Different lastname with your sponsor is not a problem. His letter of sponsorship will explain the relationship. He/She could be your uncle or aunt

The one time I almost took a toelf I got all necessary info from their website even study materials. Just try and google you'd be surprise that an agency conducting the exam is closer to you. Amafrica or someone been sharing SOP lately check previous post and ask them.

I'm new here. what documents do I need to apply for my TRV. got admission into seneca college and humber college but I'm yet to choose which.
Seneca college- computer systems technology
humber college- computer Engineering Technology.
I have my own statement of account is isnt too ok for self sponsoring. I'm thinking of getting someone to act as a sponsor too. I'm yet to apply for my visa. I got admission for winter 2015. what documents do I need to appy for a visa? and also I need a format of how a good statement of purpose should be..

Good statement of account from sponsor, letter of introduction and sponsorship, Proof of relationship.
Those just the major requirement from your sponsor.
From yourself: letter of intention or letter of explanation if necessary
Your transcripts
Acceptance letter
Passport photograph
Police report and birth certificate (if necessary)
If you've made any tuition payment then include the receipts

If you check some previous post even on this new part 6 some peeps have stated the documents they submitted which will be helpful for new person like yourself.

also please who did apply via ontariocolleges .ca? am making applications to sheridan for january but i would like to know how fast ontariocolleges.ca can be when i supply all they ask for. as i have an alternative either to apply direct to sheridan or apply via ontariocolleges.ca with same application fee but apply to like 5 different colleges.

either you use ontariocollges or you apply to college directly is still the same processing time for your admission. If you would want to apply to more than one college in ON then ontariocolleges is your best bet because you won't have to stress yourself of documents, they have the documents you use for the first school, same documents is what other schools in ON might request then you will just apply from ontariocollges.

You won't be denied.
Go with your previous medical examinations, papers and also your drugs if you're taking any currently so the doctor won't waste your time.
The doctors are correct guys so you could even scop em to know more, if you be sharp guy and sabi scop well then the doctor might hint you better.
If you have other documents to show your VO that you'll leave Canada after your study I advise you add them along any other further instructions you might have been given.
Be very relaxed yours won't be different but be ready for the medical bills here and you can bring in your medications as long as you've got the necessary papers.
