust residue and a variety of other sources.
3. Aim To Eat An Optimal Fertility Diet

In the first trimester of pregnancy, your growing embryo will increase 20 million times. In the first 8 weeks your baby’s organs, hands, fingers, legs, feet, head, eyes, nose, ears etc. are being constructed. To ensure the best possible foundations are laid down during this phase, you want to make sure there are plenty of building blocks in the form of the right nutrients in the right combinations.

What Does A Fertility Diet Contain?

An optimal fertility diet is about what to avoid as much as it is about what to include. A fertility diet should be as fresh as possible and organic wherever possible. Key elements are; good quality protein sources and good fats.
What Should You Eat?

• Organic meat in small quantities, game, small deep sea fishes like sardines and red snapper, home-cooked organic legumes (not canned).
• Whole grains, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruit in season, organic where possible.
• Increase your consumption of good fats and avoid dangerous fats. Good fats include monounsaturated fats in olive oil, polyunsaturated fats in oily fish and nuts and midchain fatty acids found in coconut oil.
• For cooking, use clarified butter (ghee) or coconut butter (without flavour) as they do not become unstable when heated.
• For non-heated oil requirements (salads etc) use cold pressed olive oil, flaxseed oil and nut oils.
4. Avoid Dangerous Fats

Did you know -- consuming trans fats hidden in foods such as; doughnuts, biscuits, lollies, candy, chocolate, chips, pies, fries, take-aways and thousands of other foods may increase your risk of infertility by as much as 70percent?

Scientists from the Harvard University School of Public Health advise women wanting to get pregnant to avoid all trans fats. The sole purpose of adding trans fats to food is to extend its shelf life. To minimize your consumption of trans fats be diligent about reading the ingredients and avoid the most likely culprits altogether.

Trans fats are mostly listed as ‘hydrogenated fat’ or ‘hardened vegetable fat’ or simply ‘vegetable fat.’

5. Minimize Animal-derived Estrogens

Dairy products account on average for 60-70 percent of estrogens consumed. Humans consume milk from cows in the second half of pregnancy when cows estrogen levels are high. We usually associate dairy and drinking milk with calcium, and never think about what else we may be consuming along with the calcium (and dairy, by the way is not the best source of calcium). Here is a list of hormones that have been found in cows' milk:
• Prolactin
• Somatostatin
• Melatonin
• Oxytocin
• Growth hormone
• Lutenizing releasing hormone
• Thyroid stimulating hormone
• Estrogens
• Progesterone
• Insulin
• Corticosteroids and many more
Do you think an excess consumption of all these hormones could disrupt your own hormonal balance? You bet!
Consumption of milk has been linked to certain cases of male infertility. Excess estrogen and pesticide exposure has been linked to PCOS and Endometriosis. Studies have found higher concentrations of pesticides in cheese than in non-organically grown fruits and vegetables.
The first line of naturopathic treatment I recommend for PCOS and Endometriosis is to minimize intake of animal products. Animal products have a high content of hormones, pesticides and herbicides which are known endocrine disruptors. They play havoc with your hormones and this can lead to anovulation.
6. Avoid The Two Most Common Allergens

The link between food intolerances and anti-sperm antibodies is now well established. Studies have found that women with multiple allergies and food intolerances were more likely to miscarry. An overactive immune system is more likely to attack its own body cells. From an immunological point of view, an embryo and sperm cell are foreign bodies. But Mother Nature was clever; she programmed our immune systems to distinguish between an everyday invader and a sperm cell or embryo.
A normal and healthy immune response to an embryo or sperm cell is orchestrated by Th2 cytokines. They suppress your killer cells (that’s what they are called) to leave the embryo unharmed. Because of this protection, many pregnant women are poor wound healers and can come down really badly with a cold or flu. Your natural protection has been suppressed so that your baby can develop properly.
An abnormal immune response to the implantation of the fertilized egg is orchestrated by Th1 cytokines. Rather than suppressing your killer cells, they stimulate their activity. This can lead to defects and the loss of the foetus.
But since most people have some level of allergy to gluten and/or dairy, it’s advisable to avoid gluten and dairy altogether during the preconception and pregnancy period.
7. Have An STD Check

Most people believe both they and their partner are STD free. However, there are some STD’s which can be asymptomatic, meaning that you may not be aware you have them, as there are no obvious symptoms.
One such STD is a Chlamydia infection. In men, a Chlamydia infection can lead to sperm abnormalities including sperm antibodies. In women, it can lead to scarring, blocked tubes and miscarriage.
A study found 60% of asymptomatic male partners of infected females attending a fertility clinic were found to be infected with Chlamydia. Most STD’s are easy to treat, so it pays for both partners to have an STD check. There is no point in only one partner going for a test as the other partner can re-infect them again.
8. Allow Yourself 120 Days Before Trying To Conceive

There is a common misconception that egg and sperm quality can not be improved. In fact, it is possible to improve the quality of your egg and sperm. However, it takes 120 days. This is because it takes approximately 120 days for eggs to mature and sperm to develop.
During the generation and maturation of gamete cells -- sperm and ovum -- that form an embryo, everything that you and your partner ingest, inhale or are exposed to will influence the health of your eggs and sperm for better or worse, and the ultimate quality of the genetic building blocks you pass onto your child.
This is why it’s crucial to follow a good preconception plan for a minimum of 4 months before conception. A baby is a 50-50 product of his or her parents -- therefore optimizing the quality of eggs and sperm is of paramount importance.
Sperm disorders contribute to 40% of infertility cases. Women who suffer from recurrent miscarriages often have partners with low sperm counts and visually abnormal sperm. Therefore both partners should detox, follow a fertility diet, take preconception supplements and avoid reproductive toxins discussed in this article for minimum of 4 months before conception.
9. Avoid Caffeine, Smoking And Alcohol

You may not want to hear this, but caffeine consumption decreases fertility. A large study from Connecticut found as little as 1 cup per day increases the risk of not conceiving by 55 percent. And if you have 2-3 cups per day that risk rises to 100 percent and continues to increase with an additional cup up to 176 percent. And did you know that women who take it before and during pregnancy had twice the risk of miscarriage?
Alcohol is harmful to women's eggs and men's sperm and as little as one glass can reduce fertility by 50 percent! This can further lead to damage of the developing embryo and may result in miscarriage. And although it's been known for a long time that drinking while pregnant is a no-no, drinking before pregnancy has been largely ignored.

This doesn't stop with caffeine and alcohol alone. Smoking and recreational drugs can also reduce your odds of conception. A study tested the effects of cigarette smoking on semen quality in men and found that sperm motility (ability to propel forward) decreased in light smokers while heavy smoking produced abnormal sperm shape.
Scientists have discovered that quitting smoking may increase sperm count in men who quit smoking for 5-15 months by 50 percent to 800 percent respectively.
10. Take A Good Quality Preconception And Pregnancy Supplement

Regardless of whether you are eating organic produce and a healthy diet, you are unlikely to be getting all the nutrients your body needs for optimal fertility from your diet. This is why supplementation is important.
Getting pregnant and growing a new human being with your own reserves, requires a surplus of nutrients and energy. In your body's accounting terms, pregnancy is a luxury, a splurge of energy and nutrients. Some of the key nutrients for fertility are:
• Zinc
• Selenium
• Magnesium
• Calcium
• B12
• B6
• Folic acid
• Vitamin C
• Omega-3 fats

HealthRisks Of Fibroid Surgery by planbwellness(op): 11:07am On Mar 25, 2015
There's no way to guarantee that a surgical technique used to grind up uterine growths and remove them through tiny incisions won't increase the risk of spreading cancer to other parts of a woman's body - The advisory panel to the US Food and Drug Administration has announced.

The spread of cancer is not the only potential risk of fibroid surgery, there are lots of other issues that have been reported medically as negative side effects of fibroid surgery and some of them are highlighted below;

Excessive Blood Loss - Many women already have low blood counts (anaemia) due to heavy menstrual bleeding, so they're at a higher risk of problems due to blood loss. Your doctor may suggest ways to build up your blood count before surgery. During myomectomy, surgeons take extra steps to avoid excessive bleeding, including blocking flow from the uterine arteries and injecting medications around fibroids to cause blood vessels to clamp down.

Scar Tissue - Incisions into the uterus to remove fibroids can lead to adhesions — bands of scar tissue that may develop after surgery. Outside the uterus, adhesions could entangle nearby structures and lead to a blocked fallopian tube or a trapped loop of intestine. Rarely, adhesions may form within the uterus and lead to light menstrual periods and difficulties with fertility (Asherman's syndrome). Laparoscopic myomectomy may result in fewer adhesions than abdominal myomectomy (laparotomy).

Childbirth Complications - A myomectomy can increase certain risks during delivery if you become pregnant. If your surgeon had to make a deep incision in your uterine wall, the doctor who manages your subsequent pregnancy may recommend cesarean delivery (C-section) to avoid rupture of the uterus during labor, a very rare complication of pregnancy.

Rare Chance of Hysterectomy - Rarely, the surgeon must remove the uterus if bleeding is uncontrollable or other abnormalities are found in addition to fibroids.

The aforementioned and many more challenges have been linked to surgeries to remove fibroids in women. The commonest of them all is regrowth of fibroid masses even after undergoing an expensive surgery. The message captured below was sent to us by one of our followers online;

‘’please I have been operated on fibroid before, and now doctor has confirmed It again that I still have fibroid in my stomach, what Do I do because I don’t want to go for operation again?’’

We receive a lot of mails like this on a regular basis. This brings us back to the fact that the best way to take care of your health is to go natural. Click here to read about a natural way to get rid of fibroid without surgery.

CAUSES OF EXCESSIVE MENSTRUAL BLEEDING

Heavy or prolonged menstrual periods, or menorrhagia, are the most common type of abnormal bleeding from the uterus. Periods are considered heavy if there is enough blood to soak a pad or tampon every hour for several consecutive hours. Other symptoms of a heavy period can include:

Nighttime bleeding that requires getting up to change pads or tampons

Passing large blood clots during menstruation

A period that lasts longer than seven days

In severe cases, heavy menstruation can interfere with sleep and daily activities. Blood loss from heavy periods can also lead to anaemia, causing symptoms such as fatigue and shortness of breath.

In some cases, the cause of heavy menstrual bleeding is unknown, but a number of conditions may cause menorrhagia. Common causes include:

Hormone imbalance - In a normal menstrual cycle, a balance between the hormones estrogen and progesterone regulates the buildup of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), which is shed during menstruation. If a hormone imbalance occurs, the endometrium develops in excess and eventually sheds by way of heavy menstrual bleeding.

Dysfunction of the Ovaries – If your ovaries don’t release an egg (ovulate) during a menstrual cycle (anovulation), your body doesn’t produce the hormone progesterone, as it would during a normal menstrual cycle. This leads to hormone imbalance and may result in menorrhagia.

Uterine Fibroids – These noncancerous (benign) tumors of the uterus appear during your childbearing years. Uterine fibroids may cause heavier than normal or prolonged menstrual bleeding. Read about how to get rid of fibroids without surgery here…

Polyps – Small, benign growths on the lining of the uterus (uterine polyps) may cause heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding. Polyps of the uterus most commonly occur in women of reproductive age as the result of high hormone levels.

Adenomyosis – This condition occurs when glands from the endometrium become embedded in the uterine muscle, often causing heavy bleeding and painful menses. Adenomyosis is most likely to develop if you’re a middle-aged woman who has had children.

Intrauterine Device (IUD) – Menorrhagia is a well-known side effect of using a nonhormonal intrauterine device for birth control. When an IUD is the cause of excessive menstrual bleeding, you may need to remove it.

Pregnancy Complications – A single, heavy, late period may be due to a miscarriage. If bleeding occurs at the usual time of menstruation, however, miscarriage is unlikely to be the cause. An ectopic pregnancy — implantation of a fertilized egg within the fallopian tube instead of the uterus — also may cause menorrhagia.

Cancer – Rarely, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer and cervical cancer can cause excessive menstrual bleeding.

Inherited Bleeding Disorders – Some blood coagulation disorders — such as von Willebrand’s disease, a condition in which an important blood-clotting factor is deficient or impaired — can cause abnormal menstrual bleeding.

Medications – Certain drugs, including anti-inflammatory medications and anticoagulants, can contribute to heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding.

Other medical conditions – A number of other medical conditions, including pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), thyroid problems, endometriosis, and liver or kidney disease, may be associated with menorrhagia.

HealthCauses Of Irregular Menstrual Periods by planbwellness(op): 10:29am On Mar 03, 2015
Oligomenorrhea is a medical term which generally refers to irregular or infrequent menstrual periods with intervals of more than 35 days – however, the duration may vary from one person to another.

Your menstrual cycle can be disturbed if you change your method of contraception or you have an imbalance of the hormones oestrogen and progesterone.

It is not unusual to have a hormone imbalance for a few years after puberty and before the menopause and this can cause your menstrual cycle to become longer or shorter. Your periods may also become lighter or heavier as well.

If your irregular menstrual periods are caused by these age-related factors mentioned above, you will not usually need to see your Doctor or take any medication to correct it.

Below are the likely causes of irregular menstrual periods;

Lifestyle

The following lifestyle factors can upset your balance of hormones and cause irregular bleeding:

extreme weight loss or weight gain
excessive exercise
stress ( click here to read about how stress affects women fertility)

Contraceptives

An intrauterine system (IUS) or contraceptive pill may cause spotting between periods.

An intrauterine device (IUD) doesn’t cause irregular periods, but can cause heavy bleeding or painful bleeding.

Small bleeds, known as breakthrough bleeds, are common when the contraceptive pill is first used. They are usually lighter and shorter than normal periods, and usually stop within the first few months.

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Polycystic OvarianSyndrome (PCOS) occurs when very small cysts (small, fluid-filled sacs) develop in the ovaries.

The usual symptoms of PCOS are irregular or light periods, or no periods at all. This is because, in women with PCOS, ovulation (the release of an egg) may not take place as often as normal. Also, the production of hormones may be unbalanced, and you could have higher levels of testosterone than normal (this is a male hormone that women normally have a small amount of).

Gynaecological problems

Irregular bleeding can also be due to unsuspected pregnancy, early miscarriage or problems with the womb or ovaries. Your Doctor may refer you to a gynaecologist (specialist in diseases of the female reproductive system) if further investigation and treatment will be needed.

Thyroid disorders: Poor thyroid function may cause the menstrual cycle to stop. An overactive thyroid that produces too many thyroid hormones is called Hyperthyroidism. Hypothyroidism is when the thyroid is underactive and does not produce enough thyroid hormones. An absent menstrual cycle is a sign of hyperthyroidism, where irregular or heavy cycles may be a sign of hypothyroidism.

Premature Ovarian Failure

POF, also known as Ovarian Hypofunction, is defined as a loss of normal ovarian function before the age of 40. The menstrual cycle may cease before the age of 40, or become sporadic. There are a variety of reasons this may happen.

Perimenopause and Menopause

Perimenopause is the time leading up to menopause. As perimenopause progresses toward menopause, it is normal for menstrual cycles to become irregular and for hormone levels to fluctuate. The menstrual cycle may become absent for many cycles and then suddenly come back for a couple cycles, and then come back again, becoming sporadic for some years. As ovarian reserve diminishes and egg health declines, FSH levels rise, the menstrual cycle will become more and more irregular, until eventually it stops.

Menopause is defined as absent menstruation for a year or longer. Menopause may also be confirmed by elevated FSH levels between 60 to 100mL/L on two tests done at least 1 month apart, and/or LH level greater than 50mIU/L and estradiol less than 50pg/mL. Natural therapies cannot reverse the aging process, or bring back the menstrual cycles in a woman who has already gone through, or is going through menopause.

When To Seek Medical Help

If you have not had a menstrual period for 3 consecutive cycles or more, it is time to make an appointment with your healthcare practitioner.

HealthTubal Blockage And How It Affects Fertility by planbwellness(op): 3:12pm On Mar 02, 2015
So many different health issues can affect a woman's ability to get pregnant. One of the commonest among those issues is Blockage of Fallopian Tubes.

To become pregnant, a lot of essential factors need to be satisfied and the status of the fallopian tubes is one of those important factors. The female reproductive system is complex. So complex to the extent that if just one step in the system is faulty, it will affect the whole system and the consequences can be as bad as causing infertility.

Such a case is the one sent to us by one of our readers who actually pleaded that we write on this issue. Read her mail below…

How Do Blocked Fallopian Tubes Cause Infertility?

To understand what blocked fallopian tubes are, you need to know what a fallopian tube is. The fallopian tubes are two thin tubes, one on each side of the uterus, which help lead the mature egg from the ovaries to the uterus.

fallopian tube

When an obstruction prevents the egg from traveling down the tube, the woman has a blocked fallopian tube. It can occur on one or both sides. This is also known as tubal factor infertility, and is the cause of infertility in 40% of infertile women.

Each month, when ovulation occurs, an egg is released from one of the ovaries. The egg travels from the ovary, through the fallopian tubes, and into the uterus. The sperm cells also need to swim their way from the cervix, through the uterus, and through the fallopian tubes to get the egg. Fertilization usually takes place while the egg is traveling through the fallopian tube.

If one or both fallopian tubes are blocked, the egg cannot reach the uterus, and the sperm cannot reach the egg, thereby preventing fertilization and pregnancy.

It's also possible for the tube not to be blocked totally, but only partially. This can increase the risk of a tubal pregnancy, or ectopic pregnancy.

When fallopian tubes become damaged or blocked, they keep sperm from getting to the egg or block the passage of the fertilized egg into the uterus, both of which are not good for a woman.

Tubal Factor Infertility accounts for about 40% of all cases of female infertility as earlier being said. This includes cases of completely blocked fallopian tubes and also cases with either 1 blocked tube or no blockage but tubal scarring or other damages.

Tubal factor infertility is often caused by pelvic infection, such as pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), or endometriosis, or scar tissue that forms after pelvic surgery.

In cases of relatively minor tubal damage, it can be difficult to be certain that the infertility problem is solely due to the tubal damage. There may be other significant contributing causes that are resulting in the problem of getting pregnant.

As it is, several negative side effects have been linked to different kinds of tubal blockage treatment and most women are tired of wasting their money further. That’s why it is advisable to look else where for a lasting solution that can help you conceive even with one fallopian tube.

A lot of fertility drugs prescribed for women with only one patent fallopian tube to boost their ovulation also do have side effects on other areas of female reproductive system. A lot of such cases get reported to us on a daily basis. This makes the option of going natural a smart and reliable one.

There are ways Tubal Blockage can be treated naturally, whether it’s the 2 tubes or just one. Part of the treatment is to tackle the underlining cause of the blockage and the other is to enhance natural fertility and conception.

Read more on how to unblock blocked fallopian tube naturally here. Detailed explanation about the treatment is contained on that link. Click on it and go read it for a lasting solution for Tubal Blockage and Infertility.

HealthCauses Of Female Infertility by planbwellness(op): 9:00pm On Feb 28, 2015
Female infertility is now very rampant but do you know what causes it? Read this to learn the main causes of infertility in women.

Failure to Ovulate

Ovulatory disorders are one of the most common reasons why women are unable to conceive, and account for 30% of women’s infertility. Fortunately, approximately 70% of these cases can be successfully treated. The causes of failed ovulation can be categorized as follows:

(1) Hormonal Problems

These are the most common causes of anovulation. The process of ovulation depends upon a complex balance of hormones and their interactions to be successful, and any disruption in this process can hinder ovulation. There are three main sources causing this problem:

Failure to produce mature eggs

In approximately 50% of the cases of anovulation, the ovaries do not produce normal follicles inwhich the eggs can mature. Ovulation is rare if the eggs are immature and the chance of fertilization becomes almost nonexistent. Polycystic ovary syndrome, the most common disorder responsible for this problem, includes symptoms such as amenorrhoea, hirsutism, anovulation and infertility. This syndrome is characterized by a reduced production of FSH, and normal or increased levels of LH, oestrogen and testosterone. The current hypothesis is that the suppression of FSH associated with this condition causes only partial development of ovarian follicles, and follicular cysts can be detected in an ultrasound scan. The affected ovary often becomes surrounded with a smooth white capsule and double its normal size. The increased level of oestrogen raises the risk of breast cancer.

Malfunction of the hypothalamus

The hypothalamus is the portion of the brain responsible for sending signals to the pituitary gland, which, in turn, sends hormonal stimuli to the ovaries in the form of FSH and LH to initiate egg maturation. If the hypothalamus fails to trigger and control this process, immature eggs will result. This is the cause of ovarian failure in 20% of infertility cases.

Malfunction of the pituitary gland

The pituitary’s responsibility lies in producing and secreting FSH and LH. The ovaries will be unable to ovulate properly if either too much or too little of these substances is produced. This can occur due to physical injury, a tumor or if there is a chemical imbalance in the pituitary.

If Hormonal Imbalance induced infertility, there is a solution. Our Hormonal Imbalance Remedy Kit balances the body hormones and also repairs all the hormone producing organelles of the body for proper functioning of optimal hormone production.

(2) Scarred Ovaries

Physical damage to the ovaries may result in failed ovulation. For example, extensive, invasive, or multiple surgeries, for repeated ovarian cysts may cause the capsule of the ovary to become damaged or scarred, such that follicles cannot mature properly and ovulation does not occur. Infection may also have this impact. This is why treating Ovarian Cyst naturally is the best choice. Contact us on 08074132218 for Natural Ovarian Cyst Remedy Kit.

(3) Premature Menopause

This presents a rare and as of yet unexplainable cause of anovulation. Some women cease menstruation and begin menopause before normal age. It is hypothesized that their natural supply of eggs has been depleted or that the majority of cases occur in extremely athletic women with a long history of low body weight and extensive exercise. There is also a genetic possibility for this condition.

(4) Follicle Problems

Although currently unexplained, “unruptured follicle syndrome” occurs in women who produce a normal follicle, with an egg inside of it, every month yet the follicle fails to rupture. The egg, therefore, remains inside the ovary and proper ovulation does not occur.

Causes of Poorly Functioning Fallopian Tubes

Tubal disease affects approximately 25% of infertile couples and varies widely, ranging from mild adhesions to complete tubal blockage. Treatment for tubal disease is most commonly surgery and, owing to the advances in microsurgery and lasers, success rates (defined as the number of women who become pregnant within one year of surgery) are as high as 30% overall. This percentage is still far below our treatment Kit’s success rate of 100% in all the cases treated so far for Blocked Fallopian Tube. It’s either you have the Fallopian Tube unblocked or get your money back.

The main causes of tubal damage include:

(1) Infection – Caused by both bacteria and viruses and usually transmitted sexually, these infections commonly cause inflammationresulting in scarring and damage. A specific example is Hydrosalpnix, a condition in which the fallopian tube is occluded at both ends and fluid collects in the tube.

(2) Abdominal Diseases- The most common of these are appendicitis and colitis, causing inflammation of the abdominal cavity which can affect the fallopian tubes and lead to scarring and blockage.

(3) Previous Surgeries- This is an important cause of tubal disease and damage. Pelvic or abdominal surgery can result in adhesions that alter the tubes in such a way that eggs cannot travel through them. This is one of the dangers associated with surgery in this part of the world especially for women.

(4) Ectopic Pregnancy- This is a pregnancy that occurs in the tube itself and, even if carefully and successfully overcome, may cause tubal damage and is a potentially life-threatening condition.

(5) Congenital Defects- In rare cases, women may be born with tubal abnormalities, usually associated with uterus irregularities.

Approximately 10% of infertile couples are affected by endometriosis. In fact, 30-40% of patients with endometriosis are infertile. For women with endometriosis, the monthly fecundity (chance of getting pregnant) diminishes by 12 to 36%. This condition is characterized by excessive growth of the lining of the uterus, called the endometrium. Growth occurs not only in the uterus but also elsewhere in the abdomen, such as in the fallopian tubes, ovaries and the pelvic peritoneum. A positive diagnosis can only be made by diagnostic laparoscopy, a test that allows the physician to view the uterus, fallopian tubes, and pelvic cavity directly. The symptoms often associated with endometriosis include heavy, painful and long menstrual periods, urinary urgency, rectal bleeding and premenstrual spotting. Sometimes, however, there are no symptoms at all, owing to the fact that there is no correlation between the extent of the disease and the severity of the symptoms. The long term cumulative pregnancy rates are normal in patients with minimal endometriosis and normal anatomy. HealthAdhesions Due To Fibroid Surgery by planbwellness(op): 4:05pm On Feb 26, 2015
Adhesions Due To Fibroid Surgery

In our article yesterday about Swollen Legs During Menstruation, we announced that anyone that has any pressing health challenge that wants us to talk about should send it. We actually received some and one of them is what we are treating today. See the capture of the original e-mail she sent (e-mail address blocked for privacy sake)…see below

The fellow has actually undergone fibroid surgery 3 times and adhesions set in as a a result of that. Today, we will be discussing what intrauterine adhesions are, what causes them and what you can do to overcome them once and for all to regain your fertility.

Intrauterine adhesions/scarring or synechiae, is an acquired uterine condition, characterized by the formation of adhesions (scar tissue) inside the uterus and/or the cervix. In many cases, the front and back walls of the uterus stick to one another. In other cases, adhesions only occur in a small portion of the uterus. The extent of the adhesions defines whether the case is mild, moderate, or severe. The adhesions can be thin or thick, spotty in location, or confluent.

What Actually Are Intrauterine Adhesions?

The inside of the uterus is like a pocket with the front and back walls flat against each other. The pocket (i.e. uterus) is lined with tissue called endometrium. During menstruation, the superficial (topmost) layer of the endometrium is shed.

When a woman becomes pregnant, the embryo implants in the endometrium. Injury (due to surgery) to and/or infection of the endometrium may damage the uterine lining and cause formation of adhesions (scar tissue) between the inner walls of the uterus.

Asherman Syndrome is the term used to describe adhesions inside the uterus. The scarring can be mild with thin stretchy bands of scar tissue or more severe with formation of thick bands. In the most severe cases, partial or total destruction of the inside of the uterus can occur.

Causes of Asherman Syndrome

The most common cause of intrauterine adhesions is injury following a surgical procedure involving the cavity of the uterus such as in fibroid surgeries, D&C and co.

Dilatation and curettage (D&C) is a common outpatient surgical procedure during which the cervix (neck of the uterus) is opened and the tissue contents of the uterus are emptied. HealthSwollen Legs During Menstruation – Causes And Solution by planbwellness(op): 12:03pm On Feb 24, 2015
Is it normal for your feet and ankles to swell during menstruation, and can anything be done to stop it? This is a very common question our readers, especially women, ask us on a regular basis. Therefore, we feel it will be a good idea to write on it so that anyone affected by this can refer to this article any time.

Actually, fluid/water retention, also known as Oedema is very common during menstrual periods and the few days before your period begins. Meanwhile, there are steps that can be taken to alleviate or attempt to prevent it. You might be surprised to know that this excessive water retention is felt not only in the feet and ankles, but also in the abdomen, thighs, upper legs, face and breasts in some women.

First let’s look at the stages of the menstrual cycle and how Water Retention takes place in each stage;

Pre-menstrual Stage: This stage occurs about 2-3 weeks before the bleeding period and water retention begins in this stage but it is not extreme yet.

Follicular Stage: In this stage, the body produces large amounts of estrogen and the uterine lining begins to thicken. Serious water retention and bloating takes place in this stage. Ovulation also begins in this stage.

Luteal Stage: Progesterone replaces estrogen as the hormone in abundance and this means less bloating but there is still water retention at this stage too.

Period: In this stage the unfertilised eggs, the excess uterine lining and excess water are flushed out with the period bleeding. Bloat is relieved by this bleeding.

Post Menstrual Stage: This is the period right after the bleeding stops and many women experience all of the premenstrual symptoms including bloat, water retention, weight gain, headaches, cramps, anxiety or depression.

Causes of Water Retention

So now, we know that water retention and bloating tend to occur in the premenstrual and follicular stages and starts to be relieved during the luteal stage and is flushed during the period stage. For some women this happens every month and for others it is just an occasional gain.

However, if it starts in premenstrual and goes until bleeding starts to be completely relieved, that can mean 3-4 weeks of water retention and being miserably uncomfortable.

The most common cause is hormonal changes and imbalance due to the increase of estrogen that starts slowly in the premenstrual stage and is excessive in the follicular stage.

The luteal stage sees the estrogen diminish and progesterone increase which maintains an imbalance. This causes fluid to be retained in the feet, hand, legs and abdomen.

Another cause of water retention is the dehydration that can occur before and during the period, but mostly before.

Women often do not drink enough water in these stages of the cycle. Dehydration always leads to water retention as the body tries to keep what it has. Finally if a woman has high sodium - See more at: http://planbwellness.com/swollen-legs-during-menstruation-causes-and-solution/#sthash.Zod5t2j4.dpuf

Here is a story of a woman that has been battling with Infertility for over 10years. Different medical investigations have been carried out on her to confirm that her infertility is due majorly to Endometritis, and Ovarian Cyst of 53mmx47mm size as shown in the scan result below;

With these conditions, it may actually be very difficult for a woman to conceive. This woman, along with her husband, has spent a lot of money seeking for solution to this problem. You know what it means to be sleeping and be waking up with the same problem for over 10years - most especially when the problem concern pregnancy!

Sometime last year, the woman got our contact details through someone who had taken our treatment and got result, she contacted us and brought her medical reports all the way from Ogun State. Not believing that it could be true that we have guaranteed treatment for her situation too, she forced her husband to come down to Lagos with her to our office too.

After confirming that we are genuine, now, the battle is that of money. They didn't have enough money to take the complete treatment for endometritis and ovarian cyst at the same time. Or maybe they were just being skeptical. May be they wanted to reduce their risk just in case it did not work. There is nothing we could do than to just assist them.

We had to place her on the treatment, though not completely. After finishing the first round of what she got from us, she went for scan in October and got a surprise. Her Ovarian Cyst has reduced in size from 53mmx47mm to 40mmx36mm for the first time ever and the Endometritis has also become MILD, according to her scan report. See for yourself below. She took this in October;

This woman was exited, came down to our office again from Ogun State and rained prayers on us with her husband. She was exited to take another step forward in her treatment.

In December, she went for another scan to know just what’s going on and she got the scan result below…Her Endometritis is gone totally and the Ovarian Cyst has also reduced further from 40mmx36mm in October to 33mmx26mm…see the attached scan report below;

She, along with her husband, confessed that nothing ever they have used has helped them as our treatment has done within a short period of time. Don’t forget, 3-4 months is nothing to a couple that have been waiting for over 10 years to get a solution.

Actually, it does not take this long for our treatment to clear ovarian cyst as we do record successes within a period of one month several times even if the person is placed on a 3 months treatment plan. This particular case is a complex one, beyond just a cyst and that’s why we are sharing it with you.

Due to the Endomteritis, her menstruation has been greatly affected. It’s been seizing for some time prior to the commencement of our treatment. While on the treatment, the menses resurfaced again. She has also said a final bye-bye to Menstrual Disorder as a result of taking the treatment. She is still on her treatment to get rid of the ovarian cyst too finally.

What amazes us most is about where she’s been running her scan. They always put below her report a small note that reads – ‘’CONTINUE TREATMENT ADVISED’’. Sure, they may not even know what she is using, but whatever it is, they have advised her to continue and they can confirm that it’s working for her.

Our next goal is in working with this woman to get pregnant like our other clients.

Note that we get news like this in our Office almost on a daily basis. We have decided to only share those with verifiable proofs such as this.
