peeps4u: You really seem like a gentle man because some drivers will curse that lady.
At the same time, seemingly gentle men like you somehow use the 'gentleman' to light ovens Lol... if I hear gentle, just keeping it peaceful and don't want anything to disturb or distract my day. |

eyinola: imagine booking ride on 2 app and go with first to come, one guy try this with me I drove abt 15mins to PU on a very rough road only to get thr and be has left with another driver, I just text him..My God will reward u ..e pain me no be small Worst feelings ever, it has happened to me couple of times, the 3 times I happened to b at the receiving end made me vow never to embark on such ride, no matter where d divide falls. One olosho did it to me ard Babatunde Anjous, I saved her number for return match, but I've let that slide. Another make up artist did her own, very painful, just from Onike to Abule Ijesha on a very free road. I never knew d car in front of me was heading to same location, I even place a call to her a min to arrival and she was still leading me on, only to got dia and saw someone fitting make up kit inside d trunk, call her couple of times, but she won't pick until I shoot her text msg.

davit: I have been sending messages to them. Let every driver using their platform keep doing same too. They need to change the payment system. Also, there should be payment threshold like other apps before blocking driver from taking request. With just 50 niara Commission, their system won't allow you take request. With time, riders will lose interest once they can't find driver on time. They will sought this thing out this week, just they went so unprofessional about it. |

Felicity001: One of my first trip on indriver, I accepted a trip from Charity road I never knew this man was at Ibawole after fagba and the app gave me 20min I think to arrive, I never knew it was that far oo since I was still trying to understand how d app works.
O boy I spent almost 40min to get to rider, spent about 25mins in that Goodluck Jonathan road and fagba junction. Rider was calling to know if I was still coming since I already gave him my word I just had to go.
Getting to PU he was an India man going to Ile-Epo, trip lasted for just 15min...
After the trip Indriver knack me my 1st suspension for arriving late na so I vex delete their app.
What nonsense, after my vextation come down I redownloaded the app again.
Indriver can be very annoying shall. U just have to study the app and know how it works, I trust you b king for the app now. |

davit: The few cases you mentioned remind me of things we face in this Indriver. I have situations like these too. But I always stand my ground. On Indriver, I determine the route to use. And that Agungi case got me rolling on the ground here. Just imagine! Naija rider sabi abuse things.
Hope Indriver don free you? I can take most tins, but that route is a no no for me and if most take it, we will negotiate payment according to ETA. The thing is a general thing, can't complete payment. Indriver is trying to take advice commission and it make sense, no card payment, all cash. |

I just tapped 10 mins and she accepted. Once it shows 3 secs left I will tap arrived, if rider calls I'll say I'm at the next name map shows I'll turn to R: but app says you've arrived. Felicity001: You seems to have a soft spot for riders especially the female folks, why?
Anyways, everyone has the way they carry out their duties, as for me weather on Indriver or not if you didn't indicate stops or preferred route to your destination I won't allow you have any or direct out of the usual route as directed by Gmap, should I be going out of a route you may not be familiar with mayne due to traffic I'll inform you before diverting so you dont feel unsafe.
I may only have a brief stop for you provided its along the route you're going and you must not take more than 3minutes other wise I'll end your trip immediately you return. You pay me for the distance covered already and time taken then book another ride right there before proceeding, if you're lucky the trip gets to me fine! Otherwise, I wait for you till your driver arrives. Should he be taking too much time other than 5min, I leave Immidiately I get a request.
Mind you all of these time ive already turned of my car with my glasses down Immidiately you left to where you went before.
I'm not your private driver, I'm just a business man. Sorry if its a card trip because you wont come back to meet me after wai ting for 5min max. But if there's luggage in my car I'd already end the trip tue moment I sight you coming out,
"Ha oga! Why did you end the ride?
I told you I would only wait 3min before, besides you didnt include a stop on your trip. I.e. manipulation of trip price.
It's as simple as that.
Respect is reciprocal
I'm glad to be a hoodlum driver oh.
Simple: A woman can make or mar u, but I'm soft on every gender till you give me the reason not too. Life is simple, when you say you can't do this or that, I feel it's important to check if it's not ego overriding sense of judgement. For example, I pick a rider going to lekki phase 1 from ikeja for 3800, maybe on uber the trip could have end at 3200 or 3500 with commission. Now it took the rider 2 mins to hop into the car... let's assume the rider spend 12 mins after arrival to come out, what would you have done? End trip and spend another 30 mins surfing for trip? So what's the big deal if someone that didn't spend up to 2 mins to hop into the car plead for 5 mins in a reasonable manner. I'm a business man and I'm telling you, cutting slack and power of negotiation are 2 skills you don't joke with in business. Last month I worked for a man for 3 weeks and he paid me 250k plus a gift of 50 pounds (while I still drive and make 10k some days inbtw), all from attitude of tolerance. Even this morning the man I took to Lekki yesterday morning called if I can take him to same place, but I have to turn that down, because this IT students trying to catch up with Uber won't let me go online. So boss I don't know how u run your parol, maybe you just like noise, cos I can imagine you taking me from magodo phase 2 to VI on cash trip and I plead for 5 mins just to get food at Heyden Alepere, end up spending 10 mins and you cancelled out of principle. What will happen, if I refuse to pay for distance covered? Are you going to beat me or what? Even if I pay you, how long will you drive from dia to get a rider ( lets assume 24 mins traffic get out). Make we allow wisdom deh follow us for dis waka. Note: I still they change em for rider if he or she act anyhow, Shollywendy can attest to the one I change d matter for immediately inside Oniru, she was going to Yaba 2500, but need to pick charger at Agungi Desmond Elliot ooo, are u kidding me . I still changed it for one lady last week, she insist on Ikorodu rd from Ozone cos her work mate wants to drop at Maryland, while she's going to Ogudu the Ketu side. Madam! I'm not angry that you let me drove down to this place before saying all this, but I can't and she goes with is it the money, talk I'll add sometin, those words use to mad me, add 300 abI? Work mate request to find his way, madam says no, I must take them... huh! On top my car, oya! Make una get down, she got reluctant. Me: is this your office? I'll scatter ground, come the next day to see your HR... no body tell them before they jump down. |

northbird: I don't think you fully understand, every week of your life for the next three years, you have to commit 60 trips to them. No time to critically think and plan the way forward for one's life.
Personally, cars don't freak me, so I can't b a slave untop say I dey drive 2016 corrolla. I'll take Felicity001 serious when he starts driving for moove. 60 trips/week, thats 240 trips/month, I wish the drivers good health. |
