Things are so expensive in Bayelsa that I think Bayelsa may need to better adopt a different approach to getting the cow merchants alternatives; how about PPP with the cow merchants? They are not Ondo, Oyo or Benue with so much land and forests and food is cheaper in those other states compared to Yenagoa . Wisdomkosi: BREAKING!!! Sen. Okorocha Disgraced Aboard Airpeace Passenger Flight
There was a major altercation this morning at Sam Mbakwe cargo airport involving Eze Cletus Ilomuanya, Obi of Obinugwu ancient kingdom in Orlu LGA of Imo State and Senator Rochas Okorocha, Senator representing Imo West senatorial district in the National Assembly, aboard Air Peace flight to Abuja this morning.
IGBERE TV reports that the royal father, a former chairman of Imo State as well as Southeast council of traditional rulers, accosted Senator Rochas Okorocha sitting close to him, exploding with so much rage and royal anger.
What started as a mild altercation all of a sudden snowballed into a full-fledged confrontation inside the aircraft, as the charismatic popular royal father descended on Okorocha with his walking stick. If not the timely intervention of the flight captain who rushed out when Eze Ilomuanya was hitting Okorocha with his royal walking stick to depart from his sight, the story would have been something else. The embattled former Governor was visibily rattled and shaken to his bone marrow. Okorocha was hastily relocated to another seat even as Eze Ilomuanya was heard warning him to stay away from Orlu if he truly wants peace to reign.
It may be recalled that Eze Ilomuanya was removed from office by Okorocha during his reign as Imo State governor and subsequently installed another in his place as traditional ruler. Since then, the bad blood between the duo can only be imagined.

Myer: You're just another victim of the subtle mechanism used to silence people especially celebrities.
The powers that be clearly want to always control everyone especially celebrities.
Israel's popularity is not only because of his fighting skills but also his freedom to say whatever he wants as long as it's not overboard. Yes, the rape comment was a sensitive one, it doesn't make him a rapist. It's just the same as saying "fck you!"
He however after all the backlash has apologised cos we live in a generation where it's almost impossible to say anything cos everyone is emotional these days.
You can't even call some gay without being labelled homophobic. Even transgenders have more rights now than straight people in the US.
BMW is being stupid as a brand for dropping him for that comment. They think other brands will follow suit. But it only shows they never knew him from the get-go. So theirs was a mismatch.
Israel will continue to have his freedom to talk trash and bash his opponents. Imagine saying a rapper is not allowed to curse on wax. Rap itself is mostly cursing. save ur breathe it was never meant to be .. |

valentineuwakwe: The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abdulrasheed Bawa, has threatened to resign from the position, if he is asked to compromise.
Bawa said this when he featured in a NTA interview programme One-on-One on Friday.
His words were posted in a statement on the EFCC’s official Twitter handle.
“We need to change our attitudes in Nigeria,” Bawa was quoted to have said.
“We are in the habit of worshipping people that have money in the society, but never bother to ask questions about their source of income. In winning the fight against corruption, we are engaging all stakeholders including religious leaders, community leaders and others.
“We are going to embark on massive public enlightenment to sensitise people on the need to shun corruption in all its forms.”
The EFCC boss continued, “I will continue to do what is right.
“The Commission under my watch will continue to abide by the rule of law. If anybody asks me to do anything contrary to my conscience or against the rule of law, I will resign my appointment.”
Bawa officially assumed duty as the head of the anti-graft agency earlier this month.
He replaces Ibrahim Magu, following his nomination by President Muhammadu Buhari to the Senate, which confirmed him.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Vs Olympiakos Europa League (0 - 1) On 18th March 2021 by Polyglot7pointO: 5:59pm On Mar 18, 2021 |
Omooba77: 1-3 Away, Almost there.
Arsenal will be looking to progress to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa League when they face Greek outfit Olympiacos in the second-leg of their last-16 showdown at the Emirates Stadium this evening, kick-off 5:55pm.
The Gunners, who came from a goal down to beat north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon, have a 3-1 advantage from the first-leg in Athens last week.
Goals from Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Magalhaes and Mohamed Elneny sealed a superb away triumph for the Gunners, meaning they are in a very strong position ahead of tonight's second-leg in north London.
MIKEL ARTETA ON BUKAYO SAKA, WINNING TWO GAMES AND MO ELNENY
Tonight's clash with the Greek giants is likely to bring memories of last season's meeting between the two clubs back for the Gunners as Olympiacos knocked Mikel Arteta's side out of the competition at the last-32 stage, despite the Gunners having won the first-leg.
With that in mind, Arsenal will be fully aware that the tie is far from over, despite having a two-goal advantage and having scored three away goals.
And for Arteta, who has seen his side win eight of the nine matches they have played in the Europa League this season, the contest is far from concluded.
Asked if the tie was wrapped up during Wednesday's pre-match press conference, Arteta said: "Absolutely not.
Every word Arteta said on Martinelli's game time, Saka injury and what next for Aubameyang
Ainsley Maitland-Niles' two-word message to Aubameyang and Lacazette after Arsenal milestone
"From what I've seen from Olympiacos, and the amount of games that they have won in the last minutes and the belief that they have in that team, it will be tough and they will try to put us under pressure so still a lot to play."
Although Arteta has insisted that the contest is not yet over between the two clubs, he has not ruled out the prospect of making changes to his team, offering opportunities to those who do not feature as regularly as they would like, especially in the Premier League.
"It’s a good time for everybody. It’s a really important game for us," added Arteta. "Nothing has been decided, there’s still a lot to play for and we know it’s going to be tough.
"Everybody has to be ready because we have the opportunity to make changes, we have five substitutions and we will decide what is the best team to try to beat them."
Mikel Arteta provides Bukayo Saka injury update ahead of Arsenal's clash with Olympiacos
Should Arteta wish to make several changes, he has the opportunity do so as his squad is in tip-top condition.
The Gunners chief has not reported any fresh major injury troubles ahead of tonight's game, meaning he has the chance to get a good look at some of his fringe players if he wishes to present an opportunity to them.
Issuing an update on the injury front, Arteta said: "Everybody is more or less ok. We had a few doubts, but hopefully everybody is going to be involved in the squad."
With everyone fit and set to be available for selection, the likes of Hector Bellerin, Willian, Nicolas Pepe and captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will all be pushing for starting berths after being named amongst the substitutes against Spurs.
And with the January transfer window now open there's plenty of content to get your teeth into.
