Police are cause of it. The fear factor is gone. Civilians hardly fear them and that's because most of them don drag themselves to their level. I have seen dozens of videos of Nigerians beating up police officers which I think is wrong. But I have never seen a video of Nigerians beating up a soldier in uniform despite all the atrocities soldiers commit against civilians, can someone tell me why that is the case or are Nigerians just cowards that sees police as civilians like themselves.

What are you talking about.. assault rifles like AR15 are perfectly legal to buy. The only restriction is a fully automatic assault rifle but if it is semi automatic it is legal and you can buy it as long as you don't have a criminal record.
