I don't believe that. I believe Adam was a man (with a penis, masculine secondary characteristics) and Eve was a woman (with a vagina, a womb and other secondary feminine characteristics). So despite the fact that satan tried repeated to corrupt the race of men God kept on preserving the lineage of Christ. Hence if we can conclude that Jesus (the second Adam) was made after the likeness of a Adam then by knowing the sexual characteristics of Jesus we can accurately tell the sexual characteristics of Adam himself.
