I was about to say something but I remembered ur ears, ur sight and ur mind have been sealed.

As-salaamu alaikum.. I think slaughtering of animals for moving into a new apartment is uncalled for. This is because it has no islamic basis from the time of the prophet and his companions. At least they also built their houses too. But we never saw any sound proof of them slaughtering animals to show as gratitude. The person doing this might have a clean and pure mind but we should be careful as all our deeds are not been judged according to our intentions alone. It should also follow the way of the prophet(SAW)..

However, I don't think there is anything wrong with it only if the animal was been slaughtered just to entertain whoever comes to greet the owner of the new house.. Wallahu a'lam

I was arguing with one of my friends this afternoon about being attracted to a 16 yrs old girl.
