To me this case is not that hard. The girl donated her Kidney out of love to her boss and to me the highest appreciation her boss should offer her at this moment is to perform her marriage right not you. He can also pay a one-time compensation to the family to show that he cares about their loved one too. Should he not perform the marriage right and you go ahead and do it for her, he is not a good person and I advice you distance yourself from him. For those claiming that he killed her for money ritual or occultic reasons ignore them for they are 21st century illiterates. The things i noticed...
* The parents saw this coming, that was why you were told if anything should happen to their daughter you'll marry her corpse.
* I don't see your boss running helter skelter just like you. Your boss isn't that concerned about this.
* How much was paid to you and the parents after the transplant.
From my observation, you know very little about this whole story. You don't live with them so there's little you know.
Don't just rush to the village for anything. Send elders there to calm the family of the girl. Then wait for your boss arrival so you two can go together.

If all you stated here is the truth, then I Admonish you to Reject and Refuse the threats of getting married to her Dead body.
