Next time, buy an egg crate (plastic) keep it far from your cooker. Be it Gas or Electric,....just avoid heat but refrigeration is best though.

U can be buying half crate which is 15pcs or full crate, depending on ur consumption within a short while.

U no suppose even keep eggs more than a wk before consumption so you'll be having fresh eggs always.

Meanwhile Egg wey dey very fresh (the one dem just bring from poultry wey fowl just lay). If u boil am...d shell dey hard to peel as e go dey peel d egg follow body. But 4 frying,...no shaking. Na wen e don stay for about 3-4 days e dey mk sense for boiling because by then, d shell go jst dey comot jejely after u don boil am for 7mins come soak am for cold water (no be fridge water o) till d hotness don calm down. When u peel am, ur egg go come fine like one beautiful Owerri girl.
