Stories!

Oil price was falling when you were making those promises during your campaign. And you promised to fix oil price.

Quit the excuses and get on with the program, semi-literate!

If you say the other regions conspired against you, give us reasons why you think so. Would a region (SW) that massively supported GEJ in the previous election switch side so easily without reason? Should Nigerians wait till we starve to death before we know GEJ is incompetent? I'm just tired of these people.
South West (Yoruba) voted for their son Osibanjo! Quit the hypocrisy!

Nice one.

Nigeria is a false union; the earlier we discontinued it the better for all of us.

It's not by force to live together.

Why are you calling him a semi-illiterate?He is an Alumni of the prestigious US War College Pennslyvania and studied Strategy and Administration. Please apply to the college and see if they will admit you.
Alumni is of a college he was nominated to attend on the basis of non-existent qualification? Alumni indeed!!

i think you are confused,is delta and the creeks not part of Nigeria?your leaders have lied to you for so long you people need to wake up.ask asari where all the money he manage to get from government were he invested it?asari ran to benin republic.to spend money he got from Nigeria then he come home to tell you people the north is your enemy, please my Niger Delta brother your real enemies are your leaders.less you forget all your major infactsructure were built by northern, from warri refinary to porthacort refinary even the amensity program, was a northern.i challange you,GEJ was the Presdient for 6years even the east west road alone is yet to be completed, the airport for bayelsa that yaradu started is yet to be completed.tell yourself the truth only then would you grow
The truth is that the creek and the delta will be better off without the greedy folks who steal their oil and use it to develop the hinterland; such leaching without commensurate compensation is what needs to end.

Nigerians are better off living in separate countries; fight for your own country, it's not by force to live together!

I think it's Nigeria that's greedy, not Asari!

Nigeria has been stealing from the delta and creeks to feed the ungrateful hinterland! The resource owners want to make use of their resource before greedy Nigeria steal it all!

And I don't know what you are swearing for; what exactly are you? Are you the semi-illiterate cattle rearer Buhari? If you are not, why are you ranting like a demented he-goat?

OAM4J:
Wake up my friend!

1. Even a good number of your people are not sold to your dream. Albeit the possibility of getting it peacefully is very slim and close to non existence.

2. The day a declaration of Biara is made without a peaceful agreement, I expect a good number of your people to abandon their investments and move home else they become the 1st set of casualties. And be informed, the battle will be fought on your ground (as usual) and innocent casualties will be from your land.

3. It is not by force to live together and I am indifferent to separate nations, but no blood of any member of my family is worth the sacrifice as long as I believe my region can continue to develop even with the resent imperfect system while peacefully seeking for greater autonomy.

4. Bro I doubt you have any idea what Asari and some of your are calling for. War is not funny.
1. Not everyone is expected buy into the idea of Biafra, we are not sheep to follow the herds mentality. Personally, I prefer a fair and just Nigeria, but where that has consistently failed to materialize, and Nigeria has woefully refuse to transform into a nation one can be proud of, isn't it better we tried something else. I AM TIRED OF NIGERIA! We might get it peacefully, or perhaps violently, either way, it's worth trying!

2. So if Biafra is declared, you will kill innocent citizens of other ethnic group or steal their properties? This statement vindicate my initial submission about Nigerians living in morbid fear and distrust of each others. While some are working hard, others are scheming to benefit from events. As per where the battle will be fought (if any), I'll leave that to commanders on either sides of the conflict. I doubt if you have ever commanded a platoon, let alone an army!

3. Well, if your blood family enters the fray if and when division occurs, I'm very sure you can't guarantee their safety! There is plenty vibes against the unity of the country, such should not be taken lightly nor dismissed with a waive of hand. Policy makers must get to the root of the matter and deal with in a way that's fair to all concerned. And if your your region continue to 'develop' in this atmosphere of distrust and disunity, imagine what you can do, if these factors are not there. Do you prefer to leave as slave to fear and distrust? I don't!!

4. War indeed is a matter of live and death! Sudden death, disease, starvation, desolation etc. Such will be visited on those who try to prevent Biafrans from leaving Nigeria when the time comes. I rather live free for as single day, knowing that I died for what I believe in, than live a thousand years cowering in fear and servitude, wondering what would have been had I taken my chance. I guess that's the difference between you and I, and perhaps a difference between other southern ethnic groups and Yorubas. You think you are smart, but deep down, you are only slave to your innate fear - a trait called cowardice!

I believe you are the one slumbering and snoring! It's time you wake up and smell the coffee, your Nigerian dream is about to puff up in smoke. Time is the only thing standing in the way!

Shame will befall all of you who wish Nigeria to fall apart. Nigeria will stand. We will be better. There nothing the devil can do to stop a better Nigeria

OAM4J:
1. I dont see the possibility of the things you are yearning for coming to be peacefully. Not in the present day Nigeria and not with those who are in control of the center.

2. In the event of seeking it violently / by force; are you prepared for the cost? Both during and after. Apart from the lost of lives, are Igbos prepared to lose all their investments outside Igboland? I doubt!
1. I see the possibility

2. No one need to lose any investment. Such can always be protected by treaty. In anycase, if there is going to be loss of lives, it will be spontaneous and all sides will lose. Maybe since you don't see the possibility of peaceful dissolution, you might also be affected by the violence. cheesy

Bottom line, it's not by force to live together with Yorubas in same country!

What makes you think when the country is divided into smaller units same problem will not persist? As you said we dont buy into a national philosophy, I totally agree but what we do in a large country as Nigeria will be an analogy of what we will do in our respective segregated units. What we have been lacking in this country is True leadership.True Leadership inspires and fosters patriotism. Not all these divide and rule tactics we practice here.....
let's just hope this change is not just on media.....
Mathematics brother, mathematics!

In Mathematics,we were taught that when a problem is 'complex' we simplify it. It usually involve breaking the problem into smaller parts, and solving those smaller parts.

Nigeria was NEVER one, and NEVER meant to be one.

Nigeria need to be simplified i.e. divided into smaller parts!

There's this fact that I know... Numbers count for something. Countries with large population can use that as an advantage to greatness. When you have people you have potentials, the more people you have the more potentials you have. When you are able as a nation to manage the people you have you bring out the possibilities and greatness. Wise leaders do that, look at at Asian countries with little mineral resources but much larger population, see what they have done, see what they have become....

If we can overlook the divide that caused us so much hate, we can harness so much greatness and thrive to become among the greatest nations on the face of the earth
The population becomes an advantage if and when they buy into the national philosophy.

A country where sizeable proportion of its citizens live in morbid fear and distrust themselves can NEVER form a cohesive nation. Nigeria is such country - big population, but different ideologies! Sadly after over 100 years of living together, Nigeria is still not a nation for all of its citizens.

Nigeria is better of with citizens who agreed to live with each other and who imbibe the national philosophy. The sooner the country is divided into smaller cohesive nations the better for the people in its geographic space.

WE can never agree as one in a democratic setting, given options to choose from parties. We need each other to survive and thrive as a nation.
As a nation, we don't really need everybody, we need those who are like us and who buy into our philosophy. Those are the people we need in a nation, the rest can be developmental partners or trade partners. We all don't have to live in same country!

I haven't seen anything wrong so far.

GEJ is still the president, and has the right to rule until May 29. If the new administration doesn't like what he's done, they can reverse them. And if they want to probe him, so be it.

APC panders to propaganda alot, pathetic people!

It seems this could be a ploy to destabilize the polity , some sort of distraction, just like the emergence of Boko Haram for the incoming govt
The polity is already distablized, before, during, and after the election. The result of the election, if anything, is a confirmation of the fact that we are NOT one. We don't belong together.
