The god of luck must really be on his side that though the kidney of his two children didn't match, his relatives from brothers , sisters, cousins , nephew,nieces and so on non seem to have matched but the odds were in his favor that a random maid just happen to match and in less than 12 months she was willing to go against her own parents to donate her kidney.
