You must know that God is self existance. Only God can do what the Qur'an said Jesus did. It is meaningless to say Jesus did it by permission. There are things only God can do and some things He does through man. If the quran claimed Jesus is a mere prophet like others. Jesus should do similar things like other prophets and not like God.
