He collected money/benefit meant for Ohio resident (from Ohio government) through impersonation. When they say bring your client details, this and many more is what they want to do with it. Some collect it from their clients while some buy these details off the net.

This particular reason should be why the boy usually stay long in the bathroom all alone to cool down his head and reassure himself that all will be well. If he had opened up to the OP before now, the OP's reaction would have been the same. So why not stay long in the bathroom, think about it, cool down the pain all by himself and come out as if all is well
