I have only attended three owambes all my life, and they were my close friends wedding.

@bolded , why do introvert like acting like this is actually not a problem for most of us, it matters. The painful part about everything is our personally seriously contributes to it. We are home most days of our lives. Only meet people online (which is now very unsafe).

Get tired of talking easily, I wonder my people spend so much chating and talking . Meet people kind of easy but after first meeting am short of words.
Everyday is stressful, I've to deal with people who think am quiet because am stupid , they dont know i dont give a f about they are talking about and most of the gals think dey don jam mumu.

I am a deep Introvert and am worried about my mental health. I will be 36 next month and don't have a relationship, no kids, and money is not a problem because I work and study. I have noticed myself been in seclusion lately, thinking and thinking. I am outside Nigeria, and thoughts of suicide have been more frequent.

I do make seldom an outburst of prayer, but it seems not to be enough.

Does anyone here have thoughts about what to do?
