I just wonder though, I am certain that there is an Auditor and all such persons that are qualified to carry out any financial accounting investigations, the governor will certainly not do that himself so why do people always say that this is all the Governor will spend his time doing? That is why he is the administrative head among other things so he ensures the proper delegation of duties! In other words, the government will not grind to a halt because he has called for account statements and details of expenditure within a time frame. He is expected to ensure that all fronts work simultaneously and independently where necessary.
