Can you imagine a state government hospital rejecting a accident victim because they are owing light bill and have no light. How many Nigerians have died under such similar circumstances. Even the time wasted to rush him to the hospital in a country without functional emergency medical vehicles with trained paramedics is critical to surviving an accident.

What is the use of their salaries when housing, food, transportation, health care, are all provided by the government including all the billions that can be made from awarding fraudulent contracts.
