People go about getting 6-pack abs in the wrong way. You dont need to do a million crunches a day, all you need is a low amount of body fat in your ab region.

I got a 6 pack from running a mile a day, and doing a few sit-ups , but mainly running.
Anyway its not the kind that pokes out, just subtle.
