toparie: Hey hey,
I'm a newbie on here, only 9weeks pregnant and due in October. Thanks to everyone that has contributed on this forum. You're all simply amazing. I've been taking in a lot of information going through this thread. I'm still processing all I've learned and so far have narrowed my options to New Jersey, Houston or Arizona.
All the best to everyone due this month, and to all the expecting mothers. May God see us through and grant us a complications free full term until delivery.... Amen
P/S: anyone due around mid October, intending to fly end of August/beginning of September, and considering New Jersey, or Houston please keep in touch Hi hi,,,I'm due same time with u...still deciding, but also looking at Missouri |

Adiahabasi: Accomodation in St Louis is 243/week wt tax, could be slightly more expensive depending on the extended stay apartment u choose, they are quite many and some are close to each other. Vaginal delivery hosp bill ...2600, epidural--800, dr's bill--800 for delivery, 150 first visit,100 subsequent visits (Not all dr's charge this amount, some are in the 2,200 t0 3k range for self pay). They would still do some tests even if you brought every from Naija, and depending on the doc u may hv to do another ultrasound (200-300)...other tests to be done are GBS, CBC, and any other one the dr deems fit for your case. Thanks for the update, will u be having ur baby there? Pls lemme know. Want to ask someone who I know stays in St Louis for regular furnished apartments and their cost cos u could get studios for 600 per month for short stay. Pls update me if u more info, thanks! |

chidaroy: My budget for hospital is 5000 usd Check Missouri Baptist medical centre cos their hospital charge is 2500 for VD and there's a Dr that charges 800$ there, additional cost is pediatricians fee which I dunno, but that same Dr collects test done from Nigeria if it's not hand written...accommodation is what I'm not sure of, Google apartments close to that zip code and see how far, but cost of living in Missouri is low |

dittobaby: Please has anyone successfully paid for British Airways online before? or must one pay at their office. online prices are much cheaper than their office prices. When I asked they said they add service charge. I've been trying to pay online but without success. I've paid online before but with an intl debit card, try any master card and see.. All the best |
